This is genuine relief.

Previously, I was trapped in my obsession with that long stretch of ti, unable to extricate myself, until now when Augutina suddenly realized how selfish her earlier thoughts were.

Even if it were to succeed, it would rely be a case of moral blackmail, forcing Shiayar to accept her.

That emotion, built upon false illusions, was absolutely not what Augutina desired across several eras.

If a reluctant lon could be sweet, if it were truly what I wanted...then she should have already taken the then weak Shiayar, who hadn’t even reached 4-Ring, from the first eting in the Dark Night Garden of the Empire Capital to the Silent Forest, and directly forced her way.

Instead of waiting with expectations, ti and again, until today.

"Now, I will no longer force such things that are uncomfortable for both sides."

"However—"

Her words carried a hint of relief.

Yet, in Augutina’s eyes, that dazzling brilliance only grew stronger.

The surging emotions poured out head-on and unrestrained.

"I still want an answer from you."

"Without forcing, or being constrained by responsibilities, burdens, macho creeds, or any manly principles...just answer honestly."

She gently leaned a little closer.

"After experiencing the end of the Third Era, fighting side by side to save Empress Isadella..."

"Also, after weathering the storms of the First Era, and the five hundred years of companionship beneath the Abyss."

"Now I—"

"Can leave an imprint on your heart that is different from a Pet Beast."

"Was there a mont—"

"That made you feel an impulse to beco a Dragon Knight?"

The whisper of the girl in the black dress carried a slight tremor.

At that mont, Shiayar seed to hear the sound of ocean waves.

Due to the equal contract, previously when the other party deliberately concealed, Shiayar couldn’t perceive Augutina’s feelings as he did with Shiny, Silver Heart.

But at this mont, Augutina willingly removed that curtain of concealnt.

The intense emotions surged forth like overwhelming waves, pouring out without reservation.

eting for the first ti, the intimacy and trust between a Pet Beast and a Beastmaster...

The fear and despair of being abandoned in the First Era alone.

The longing that spanned several eras...

And in the subsequent Fourth Epoch, countless encounters where she saw Shiayar himself.

Yet, because the ti was not right, Shiayar had absolutely no mories related to her, and could only watch as one woman after another gathered around him, unable to do anything.

And later, using the Hourglass of Ti to return to the First Era, back to Shiayar’s side.

Accompanying the sleeping Shiayar at the bottom of the Abyss for five hundred years.

Lonely, desolate, but also filled her with joy and tranquility.

Those emotions, surging across several eras, mirrored without reservation in Shiayar’s heart.

Only then did Shiayar confirm one thing.

Augutina’s feelings towards him were not a special familial bond observed upon first sight of a creature.

But love.

Not the affection and intimacy of a Pet Beast for the caring Beastmaster, but the affection of a girl for a boy.

From the First Era till now, unchanged.

Wandering and displaced...

Just for this mont, to et you.
