In the underground cave, the secret base of Uchiha Madara, Obito, now 15 years old, had transford from the spiky-haired youth resembling Naruto into a figure with waist-length hair similar to Madara's.
Feeling his restored control over his body, Obito leaped off the wooden bed, kicking his feet in excitent, and exclaid with joy, "Finally, I'm going to see you again, Kakashi, Rin!"
"About ti he healed. We haven't collected the rent for these years. Now he is leaving without paying. We've taken a big loss." Black Zetsu's face smirked as it erged from the wall.
The injury that should have healed in half a year had been prolonged for three years, largely due to the interference of Black Zetsu.
"Quickly, open the large stone blocking the exit and let out!" Obito shouted, looking up.
"You can't break the rock with your strength. Let's rge with my body."
A portion of Tobi's face erged from Obito's shoulder. Then, his body unfolded like a blooming flower, enveloping Obito completely.
"Suddenly, the aged Madara spoke up, "Are you leaving already?"
"Yes, thank you for saving , but I won't be returning." Obito didn't even glance at him as he prepared to leave.
"It's too soon to thank ; you will undoubtedly return, and then I will accept your proper thanks," Old Madara said calmly.
Obito stopped speaking and harnessed the imnse chakra that Tobi had integrated into his body. With a single, powerful strike, he shattered the enormous rock blocking the exit and sprinted towards Konoha Village, leaving behind the forsaken place where he had been confined for three years.
"By the way, Obito, there's sothing else you need to know," Black Zetsu said, using Tobi's body to convey the ssage.
"The Konoha you knew is very different from what it is now."
"What's changed?" Obito asked, his frown deepening as he continued to dash through the trees.
"Princess Tsunade has taken over as the Fourth Hokage, succeeding Sarutobi Hiruzen. In addition to that, there are several significant developnts... The most crucial at the mont is the delivery of the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki, Uzumaki Kushina's child."
Upon hearing Black Zetsu's words, a familiar na triggered a mory in Obito's mind. He thought, "Kushina-san? Isn't she Minato-sensei's girlfriend?"
"What are you trying to say?!" Obito demanded.
"The Nine-Tails is very likely to break free of its seal during the Jinchūriki's childbirth. Madara once controlled the Nine-Tails and has thods for sealing, controlling, and summoning it," Black Zetsu explained. "I'm giving you access to these techniques. If the Nine-Tails does break free, you'll be better equipped to control it and save Konoha. Imagine how much Rin will love you if you manage to save Konoha just like First Hokage Hashirama Senju."
Obito frowned slightly, feeling sothing was amiss.
It seed odd that Madara, who had always been antagonistic towards Konoha and might even harbor hatred for it, would care if the Nine-Tails caused destruction. Why would he be concerned about the Nine-Tails wreaking havoc in Konoha?
Despite his reservations, Obito decided that learning these jutsu could be useful. He nodded and signaled for Black Zetsu to teach him the necessary hand signs for the jutsu.
"If I return with becoming Hero of Konoha then that Baka-Kakashi and Rin might love more," he thought with a smirk. Obito had his little sches in mind.
"Prepare yourself to receive our gift, Obito," White Zetsu said with an inward smirk.
At Konoha Hospital, Tsunade, the Fourth Hokage, personally oversaw Kushina's birth checkup. The expected delivery date was determined to be around the night after tomorrow.
After extensive discussions, it was decided that the delivery room would be set up in a small wooden house on the outskirts of the village. In reality, this was the hut where Tatsuya had lived for 20 years.
Tsunade, renowned as the world's greatest dical ninja, would handle the delivery herself.
Initially, it was planned that Tsunade's three students—Rin Nohara, Shizune, and Kurenai—would assist with the delivery. However, due to Rin's special circumstances, only Shizune and Kurenai were permitted to be present.
On the periter, Hatake Sakumo, leading the team, along with Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Shisui, and other elite ANBU mbers, stood guard.
"Why use my old ho as the delivery room?" Tatsuya asked, bemused, but ultimately consented.
The day was indeed bustling with activity. Not only was it the birth of Uzumaki Naruto, the son of the Yellow Flash, but Orochimaru was also planning to sneak into Konoha to confront his forr sensei, Sarutobi Hiruzen.
Unbeknownst to Tatsuya, while he was out during the day, a White Zetsu clone had secretly infiltrated Rin's room and tampered with the milk she drank daily.
"Just adding a bit here should be enough... No, wait, if this plan fails, there's no room for recovery. Better to add it everywhere, just in case."
The White Zetsu, having finished its work in Rin's room, initially believed it was sufficient. However, upon further reflection, it realized that this mission could not afford any failure. Thus, the clone proceeded to add the substance to all drinks and food in every room except Tatsuya's.
"Alright, that should cover everything. Ti to withdraw."
After confirming that the plan was foolproof, the White Zetsu quickly retreated into the ground, ensuring its escape and the success of the mission.
As the evening sun set over the outskirts hut where Tatsuya once lived, the air was filled with a cacophony of sounds.
"Take a deep breath, Lord Kushina! Deep breaths!"
"Push hard! Keep going!"
"Ahhh!!!"
The urgent calls of Tsunade and her apprentices mixed with Kushina's agonized cries echoed from inside the house.
Kakashi, Shisui, and the other anbu guards stationed at the door felt a shiver run down their spines.
"Is everything alright? Kushina-san..." Kakashi asked, looking uneasy.
"This is just the beginning. So people go through a lot during childbirth. When your mother gave birth to you, she struggled for more than four hours," Hatake Sakumo remarked with a wry smile. "So this is pretty quick."
Shisui took a deep breath, silently relieved that he wasn't in Kushina's position. As Kushina's cries continued, the sun dipped below the horizon, giving way to twilight.
Shisui glanced up at the night sky and noticed the full moon was exceptionally bright, casting an eerie glow that made the heart shudder.
While the three Kage-level figures were gathered in the suburbs, a dark shadow crept into the Sarutobi clan's area in Konoha.
The Night was bustling with shady activity tonight, making it chaotic and tense that will reshape Konoha entirely.
