The air in the Room of Requirent humd with anticipation.

The four of them, Nero, Ember, Lilith, and Alaric, sat around a large wooden table, scattered with parchnt, quills, and ancient tos filled with magical theories.

Dim lighting from floating lanterns cast flickering shadows against the stone walls, giving the chamber a mystical aura fitting for their latest endeavor.

"Then we need a new approach," Alaric mused, tapping his quill against the table. "Sothing that works through intent-based magic, perhaps?"

"That's what I was thinking," Nero confird. "But first, we need to break it down. What do we actually need for this enchantnt to work?"

The four conjured additional parchnt and ink, quickly shifting into full-fledged research mode.

Ink splattered across pages as ideas took shape, and the atmosphere thickened with a mixture of concentration and excitent.

"First," Nero began, "we need a linked magical connection, an enchantnt that binds all our objects together so when one person speaks, the others hear it."

"Second," Lilith continued, "it should work at any distance within Hogwarts. Otherwise, it's useless if we're too far apart."

"Third," Ember added, "it should be undetectable. No one else should be able to listen in, and it shouldn't trigger any magical detection spells."

"Fourth," Alaric finished, "we need a way to activate and deactivate it without needing wands."

They paused, staring at the growing list. Each requirent made the task more challenging, but none of them were willing to settle for less.

"Alright," Nero said, rubbing his chin. "The first thing we need is a suitable dium. An object that can hold the enchantnt."

"Rings?" Lilith suggested. "They're small, easy to wear, and people won't question them."

"Good idea," Alaric said. "Plus, rings allow for intricate rune engravings, which will be crucial for long-term enchantnts."

Ember smirked. "Alright, then leave it to my Forgeheart. I will make the best rings ever!"

As Ember stood, the Room of Requirent shifted.

The bookshelves lted away, replaced by walls of iron and stone. A forge materialized before them, the scent of burning coal and molten tal thick in the air.

Ember cracked her knuckles, grinning at the familiar heat of the flas.

Alaric raised an eyebrow. "Wait... do you actually have ingots on you?"

Ember huffed, placing her hands on her hips. "Of course I do. Who do you take for?"

Lilith leaned against the table, smirking. "Soone who carries tal ingots at all tis?"

Ember shrugged. "I like to be prepared."

Nero shook his head with a chuckle. "Of course you do."

Ember moved toward the forge, retrieving a small satchel from her belt.

She unwrapped its contents, revealing glistening ingots of goblin-wrought silver and dragonsteel.

The light of the forge reflected off the precious tals, illuminating the entire room in a soft glow.

"Where did you even get those?" Alaric asked, adjusting his glasses.

Ember's eyes glead with a mischievous glint. "Nero's vault was amazing, that's for sure." she said with a smirk. "But wait until you see what's hidden inside the Gryffindor's vault!"

Lilith's expression turned curious. "Do you know what to do with those?"

"Let's just say... Godric had a few lessons for ."

Ember threw her gloves on and stretched her arms.

"He believed in self-sufficiency. He said a warrior isn't just soone who wields a sword, but soone who understands their tools. He taught how to work tal, not just swinging blades, but forging them."

She walked over to the forge and selected an ingot, feeling its weight in her palm. "He had spend hours shaping and reforging weapons, over and over, until I could do it in my sleep. Said it wasn't enough to know how to fight, I needed to understand the strength of my own equipnt."

Nero and Alaric exchanged glances.

"So, you're saying you have beco an expert in creating weapons?" Nero asked, intrigued.

Ember grinned. "Expert is a bit too much, but let show you."

She tossed an ingot into the roaring flas, watching as it turned a brilliant white-hot.

The Forgeheart within her pulsed, and she closed her eyes, allowing the magic to flow through her veins. With a deep breath, she extended her hand toward the tal, not just controlling the heat but guiding the very essence of the material.

The molten tal rose slightly from the forge, moving in response to her will.

With a controlled motion, Ember reached for a hamr and brought it down in steady, rhythmic strokes. Sparks flew, cascading through the air as the tal bent and twisted at her command.

Unlike normal forging, where raw strength shaped the tal, Ember's magic seeped into it, bonding with the core of the material.

Each strike was not just physical, it was an infusion of energy, embedding intention and stability into the rings.

Lilith watched closely, fascinated. "It's almost like the tal is responding to you."

"In a way, it is," Alaric said, studying the process. "Goblin-wrought silver retains traces of intent. The more Ember works it, the more it bonds to her magic."

Hours passed as Ember crafted each ring with careful precision. The forge's glow highlighted the sweat on her brow, but she didn't falter. One by one, she shaped them, smoothing the edges, engraving delicate patterns into the bands, until they were perfect.

Once the rings had cooled, she retrieved a small case of gemstones from her satchel.

"Personal touch," she said with a grin. "Each of us gets one."

She embedded a deep red stone into her ring, the color reflecting the fire of the forge.

For Nero, she selected a brilliant blue sapphire, its surface gleaming like the night sky.

Lilith's ring held a striking erald, rich and dark like the shadows she walked through.

Finally, Alaric's ring bore a golden-yellow citrine, warm and steady like the earth itself.

Nero turned his ring over in his palm, studying the craftsmanship. "You really thought of everything."

Ember wiped soot from her forehead, breathing heavily but smiling. "Of course. If we're going to do this, we're going to do it right."

She placed the rings on the table, stepping back with satisfaction. "There," she said, stretching her arms. "Perfectly crafted. Now, nerd boy, do your thing."
