Chapter 1379: Argunt Again.
Given the current situation, Hermione decided to take the initiative to reconcile with Ron!
With Evan’s comfort and persuasion, she had already let it go and could consider Ron’s experience from his perspective.
This wasn’t a big deal in the first place, and there was no need to add extra pressure to Ron at this ti.
Hermione was going to invite him to Slughorn’s Christmas party, and Elaine had also decided who she was going to invite. She wanted to invite Colin to repay him for helping her with her howork for a long ti; though Evan felt there wasn’t much of a debt to repay, Colin was completely forced rather than helping on his own initiative.
With that settled, Evan and Hermione decided to watch Gryffindor’s first training session after the team’s reorganization. They planned to find an opportunity to talk to Ron after practice, but what happened during the training session was completely unexpected, and Hermione’s plan for reconciliation fell through.
Dean’s performance at training that night was remarkable.
He worked very well with the other players, not just with fellow Chasers Delza and Coote, but also with Beaters Ginny and Elaine. Especially the cooperation between Dean and Ginny could be described as perfect. It really was true that couples in love had a different kind of connection.
If they kept up this level of play, beating Slytherin wouldn’t be a problem. The only problem was Ron.
His performance was nothing like that of an experienced player. Everyone knew that Ron was an inconsistent player who suffered from nerves and a lack of confidence, and unfortunately, recent events and the looming prospect of the opening ga of the season seed to have brought out all his old insecurities.
After letting in half a dozen goals, most of them scored by Dean, and none particularly tricky, his technique beca wilder and wilder, until he finally punched an oncoming Delza Robins in the mouth.

“Panicked,” Ginny said angrily, landing next to Delza and examining her fat lip. “You prat, Ron, look at the state of her!”
“Don’t worry, I can fix that,” said Harry, landing beside the two girls, pointing his wand at Delza’s mouth, and saying “Episkey.” “And Ginny, don’t call Ron a prat, you’re not the Captain of this team —”
“Oh, sorry, you seed too busy to call him a prat and I thought soone should —”
Harry forced himself not to laugh and waved his hand, “In the air, everyone, let’s go. …”
From the stands below, Evan and Hermione watched the disastrous training session unfold, seeing the players fly back into the air.
“Ron’s in such bad shape!” said Hermione worriedly, “I’m really worried about next week’s match. If we lose to Slytherin… There are all kinds of rumors in the House now. McLaggen is spreading rumors that Harry only picks his friends for the team.”
“Dean actually perford quite well. As for Ron…” Evan said, unsure how to comnt.

“It’s not your fault. Ron is just too sensitive! Besides, we’re here today to invite him to the Slug Club Party. I think he’ll recover,” said Evan, looking at Hermione who was in a bad mood. “If you’re planning to cry again, you can borrow my shoulder.”
“I don’t want to cry, turn into a cat and let hug you!” said Hermione.
Evan gave her a look, and in the blink of an eye, a black cat leaped onto Hermione’s lap, curling up between her legs.
Hermione hugged the black cat, rubbing his ears — but why was she using so much force?
“ow!” Evan tried to lower his head and raised his paws weakly in protest. She couldn’t bully a cat like this…
The training session didn’t last long after Ron busted Delza’s lip.
Although Harry kept encouraging them, no one was in the mood anymore, and by the ti Evan and Hermione went downstairs to find them, Ron and Ginny had already started arguing.
They were the last to return to the locker rooms because Harry had so words of encouragent to say to Ron.
Before they entered, they saw Dean and Ginny hugging each other and walking towards the castle intimately.
Harry told Evan gloomily later, that Ginny and Dean were kissing at that mont.
This discovery obviously made Harry very unhappy, but even more unhappy was Ron, whose reaction was also very intense.

Dean was looking embarrassed. He gave Harry a shifty grin that Harry did not return, as the newborn monster inside him was roaring for Dean’s instant dismissal from the team.
“Er … co on, Ginny,” said Dean anxiously, “let’s go back to the common room…”
“You go!” said Ginny, looking at Ron. “I want a word with my dear brother!”
Dean left, looking as though he was not sorry to depart the scene.
As Evan and Hermione approached, they caught sight of him hurrying away, leaving behind a wry smile.
The quarrel that was about to break out did not stop because of the arrival of Evan and Hermione. On the other side of the locker room, Elaine, who had just changed her clothes, walked out with a curious look on her face, followed by an awkward-looking Delza. The door of the boys’ locker room was closed. Coote must have heard the argunt outside and was probably hiding inside, shivering.
He just entered the second year and was usually very shy. He dared not get involved in such quarrels among seniors.
“Let’s get this straight, Ron!” said Ginny, tossing her long red hair out of her face and glaring at him angrily. “It is none of your business who I go out with or what I do with them!”
“Yeah, it is!” said Ron, just as angrily. “Do you think I want people saying my sister’s a —”
“A what?” shouted Ginny, drawing her wand. “A what, exactly?”
Evan and Hermione looked at each other, and Hermione hurried over to hug Ginny. “He doesn’t an anything, Ginny —”
“Oh yes he does!” said Ginny. “When he’s snogging Lavender all over the castle, then —”
“Shut your mouth!” bellowed Ron, bypassing red and turning maroon.
“No, I will not!” yelled Ginny, beside herself. “Don’t think I don’t know your stories, I just couldn’t be bothered to say anything. I’ve seen you with Phlegm, hoping she’ll kiss you on the cheek every ti you see her!”
“Enough! I said, shut up!” Ron roared, pulling out his wand as well…
