In Zhou Yuwen's area, there were two large tables that could seat over ten people. The mont a group of rowdy n spotted Zhou Yuwen surrounded by girls, all wearing JK-style skirts, they decided they had to sit there too. The restaurant owner, following the principle of avoiding unnecessary trouble, didn’t intervene and let them settle there. He called the waiter to take their orders.

Many n share the sa trait: when there are a few pretty girls around, their voices involuntarily beco louder. These n, rowdy in appearance, spoke at the top of their lungs while ordering and bragged about business deals, claiming they were going to make ten or twenty thousand yuan this ti.

However, Zhou Yuwen’s group didn’t pay them any attention. It was a celebration banquet for a few girls from the Arts Departnt, and everyone was enjoying the food and drinks. Who would care about strangers?

When girls go out with guys, they might hold back a little, but when it’s an all-girls gathering, things get wild. Soone even joked earlier that it was a pity they didn’t have dice, or they could’ve played dice gas and drunk more. Without dice, they played the "7" counting ga instead. Despite their innocent looks in JK outfits, they turned out to be pros at drinking gas.

Fortunately, Zhou Yuwen already had a girlfriend. Otherwise, these JK-clad girls would have surely drunk him under the table. Even with Zheng Yanyan present, so girls with ulterior motives would toast Zhou Yuwen.

For instance, a long-legged girl raised her glass and said, “Zhou Yuwen, I’d like to toast to you.”

Zhou Yuwen wasn’t entirely oblivious to the atmosphere and drank the toast when appropriate.

The girl added, “I heard from Sister Tian that you know about so reliable part-ti jobs.”

“Zhou Yuwen, I’d also like to find so part-ti work during the holidays. Do you think that’s possible?” she asked seriously.

“No problem at all,” Zhou Yuwen replied. “I’ve already discussed with your Sister Tian. Any girl from the Arts Departnt interested in part-ti work can register with Minister Tao. I’ll arrange sothing.”

Hearing this, the girls clapped their hands in excitent. “Yanyan, ask your boyfriend to find us so high-paying part-ti jobs!”

“Zhou Yuwen, let

toast to you too!” they chid in.

Several girls took turns toasting Zhou Yuwen, and while he wasn’t one to refuse, Zheng Yanyan stepped in like a protective wife, stopping him. “Drinking is bad for your health. If you want to drink, drink with !” she said, shielding him like a mother hen.

The girls laughed and teased her, “Fine, we’ll toast to you instead!”

“Right, we’ll get you drunk first, then deal with Zhou Yuwen!”

“Hmph! Getting

drunk isn’t easy. I’ve got good friends to back

up, right, Linlin?” Yanyan declared.

Lu Lin replied flatly, “I’m not Zhou Yuwen’s girlfriend.”

The girls burst into louder laughter, pulling Lu Lin over. “You’re with us, Linlin!”

“We’ll team up to take on you two!”

“That’s not fair!” Yanyan protested, her face red with indignation.

While the girls played their gas, Zhou Yuwen sat chatting with Liu Shuo. The barbecue party for thirty people cost about 25 yuan per person—750 yuan in total. Liu Shuo offered to transfer the money to Zhou Yuwen, but he declined. “It’s just a al, no need to fuss over it,” he said.

Liu Shuo admired Zhou Yuwen’s generosity and told his friends, “Brothers, eat to your heart’s content! Tonight’s on the Xu Zhou Association leader!”

“Brother Shuo, I thought you were treating us?”

“Of course not! I’m just the vice president. The president is my brother!” Liu Shuo explained. He enjoyed mingling and went around toasting at different tables.

“Brother Shuo, I’ve followed you for so long and still haven’t t Brother Zhou. When can you introduce ?” asked a sly-looking guy with a grin.

Liu Shuo rolled his eyes. “You idiot, my brother’s right there.”

Everyone turned to see a dashing young man sitting by the window. A JK girl clung to his arm, while several others laughed and drank with him.

“Whoa, our leader is such a charr?” the sly guy exclaid.

“Of course! Otherwise, how could he be our leader? But rember, my brother likes to keep a low profile, so don’t disturb him,” Liu Shuo replied, feeling proud.

This admiration spread among the group. They marveled at Zhou Yuwen’s charisma. Soone whispered, “Brother Shuo, which one is our sister-in-law?”

“All of them!” Liu Shuo joked, prompting laughter and cheers.

When Liu Shuo texted Zhou Yuwen to ask which girl was his girlfriend, Zhou Yuwen replied, “Are you blind? The one in my arms, of course.”

“But, Brother Zhou, with your charm, who knows how many sisters-in-law there are at that table?” Liu Shuo teased.

Zhou Yuwen didn’t bother replying to that.

At 10:30 p.m., soone suggested going for karaoke, but Tao Tian pointed out it was late, and there were classes the next day. “Next ti, I’ll treat you all to karaoke,” she promised.

“Yay! Long live our senior!” the girls cheered.

Zhou Yuwen went to settle the bill. As he passed each table of students, they wanted to greet him, but he simply nodded.

The total bill was 925 yuan, but the owner, now aware of Zhou Yuwen’s status, only charged 800 yuan. Zhou Yuwen paid and returned to his group, nodding to Liu Shuo. “Get them back to campus safely. It’s late—don’t wander around.”

“I got it, Brother Zhou,” Liu Shuo assured, beaming as he followed Zhou Yuwen out.

Back inside, the rowdy n had begun talking to the Arts Departnt girls. One bald man had boldly asked a girl, “Hey, what do you do?”

“Oh, we’re Forestry University students,” she replied.

“Students, huh?” he said, trying to make conversation but failing awkwardly.

The man then suggested, “Drinking just with your group must be boring. Why not join us?”

The girls refused politely, but Tao Tian stepped in, calling the girl back. The bald man, feeling slighted, slamd the table and shouted, “Who the hell do you think you are?”

Just then, Zhou Yuwen walked in and calmly asked the girls, “Are we done eating?”

“Yes,” they nodded hastily, eager to leave.

But the bald man yelled, “Nobody move!” He and his friends surrounded Zhou Yuwen’s table. Though the girls were scared, they instinctively gathered closer to Zhou Yuwen for safety. Zheng Yanyan clung to his arm, while Lu Lin quietly gripped a beer bottle, ready to strike if necessary.

Zhou Yuwen remained calm and asked the bald man, “What do you want?”

The man sneered. “Let your girls drink with us, and we’ll let it slide.”

Zhou Yuwen nodded. “I see. You think you can bully us because we’re outnumbered?”

The bald man smirked. “Exactly.”

Zhou Yuwen’s gaze sharpened. “Fine. I’ll call soone to join us.”

Outside, Liu Shuo hollered, “Xu Zhou Association brothers, get in here!”

A thunderous roar erupted as 30 young n stord into the barbecue restaurant, sending the rowdy group into a panic. The tables turned as Zhou Yuwen’s calm authority radiated over the stunned room.

“Big Brother!” the young n bellowed in unison, making the intruders tremble and silencing any further trouble.
