Grace Ziegler had waited for a long ti and didn’t receive any response from Daniel Marshall, nor did she see him rushing to the hospital to visit her.
She couldn’t help but show her disappointnt and a surge of anger welled up inside her.
Unwilling to give up, Grace Ziegler took the opportunity to fuss about wanting to drink water, deliberately sending the female bodyguard away and imdiately called Daniel Marshall.

This voice spoke very slowly, but it was filled with an intimidating power, and suddenly, Grace Ziegler looked up and locked eyes with the piercing gaze of Assistant Howard.
Imdiately, Grace Ziegler’s heart tightened, and her pupils constricted.
Soon, Grace Ziegler regained her composure, put on a weak facade, and spoke in a soft and delicate voice to defend herself, “I…my ears really can’t hear, and my reactions are always a few beats slower than others. Just now, my hand also slipped by accident.”
Adam Howard spoke in the calst of tones yet uttered the most cruel words, leaving no leeway for Grace Ziegler, “Why didn’t your slippery hand slide you away instead? You aren’t hard of hearing; you did it on purpose to abuse the bodyguard! I have been standing at the door for three minutes, I saw everything, and I recorded a video.”
Grace Ziegler understood that this female bodyguard was Assistant Howard’s person, and that matters concerning Chief Daniel Marshall were handled by Assistant Howard. It was clear that Assistant Howard was deliberately bullying her.
Indeed, Grace Ziegler had bullied the female bodyguard in a mont of anger, but it was out of emotion; she hadn’t intended it personally. It was clearly Assistant Howard, in cahoots with the bodyguard, who was targeting her, looking down on her.
Now that she was recorded on video and facing Assistant Howard, who had never shown her any kindness, Grace Ziegler felt panic and fear. Her hands clung tightly to her clothes and trembled slightly.
