Wang Jun is a senior network engineer in the second group of the technology departnt.

A colleague from the technology departnt returned from outside.

Liu Chuanlong picked up the conversation, “Finally, our monk’s temple is going to have a woman?”
In fact, the tech second group did have female employees, including a senior female engineer who happened to be absent at the mont; the tech departnt simply had no unmarried, young, and single female employees.

Liu Chuanlong disbelieved, “I think you’ve been single too long, you see everyone as fair and beautiful.”
“She really is a beauty.”

Engineer Shen was the senior female engineer in the sa group.

Half an hour later, the HR manager personally escorted the newcor over. Seeing is believing, Liu Chuanlong believed it, she indeed was a great beauty, and did not look like soone who studied network technology.
Having just joined the company with no actual work assignnts, nor anyone to talk to her, her direct supervisor Wang Jun gave her a pile of project materials to review.
Approaching noon, Dai Qiu ssaged Changling saying she had sothing to do and couldn’t take her for lunch, but she could arrange for soone to accompany her.
Changling declined and went to the employee canteen by herself. Huaqi Technology was large scale with three canteens in the headquarters alone. She had just sat down with her al when soone approached from the opposite seat.
“Is this seat taken?”
Changling looked up, “No, it’s not.”
Two ladies ca over; Changling recognized one of them, ng Duolan, the legal director of Huaqi Technology. The other lady had a work badge indicating she was from the HR departnt, nad Yu Wen.
They sat down across from Changling.
“I heard that Miss Wen you joined us today,” ng Duolan said. “Congratulations.”
Changling was quite polite but reserved with people she was not familiar with and did not engage in much conversation, “Thank you.”
ng Duolan was refined from head to toe, wearing stylish and expensive clothes, well-grood hair, carefully matched accessories, and with table manners and conversational artistry that exuded a sophisticated and composed elite presence, “I heard from President Qin at the banquet that you were a nurse, so you probably haven’t been involved with ICT-related work before, have you?”
Changling spoke gently, “I know a little bit.” Her two ntors had always advocated being low-key when out and about.
ng Duolan smiled kindly, “Knowing just a little bit might not be enough at Huaqi, especially in the technology and developnt departnts.”
Changling did not reply.
Yu Wen enjoyed spreading rumors, everyone in the company knew that. The news about the tech second group getting a new employee with substantial backing but little relevance to the work spread rapidly throughout the company.
