Suddenly, all eyes were on David Jefferson’s assistant.
David Jefferson’s assistant, apparently not fearing to stir up the issue, continued to yell loudly, “Why should we compromise? Who do you think you are? Is being a newcor sothing great? Shouldn’t newcors be more humble? If not for giving Chief Jenkins face, we would have stopped filming long ago and wouldn’t have put up with it this far.”
Imdiately, a crew mber stepped in to diate.
David Jefferson’s assistant didn’t back down, still arguing, “Alright, you want to promote newcors, but you should take a good look at yourself first. Initially, it was you who begged us to join. The first season was well received, but now in the second season you start showing us attitude? If you didn’t want us to shoot, you shouldn’t have talked about the contract in the first place, we don’t lack this kind of gig!”
The crew mber suggested that David should be more considerate, but his assistant disagreed. David had already returned to his RV to rest.
Olivia Jenkins walked over to understand the situation on the spot.
Both parties were still at loggerheads.
Olivia Jenkins looked at the director with a cold stare, “What’s your take on this? As a director, if you can’t be impartial, how do you expect to continue filming in harmony? I don’t care about your intentions, everyone should follow the shooting plan.”
The director hesitated for a mont, then glaring at Olivia Jenkins, he asked sternly, “There have been rumors on set that you and David are having an affair. Is it true?”
Olivia Jenkins stared back at the director with a fierce and chilling gaze, “Who’s spreading these rumors on set? No matter who it is, if you can’t be fair and stick to the plan, you can leave! Are you all ganging up against David Jefferson because of a rumor?”

Olivia Jenkins waited for a mont. No one responded.
Olivia Jenkins put on her earpiece to review the footage herself.
After a few minutes of watching, it beca clear to Olivia Jenkins that, during the filming, so newcors in David’s group were spreading gossip. David heard it and yelled at them, which led to the argunt.
David’s assistant was extrely angry, which led to the subsequent scene.
Putting down several items, Olivia Jenkins called those newcors over, “You all pack up and leave the crew, my crew doesn’t welco gossip spreaders. I won’t tolerate little tricks under my watch. If you want to be in show business, start with morality.”
Upon hearing this, the newcors were stunned.
The director looked embarrassed, “Chief Jenkins, are we still filming today? If these people leave, how are we going to continue?”
“Director Charles, if you don’t want to film, I can understand. You can also leave. I am sure there are many ambitious directors at Quiet Video who won’t mind your absence.
Believe it or not, I can replace everyone on the whole crew. Rember, the world doesn’t stop turning if soone leaves. Don’t think too highly of yourself and never underestimate others.

Olivia Jenkins was ready to call Miss Winter to discuss personnel changes when the newcors ca over to apologize.
Olivia Jenkins lifted her eyelids slightly, giving the troublemaking newcors a look, “It’s too late, I won’t tolerate such antics in my book. If you want to gain fa and attract attention, work hard instead of trying to cut corners.”
One of the female artistes whined, “Could it be that we hit the nail on the head, that you and David are having an affair!”
Olivia Jenkins approached the insolent female artiste, her body exuding a chilling aura, “You all heard what she said, be a witness for , I’ll send her a lawyer’s letter in a mont.”
