"The lighting was a bit dim, but it’s actually bigger than this (covers face)."

Zheng Yanyan was incredibly shy after saying this.

Zhou Yuwen had been playing on his phone when suddenly, Zheng Yanyan sent over a picture. Curious, Zhou Yuwen clicked on it to take a look.

He was stunned.

Although the lighting was indeed a bit dark, it was still clear enough. In the picture, Zheng Yanyan had pulled down her camisole, showing it to Zhou Yuwen. She figured it was no big deal since Zhou Yuwen was her boyfriend, so sending him the picture should be fine, right?

But she still felt a little self-conscious, so she added a brief explanation.

Zhou Yuwen could only reply: "..."

"?"

"What do you an? I took this just for you!" Zheng Yanyan felt displeased.

But Zhou Yuwen responded coldly: "Don’t send

these anymore. I deleted it."

His sudden seriousness caught Zheng Yanyan off guard.

Zhou Yuwen added, "Good thing it's nightti, and there's no one around . What if I had lost my phone or soone else saw it?"

"Wouldn't that be bad for ?" Zhou Yuwen asked.

"Bad for you?"

"My wife being seen by soone else—how could I not feel bad?" Zhou Yuwen quickly responded.

Those words touched Zheng Yanyan deeply.

"Got it?" Zhou Yuwen asked.

"Got it!!!" Zheng Yanyan sent several exclamation marks, feeling sweetness in her heart. Pouting, she said, "You’re so possessive, hmph!"

Zhou Yuwen: "..."

"I’m going to sleep."

Zheng Yanyan: "No, you’re not! Chat with ."

Zhou Yuwen: Chat my *ss. I have to get up early tomorrow.

Don’t ssage

anymore.

Silly wife (picks nose emoji).

"Hehe!"

Zhou Yuwen’s nose-picking emoji really made her want to hit him, but for so reason, Zheng Yanyan felt so happy that she couldn’t help but roll around on her bed, squeezing her legs and making little noises.

"Can you let people sleep?" ca Su Qing's annoyed voice from her bed.

Only then did Zheng Yanyan quiet down and continued to ssage Zhou Yuwen:

Don’t sleep!

Chat with your wife! (cracks up)

She sent two ssages in a row, but Zhou Yuwen didn’t respond, which made her feel disappointed. What a jerk! He hadn’t even officially asked her out, yet he was already calling her his wife.

Annoyed!

She kept sending Zhou Yuwen ssages, but since he said he was going to sleep, he really did. After a while, seeing no replies, Zheng Yanyan didn’t push further and eventually turned off her phone, drifting off to sleep.

The two had planned to send the whole dorm off to the station the next day at nine o’clock. But Zhou Yuwen got up at seven-thirty. After his rebirth, Zhou Yuwen’s physical strength had improved to a certain extent. He cherished this chance to be young again and worked hard to exercise daily and read books to train his mory and ntal strength.

Over the past month, he had made significant progress. Zhou Yuwen noticed his body was far stronger now compared to when he was eighteen before the rebirth.

In college, he had tried to keep up with jogging but was always left in the dust by the athletic students. Now, however, after his rebirth, he could easily outpace those show-offs on the track, and he could run ten laps without breaking a sweat.

But today was different. After being so flirtatious with Zheng Yanyan last night, his eighteen-year-old body was feeling it, and he woke up in a state of arousal. He ended up running twenty laps before he could calm down.

After taking a hot shower and putting on fresh clothes, Zhou Yuwen called Li Shiqi and got straight to the point: "Any plans for the holiday?"

Li Shiqi had woken up early, around seven-thirty. She had nothing planned for the National Day holiday except a part-ti job she found on the forum, distributing flyers at 2 PM—thirty yuan for two hours.

Her roommates had suggested she hang out with friends if she wasn’t going ho. The first person she thought of was Zhou Yuwen.

But since Zhou Yuwen hadn’t invited her, she didn’t feel comfortable reaching out to him.

For soone like Li Shiqi, dating seed like an unattainable dream. Even if she liked Zhou Yuwen, she would never admit it.

Still, when Zhou Yuwen asked her out, she felt a little nervous. "I have to hand out flyers at 2 PM. I’m free otherwise."

"Quit that job. I found you a tutoring gig—100 yuan an hour, two hours a day," Zhou Yuwen said bluntly.

"That much?" Li Shiqi was surprised.

"Yeah, I’ll take you to the place this afternoon," Zhou Yuwen replied.

"Alright!"

Due to her recent help with Zhou Yuwen's phone plan, Li Shiqi wasn’t short on money for the ti being, but who would refuse extra cash? Zhou Yuwen had helped her several tis already, so she felt she had to treat him to a al at so point.

But before she could even offer, Zhou Yuwen said, "Alright, I’ll call you later in the afternoon."

"I’ve got sothing to take care of now, so I’m hanging up."

Before Li Shiqi could respond, Zhou Yuwen hung up, leaving her holding the phone in a daze. She couldn’t quite figure out what to make of her high school classmate anymore.

After arranging everything with Li Shiqi, Zhou Yuwen went to the cafeteria for breakfast and then ssaged Zheng Yanyan to see if she was awake.

"Yeah, I’m up."

Video

Zheng Yanyan imdiately sent a video of herself and Lu Lin, both wearing camisoles and standing in front of a mirror.

Zhou Yuwen watched the video. The two outfits were the ones Zheng Yanyan had bought yesterday. One was a red camisole paired with a red plaid miniskirt, worn by Zheng Yanyan. Her long legs were covered in cotton socks, showing off their length.

The other outfit was black—a similar camisole paired with a black plaid miniskirt—worn by Lu Lin.

Both had similar body types, and they looked quite good in matching outfits, posing in front of the mirror.

After watching the video, Zhou Yuwen comnted, "Why does it look like Lu Lin’s chest is bigger than yours?"

"Bullsh*t, mine's obviously bigger!"

"Are you trying to provoke

this early in the morning?"

Zheng Yanyan imdiately beca upset. Zhou Yuwen bluntly replied, "That’s how it looks from the video."

"Why don’t you go be with Lu Lin then?"

"Is that an option?"

"I’ll smack you!" Zheng Yanyan sent an angry rabbit emoji, and Zhou Yuwen responded with a grinning face.

He then told her he was coming to pick them up.

"Okay!"

That morning, many students from the girls’ dorm were getting ready to leave for the holiday. It was their first long break since starting college, and they were eager to go ho.

Their thin fras struggled with heavy luggage as they made their way out.

Zhou Yuwen’s convertible M4 was parked in front of the dorm, drawing a lot of attention. People could tell right away that he was there to pick up his girlfriend. The girls who recognized him felt even more envious.

"Hey, I know you. You’re Yanyan’s boyfriend, right?"

"Yeah," Zhou Yuwen nodded at the girl who had greeted him, though he didn’t know her.

"Yanyan is so lucky to have a boyfriend like you," the girl smiled.

"It’s nothing. You’ll find soone too."

"Find soone like you?" The girl blinked playfully, teasing Zhou Yuwen.

"..."

Zhou Yuwen fell silent.

Fortunately, Zheng Yanyan and the others ca down with their luggage just in ti, and Zhou Yuwen quickly moved to help.

Zheng Yanyan was dressed exactly as she had shown in the video earlier—red camisole, red plaid miniskirt, and her long legs encased in white ankle socks.

To be honest, her legs were so slim that Zhou Yuwen worried they might break under the weight of her suitcase.

He hurried over and grabbed her bag. "Why’d you bring so much stuff?"

"Most of it’s gifts for my parents!"

"Is there nothing to buy in Beijing?"

It wasn’t just Zheng Yanyan who had a lot of luggage; even Su Qing and Shen Yu were carrying quite a bit. Zhou Yuwen ended up taking two people’s luggage—Zheng Yanyan’s and Su Qing’s.

It wasn’t a matter of favoritism. Shen Yu was simply walking behind them.

Zhou Yuwen turned to her, "Leave it here. I’ll co back for it."

"No need."

It wasn’t about the luggage, but Shen Yu felt a bit upset that Zhou Yuwen hadn’t gone to her first. In her mind, it seed that Su Qing and Zheng Yanyan were more important to him.

After loading the luggage into the car, Zhou Yuwen asked, "Where’s Lu Lin?"

"Lu Lin isn’t going ho. Are you missing her?" Zheng Yanyan asked warily.

"Yeah, a little."

"Zhou Yuwen!"

Of course, Zheng Yanyan was jealous again.

"If you two want to flirt, do it sowhere else," Su Qing suddenly interjected, startling Zheng Yanyan.

Su Qing then turned to Zhou Yuwen, "Can I sit in the front seat?"

"What are you thinking?! I’m his girlfriend, I get the front seat!" Before Su Qing could even finish, Zheng Yanyan rushed over and claid the passenger seat.

"Why are you so stingy? You’re his girlfriend, so you can sit there anyti," Su Qing said as she tried to squeeze into the front.

"I don’t care! Go sit in the back!" Zheng Yanyan stubbornly refused, using her hips to push Su Qing aside.

Most people would’ve accepted defeat and sat in the back like Shen Yu, but Su Qing was different. She kept fighting for the front seat.

Of course, in the end, she didn’t win.

Once seated, Zheng Yanyan flicked her hair back and teased, "If you want to ride in a sports car so badly, just find a boyfriend with one."

"I only want to ride in Zhou Yuwen’s," Su Qing said, still unwilling to give up from the back seat.

"Su Qing, my patience with you is running thin," Zheng Yanyan warned, shaking her tiny fist.

Su Qing ignored her.

Zhou Yuwen started the car, and the white BMW M4 convertible sped through the campus, turning heads everywhere. What stood out even more than the car itself was the fact that three campus beauties were riding in it.

Zhou Yuwen suggested, "You could’ve brought Lu Lin along for a ride too."

Su Qing asked, "You miss her that much?"

"Aren’t you all dormmates?" Zhou Yuwen said.

"Don’t think I don’t know what you’re really after," Zheng Yanyan shot him a side glance.

Su Qing, still stirring trouble from the back, said, "Well, since we’re all leaving, why don’t you ask Lu Lin out for lunch by yourself?"

"???"

Zhou Yuwen remained calm, but Zheng Yanyan looked like she’d seen a ghost, her face going pale.

Zhou Yuwen drove smoothly and said, "Stop teasing her, I was only joking."

Su Qing chuckled.

At certain tis, Zhou Yuwen and Su Qing seed to be on the sa wavelength.

The trip from the school to the station would take about thirty minutes. During this ti, the four of them had a pleasant conversation, discussing their excitent about going ho and seeing their families, as well as the local delicacies they missed.

Everything was going well until Su Qing suddenly asked Zhou Yuwen, "Is this car really a gift from your parents?"

Zhou Yuwen nodded, "Yeah."

"Your parents run a business?"

"They do a little business."

"Oh." Su Qing nodded ambiguously.

"Why do you keep asking about my boyfriend’s family?" Zheng Yanyan wasn’t too happy.

Su Qing replied, "I’m just curious. I want to know what kind of business Zhou Yuwen’s family runs to make this much money."

"Are you suddenly interested in making money?" Zheng Yanyan teased. Over the past month, she had thought Su Qing was like so ethereal fairy, uninterested in worldly matters.

But even though Su Qing was talking to Zheng Yanyan, her eyes never left Zhou Yuwen. "Who wouldn’t be interested in making money?"

"By the way, I’ve been looking into a few projects lately. Zhou Yuwen, could you give

so advice?" Su Qing said, staring intently at Zhou Yuwen's face.

Zheng Yanyan burst out laughing. "You? Looking into projects?"

"Yes, let your boyfriend give

so advice."

"Go ahead," Zheng Yanyan said, her hair fluttering in the wind as she sat in the front seat.

From Su Qing’s position, all she could see was the side of Zhou Yuwen’s face.

"The first project," Su Qing said, watching Zhou Yuwen’s expression closely, "is virtual currency."

"Virtual currency? What’s that?" Zheng Yanyan had never heard of it and looked to Zhou Yuwen for answers. "Do you know?"

"How would I know? I’ve never heard of it either," Zhou Yuwen replied.

Su Qing pressed further, "Do you think it’s worth buying?"

"I don’t know. Is it a foreign currency?" Zhou Yuwen asked.

Zheng Yanyan, still curious, asked Su Qing, "Where did you hear about this? I’ve never heard of it either. Are you sure it’s not a scam?"

Shen Yu, who had heard of virtual currency before, explained it briefly.

After listening, Zheng Yanyan quickly warned Su Qing not to invest in sothing so risky.

"It’s just sothing online, right? Things on the internet can be copied and pasted. How could it have any real value? You could copy and paste thousands of them, and they’d be worthless. Right, babe?" she said, playfully patting Zhou Yuwen's leg.

Zhou Yuwen responded, "You’re so smart."

Su Qing, seeing that Zhou Yuwen wasn’t taking the bait, simply said, "I thought your family did business. I figured you’d understand."

Zhou Yuwen said, "We don’t touch things we don’t understand."

"That’s not necessarily true. Even if you don’t know, your parents might," Su Qing continued.

"When we get back, I really should visit your parents."

Zhou Yuwen’s expression shifted subtly.

"Garden District, Building 2, Unit 102, if I’m not mistaken, Zhou Yuwen?" Su Qing’s voice turned cold.
