Before going to bed, Sheng Tang took a box of face masks and went to Gu Shiting’s room.
"Your sister gave it to , it’s really effective, I’ve already gotten a lot fairer." She wanted to apply it on Gu Shiting.
Gu Shiting hurriedly dodged.
"I don’t want it." He avoided Sheng Tang’s hand, "I think I’m fine like this... n should be a bit darker, it looks more robust."
This kid’s sense of aesthetics was starting to develop towards the rugged manly type.
Sheng Tang couldn’t stop laughing.
"Really don’t want it? Doesn’t your sunburned face hurt?" Sheng Tang asked, "Want so ointnt?"
"It was pretty itchy a few nights ago, but I’ve gotten used to it now," Gu Shiting replied.
However, his dream of becoming a rugged man was soon shattered.

Sheng Tang looked at his expression; he seed rather disappointed.
Being unable to tan and peeling under the sun—calling it luck or misfortune was hard to say.
All in all, Sheng Tang could barely hold back her laughter.
Once the school year officially started, Gu Shiting didn’t stay in the dorm. S University was closer to his ho than Huishi, so he still went ho every day. His daily life wasn’t much different from before.
Except his coursework was a bit easier.
On weekends, he would take Sheng Tang to his school, and they would study together in the library.
Once, they ran into so girls from his class.
The girls didn’t know his identity, only that he was a local and the city’s top science student, assuming that he went ho every day because his house was close.
Anyone who could get into S University’s physics departnt was a top student, one of the elite.
The girl had a natural sense of superiority, tinged with a bit of snobbishness.

Too beautiful girls likely wouldn’t have good grades, as being obsessed with beauty would take up most of their energy.

The girl was montarily stunned.
The two girls beside her couldn’t stand it and jokingly, a bit angrily, said, "Gu Shiting, don’t you recognize us? There aren’t many girls in our class."
Gu Shiting, the least empathetic towards beauties, shook his head indifferently, "I don’t recognize you."
With that, he pulled Sheng Tang away.
Seeing the trio of girls struck like lightning, Sheng Tang shook her head secretly, then said to Gu Shiting, "You still have the sa lousy character!"
"Are you praising or scolding ?" Gu Shiting asked.
Sheng Tang: "..."
Sheng Tang sat with him in the university self-study room for the entire morning.
Taking his girlfriend to study on a date, his straight-man character was unchanged.
He supervised Sheng Tang until she finished her howork, then took her out for a walk.
He held her hand the entire ti, carrying a backpack with both his books and Sheng Tang’s.
Sheng Tang casually followed beside him, looking around.
"Gu Shiting, do you have girls pursuing you at school?" Sheng Tang asked.
Gu Shiting replied honestly, "Probably. A girl gave a letter before; I threw it back at her."
After throwing the letter, he bypassed her and walked off without even looking at the girl’s face.
Later, four or five boys claid that Gu Shiting had humiliated their biology departnt’s beauty, wanting to confront him, but Gu Shiting knocked them down.
The boys, looking at his tall, slender figure, thought he was just a big guy with nothing to back it up, not knowing that Young Master Gu had been working out since childhood and had specifically learned boxing.
The boys felt embarrassed after being beaten up. Being new students, they were afraid of losing face and didn’t dare report it to the school; the matter ended unresolved.
Gu Shiting naturally forgot to ntion it.
