Chapter 179: Unleashed
Primum saw the nine crystals floating in the air in front of it and opened its mouth, devouring them with pleasure.
A single one of these crystals contained enough magic to allow it to transform and grow in size to almost three tis its normal state.
During his encounter with the necromancers, Jas had given Primum two crystals to consu, allowing it to beco even bigger and more powerful.
But for this enemy, Jas had decided that he would have to allow Primum to unleash its full potential. So he gave it more than enough in order to get there.
The crystals went into the chira's mouth and were swallowed without a single bite.
The blue eyes on the creature began to glow like beacons, and it imdiately let out a threatening roar that froze everyone in place.
Primum's body began to grow and grow until it was almost the size of a house, and its white wings were large enough to shed a mantle of shadows over the terrified audience.

Primum roared again. This ti, it had enough power to create a shockwave that pushed everything away, forming a massive cloud of dust around its body. Then… it took to the skies.
"Primum! What happened to him?" Bella was watching with concern, wondering what Jas had done to the adorable creature to make it transform into such a scary monster.
"Dragon!"
"A white dragon! Run!"
The students at Hogsade had already been panicked before, but now that they saw the massive monster rise into the sky, they thought they were all going to get eaten.
It only took a mont before the first person began to run further into the village to get as far as possible from the fight happening at the entrance.
Several of the Slytherin boys who had been left unconscious on the ground after the witch's arrival had the luck of being pushed away by Primum's roar, getting out of imdiate danger and clearing the area.
Jas ordered Nyxaris and Tertivor to move away, just in ti as Primum descended upon the witch, just as she had done before to Jas.
"Ha! Co here, you little lizard." The witch let out a chuckle as she grabbed onto Primum's horns when it charged at her.
"Master, how is she so strong?" Nyxaris ca to his side.
Jas reford Tertivor around his wrist. "Rituals, demon deals… who knows. That's not important." He glanced at the fairy. "Now, pay attention, I'm going to unlock your full mories. There are a lot of dangerous spells that I put behind a ntal wall so you couldn't use them. Don't go crazy on , okay?"
"I didn't know that…" Nyxaris responded.
"That's… because your mories were sealed. Are you paying attention?"
"Yes, Master!"
Jas pointed his wand at her. "Aperi Animo."
Nyxaris's eyes went blank for a second. When they returned to normal, she felt that sothing had changed in her. "Master… this magic… can I use it?"
"I trust that you will use it with moderation. But right now, it's not the deadly magic that I need you to use." Jas looked around.
Primum was entangled in a struggle with the witch, but Jas knew that the chances for the chira to win by itself were none, even with its full potential unlocked.
He saw the witch stopping one of Primum's massive claws with one hand and punching the creature with the other, breaking several of its teeth in the process.
In the distance, Jas spotted all his friends watching him with concern in their eyes.
As things progressed, this area would only get more dangerous, and Jas didn't want anyone else to get hurt.
He also saw that Bella was there. That girl was crazy enough to charge into this to try to help him out.
The professors had definitely been called already. It was just a matter of ti before they got here.
Jas made a decision. He was going to end the life of this dangerous individual, and he was going to do it right here and now, by himself.
"Nyxaris… seal the area. Use the five pillars formation."
The fairy looked at her Master in shock. She had just received knowledge about that piece of magic and was fully aware of what it did.
More than a spell, it was a formation capable of completely separating a piece of space from the rest. Once it beca locked, there was no way out until the formation was broken or stopped, no matter what happened inside.
"Master… I will need at least three full minutes to set up t—"
"We will buy you the ti and keep the witch occupied. Get to work." Jas began to walk towards his opponent while chanting spells in a language long used in ancient sopotamia.
"𐎽𐎯𐎤𐎤𐎣 (Speed)"
"𐎯𐎮𐎼𐎤𐎱 (Power)"
A golden glow appeared around him, and Jas felt his muscles tensing up. Maintaining this magic for more than three minutes would destroy his bones and muscles, pulling tendons apart and crippling him as it placed trendous pressure on the body.
However, for the next three minutes, he would be able to move several tis the speed of a normal human.
'Too bad I can't use my Animagus form in front of everyone. That would have also served to buy so ti.' It was the one thing he didn't want to show.
Primum was pushed aside by the witch, and Jas took the chance to attack. He moved behind her while forming a pattern with his wand.
"Infernus." A dark red ball of fire appeared in front of him and flew at the target.
The old woman stomped the ground, and a wall of rocks erged behind her, blocking Jas's spell in the process.
"You finally decided to face in person? I was getting bored of your pet already." The old witch had a confident smirk on her face.
Jas glared at her. His amber eyes were glowing due to the imnse amount of magic coursing through his veins. "I can assure you of one thing… You won't be smiling for long."
