7: The Lost Student ID

Couples' interactions mostly involve won confiding their partner's information to their best friends, and it's even normal for situations to arise where girlfriends directly bring their best friends along when playing with their boyfriends.

At 5 AM, while his roommates were still sleeping, Su Mo had already finished washing up and was preparing to head to the barbershop, unaware that during this ti, a storm concerning her was silently gathering.

As Su University was a famous key university in Suzhou City, although it was only 5 AM and still early, walking through the tree-lined campus, one could still see so diligent university students.

So were heading toward the library, others walked drowsily toward the cafeteria, and still others were muttering tongue twisters—clearly either preparing for graduate school or civil service exams.

"Artificial natural inevitable probable..."

Passing by the corner pavilion next to the dormitory building, hearing a senior scratching his head while scribbling on a test book and muttering to himself, Su Mo was already used to such sights.

As a dia major student, the employnt prospects compared to other majors had obvious shortcomings. Most people initially enrolled in dia school with dreams of stardom.

But as ti passed and they gradually encountered society, they beca increasingly aware of how slim the chances of success were.

To avoid going down a dead end, many chose to change course midway and seek other paths, with graduate school and civil service exams being among them.

According to statistics from an unnad senior, one-fifth of dia graduates changed course to study other majors for graduate school, two-fifths joined the civil service exam army, and of the remaining two portions, aside from a small percentage who found proper jobs, the rest were evenly distributed between the probabilities of becoming "strears" and extras.

Success was well-known, but failure ant obscurity—and the probability of obscurity was too high.

In short, dia students faced quite significant employnt pressure.

Therefore, seeing this senior's studying behavior, Su Mo could understand it but didn't plan to imitate it.

After all, the prerequisite for work was having health. In comparison, Su Mo still felt it was more practical to do more missions to exchange for cardiac stimulants and stay alive.

As for Su Mo's original intention in studying at the dia school, firstly, before binding with the system, when she was bedridden due to illness, she most enjoyed listening to audio novels, which led her to choose the broadcasting and hosting major. Secondly, she felt that the dia major could trigger more missions.

And the facts were exactly as Su Mo had thought—after enrolling in the dia school, she indeed triggered many challenge missions that other majors couldn't access due to her specialty.

For example: when playing a Japanese devil as an extra, the challenge was to "accidentally" eliminate three companions; during voice acting, the challenge was to endure level three tickling, etc. The challenge missions were both bizarre and abundant.

Passing through the dormitory pavilion, Su Mo headed off-campus. Although Su University had many barbershops inside with good craftsmanship at affordable prices—only 20 yuan each—thinking about going to the "Tony" teacher where she usually got her hair cut, there was a probability that "Tony teacher" might notice sothing amiss.

For the completion of the SSS-level mission and for her future brother's coback, the cautious Su Mo ultimately decided to be taken advantage of once and go off-campus for a haircut.

Heading toward the bustling Vanke Beautiful Plaza, the comrcial street along the way had many barbershops, but since it wasn't yet 6 AM, none were open.

After walking for quite a while, Su Mo finally found a diligent salon called "Ning Hong Hair Salon" that was open before 6 AM.

Upon entering, a young, cute girl wearing an apron with a bare face was drowsily rubbing her eyes while cleaning, clearly having been forced to get up and start work.

The girl appeared to be about seventeen or eighteen, with a jade-white face bearing a naturally innocent expression. Although her hair was sowhat ssy with a strand of hair sticking up on the upper left, it didn't seem slovenly. Instead, it made her emanate a sweet, romantic, and adorably silly youth aura, with her long legs under the apron glowing in the morning light.

At first glance, she looked like an extrely sweet candy.

This was probably what sweetness ant.

Ding-a-ling~

As Su Mo pushed open the door, the wind chi made a sound, finally clearing so of the girl's drowsiness.

The hairdresser "Yun Xia," who was temporarily watching the shop and working part-ti for pocket money because her mother had business today, instinctively looked up toward the door.

Upon seeing Su Mo who had pushed the door open, she couldn't help but freeze slightly.

Her surprise partly stemd from having a custor so early at the barbershop. On the other hand, facing Su Mo with fair skin, delicate androgynous features, neutral hair, and wearing a high-collared jacket, Yun Xia montarily didn't know whether to address him as handso guy or beautiful lady. Fortunately, Su Mo's tily "male" voice resolved her dilemma.

"Um... how much does a haircut cost?"

Placing the broom in her hands on the ground, Yun Xia showed a professional smile and then skillfully handed Su Mo a small booklet with various photos.

"Handso guy, our shop has many types of haircuts: textured fringe cut, forward spike fringe cut, Thomas spiral cut, etc."

Su Mo listened to the girl's detailed and enthusiastic introduction, looking at the various hairstyle categories—they looked good, like models.

However, the prices were really expensive. Aside from the most basic wash, cut, and blow-dry at 45 yuan, most haircuts cost over 100 yuan.

Su Mo just wanted a normal haircut and naturally chose the simplest and cheapest regular cut. But even so, it still hurt her wallet, as 45 yuan would require at least two hours of part-ti work.

"Little handso guy, please wash your hair first."

Hearing Su Mo's "ordinary" order, Yun Xia, also a Su University student, showed a mont of confusion on her face.

Because this was the area around a dia school, students who usually ca to salons for haircuts generally demanded refinent or wanted to audition for film crews.

Ordinary haircuts like this—most university students would default to getting them cut at school, saving ti, effort, and money.

But regarding Su Mo who had already arrived at the shop, Yun Xia didn't voice this confusion. After all, custors were gods, and there was no reason to push gods out the door.

Gently leading Su Mo to the hair-washing station, feeling that the water temperature was about right, Yun Xia used warm water to wet Su Mo's hair, placing her fingertips gently between Su Mo's hair strands to rub, feeling the smoothness of the hair transmitted through her fingertips. To avoid awkward silence, she actively opened the conversation.

"Little handso guy, your hair quality is so good. Are you also a university student nearby?"

Su Mo, who was having her hair washed, heard the hairdresser's question using the adverb "also," making her mood sowhat complex.

Emmmmmmmm so this hairdresser was also a university student like herself!

Although hairdressing didn't have professional occupational assessnts and mainly depended on skill and return custors, thinking that the person cutting her hair was a peer sohow gave her the illusion that her money was even more wasted!

However, it had to be said that the experience of having a cute girl of the sa age wash her hair with her delicate hands was quite nice. She could also faintly sll so fragrance, which made her mood much more comfortable.

She nodded lightly in response.

Perhaps because Su Mo's features were very gentle, and her entire aura, due to her weak body, just looking at her gave a soft, "easy to get along with" feeling.

Seeing Su Mo's response, Yun Xia, as a peer, gradually opened up and was no longer as restrained as when they first t.

After chatting for quite a while, Su Mo enjoyed an extra ten minutes of hair-washing service before Yun Xia finally covered Su Mo's head with a towel and got to the point.

"Senior, what kind of hairstyle would you like?"

Hearing Yun Xia call her senior, Su Mo honestly felt a bit excited.

Because this title seed to have so similarity to "onii-chan."

She instinctively wanted to say just cut it normally.

But when the words reached her lips, she rembered that she had already beco a girl last night, and there might be so changes in her hair and bone structure.

To be safe and prevent others from noticing anything amiss, Su Mo finally took out the student ID from her pocket and handed it to Yun Xia.

"Just cut it like this, is that okay?"

Taking the student ID, Yun Xia looked at Su Mo's short-haired male appearance on the student ID, a trace of confusion flashing through her clear almond eyes.

Why... did it feel sohow off?

And he was also studying at Su University!

Su Mo, Su Mo, that na sounds quite nice~

At 7 AM, having finished her haircut and restored to her usual refreshing male hairstyle, Su Mo looked at her ordinary hairstyle that was the sa as usual, nodded with satisfaction at this haircut, and took out WeChat to scan "Yun Xia's paynt code."

As her phone showed paynt completed and returned to the main interface, Su Mo suddenly discovered with surprise that the WeChat interface had an unprecedented red exclamation mark in the friends column.

The avatar was a cartoon character with puffed cheeks looking absolutely furious, with the na "Mumumumumu~"

Looking at this na, Su Mo suddenly rembered sothing.

This seed to be the girlfriend she had just gotten yesterday?

As she accepted the friend verification, before Su Mo could check the person's Monts to confirm their identity, the next second, a voice ssage full of resentnt was instantly sent over.

"Su, Mo, why, are, you, just, now, adding, , on, WeChat!"

Although it was sumr in June, walking out of the barbershop, Su Mo felt an inexplicable chill after hearing this voice ssage...

After Su Mo greeted her and left, Yun Xia, who had just opened for business, continued picking up the broom to clean up, preparing for the next custor.

But while sweeping, an item on the table suddenly caught her attention.

Looking at the student ID that Su Mo had just handed over, Yun Xia instinctively chased to the door, only to find that Su Mo had already walked far away and was nowhere to be seen.

Forget it, forget it. When she had ti, she'd go to the student council and hand this student ID over to the lost and found.

If she could et her idol "Chu Tianlan," President Chu, at the student council, that would be even better~!
