Sheng Tang’s victory sparked a carnival among the students.

Because her slogan was voted in by them, and supported overnight with calls and help from friends.

The slogan was unconventional and rebellious, perfectly fitting the tastes of high school students today.

Not only did the slogan win first place and was chosen as the top slogan by the school, but it was also a victory for the students.

"This is amazing! Everyone united to help Sheng Tang win!"

"I’m going to change my status. From now on, this saying will be my motto: Whoever steps on my head, I will grow on their grave."

The forum was buzzing with excitent.

Bai Shaolin and her group were disheartened.

Feng Yijin should have found fault, but surprisingly, she didn’t. Compared to others, she liked this rebellious stuff more. Although she particularly hated Sheng Tang, Feng Yijin still thought the slogan was stunning and deserved first place.

She said nothing.

Sheng Tang’s class was also lively, with many students—both boys and girls—gathering around her as soon as the class ended.

When the horoom teacher ca in to start the lesson, she saw several students around Sheng Tang.

She squinted her eyes slightly, without saying a word.

The horoom teacher really disliked the slogan; it was too out of line. She even ntioned it in private to the principal’s teaching assistant.

The teaching assistant told her, "The principal loves it!"

Undoubtedly, soone had put in a good word.

The principal’s preferences were always influenced by the board mbers. More notably, it might have been Mrs. Gu who said sothing personally.

The horoom teacher still couldn’t believe that Sheng Tang actually knew soone from the influential Gu Family, and that Mrs. Gu had stood up for her multiple tis.

It didn’t make sense, but it was a fact.

Sheng Tang was like an iceberg in the sea. She only revealed a tiny bit, making people mistakenly think she was just a small cluster, without knowing the depth and width beneath the surface.

The horoom teacher didn’t dare provoke her after all.

Considering Sheng Tang’s slogan was chosen as the top slogan, even the principal didn’t dare provoke her much.

The horoom teacher lightly coughed, "Class is starting."

Several students imdiately returned to their seats.

Sheng Tang also took out her textbook.

However, Yang Mingming asked for leave in the afternoon, claiming she wasn’t feeling well.

She was a favored daughter with a strong political background in her family. The teachers feared offending her the most, second only to Gu Shiting.

When she asked for leave, the teachers naturally granted it with concern and a few words of reassurance.

After returning ho, Yang Mingming swept all the costics off her dressing table onto the floor.

The long cashre carpet was very soft, so the costics fell silently, which made Yang Mingming even angrier.

She grabbed a bottle of foundation and threw it hard against the wall.

A faint mark was left on the white wall imdiately.

The servants heard the commotion but didn’t dare to go upstairs.

Both the master and mistress were not at ho today, so the servants were worried that the young miss was too upset. A servant in her forties braved herself and knocked on Yang Mingming’s door.

"Get out!" Yang Mingming yelled.

"Miss, are you okay?" the servant asked softly, while opening the door without permission.

Yang Mingming was so angry that her face distorted.

She picked up a small pair of scissors nearby and stabbed the servant’s arm hard.

Blood imdiately gushed out.

The servant cried out in pain, turning pale with fright.

Seeing the blood, Yang Mingming was still not appeased and tried to stab again, but she saw a black figure standing quietly at her door.

She was slightly startled.

Looking up, she saw Gu Jiahui.

Gu Jiahui was tall, but still had a boyish look on his face. His rimless glasses accentuated his gentle deanor.

He looked at Yang Mingming quietly for a mont before speaking to the servant, "You can go now, get your wound bandaged."
