Dust and ashes and smoke bloated the whole surrounding, the Principality becoming nothing but a fleeting mory.
At that instant, a gaze - overwhelming, haunting and achingly piercing - snapped its attention towards the Primus Principality; and it hit Noah like a speeding truck.
He almost staggered down.
However, despite the unmistakable threat of death his very existence was feeling, Noah's face was sared by a deep smile as he observed the Red Tower now whole.
Diatah was at his side, her face unbothered, even bored to not say condescending, looking at one single spot of the blanket of pale ashes cloaking them.
Her lips pulled into a snarky smile, the look of condescension having a permanence on her stunning face.
Whatever her srizing eyes were seeing, she wasn't in the bit impressed.
Noah, however, couldn't say the sa as his wife. Then again, his mind was entirely focused on his current task; going overdrive, calculating every possible case and scenario to this event.
His two hands bolted towards the Red Tower, grasping tightly before plastering it on his chest.
He closed his eyes, and ti seed to pause.
Feeling the power the authority - emanating from it, Noah couldn't help but smile. The authority was now without a ruler, because of the sudden destruction of the Principality.
However, Noah knew it would not last long, the Origin Will would
soon reclaim the authority for itself.
So using that window of ti too fleeting to even be considered - Noah used his First Authority: Bind.
He had already bound a whole Dominion to himself, giving him the courage and faith of success of this endeavor.
And so, without hesitation, he not only bound the Authority to him, Noah also transmuted his body composition. He made it match the Tower's own, and absorbed it within himself.
A brilliant, sinuous, almost damned and wretched crimson light burst forth with staggering intensity, shrouding the whole body of Noah.
All of this happened in not even a second. And the whole past zone of the Primus Principality trembled uncontrollably.
Taraji smiled at the sight, before feeling at last a tidal wave of outrage exploding in front of her, followed by the coalition of the scattered dust around to form the shape of a being.
A woman. Tall, with robes made of ashes framing her rounded body. Her eyes were like smoke - hissing, coiling like slithering snakes - focusing on Diatah and then Noah with shock and anger and wariness knotted all together.
"What are you?" The voice was like that of a concept, not a being, addressing Diatah standing in front of her.
The Origin Will of the Spirit World had never seen soone like Diatah. The feeling, the deep arrogance rolling out of her was so sickening it was almost beautiful.
Her arrogance was too pure, and she looked at her as if she was sothing she had vomited herself.
It was unbearable for the Origin Will, but the very presence of Diatah was too alien for her to attempt anything.
Cautiousness, she repeated to herself, was her greatest strength, and one that made her who she was.
At her question, Diatah didn't deign to answer. She didn't even look at her for more than a second, turning her gaze instead to Noah.
The Origin Will's body trembled in whispering anger, now looking at Noah. Diatah made her feel wary, but Noah made her feel shock and
anger.
The fact soone dared to steal her Authority of a whole Principality from her was a thing she never considered even possible.
But one did it. And that without her being able to do anything about
it.
The Origin Will's eyes narrowed, her muscles contracting.
The crimson light soon enough scattered into red butterflies, flying away, showing the body of Noah.
Nothing had changed physically, but to those who knew, everything had changed about him.
Noah no longer felt like a being, in the purest sense of the term. No, he looked like he was Authority itself made of flesh and bones and muscles and blood.
He was outrageous, and the Origin Will was awed for a mont by
the purity of his being.
And the Prince was smiling, looking at the notifications panel in front
of him,
Providence paused briefly, only to continue again, voice proud,
And so, with excitent through his veins,
'How sweet.
"You are different." Diatah said, prompting his attention to her, sparing
him a glance, "At least, you are not so helpless, I notice. You still can
be redeed to be a worthy man."
Noah laughed, "I see you have made peace with your current
situation, sweetheart."
"I am old enough to know when to move on."
"How old exactly?"
"Maybe you wish death?"
"No, thank you." Noah chuckled, before finally turning his attention to
the manifestation of the Origin Will standing in front of them.
She looked aghast, trying her best to not look any less remarkable than already. She was embarrassingly failing.
At that instant, the Origin Will wished for nothing but to turn away and bolt away, acting like nothing had happened.
She hated problems and anything that could cause her problems.
She loved her cool, unremarkable life, watching people kill themselves while she was safe at the top.
Now a problem ca knocking at her door, and she made the mistake of answering it.
'Mother's rcy, what have I done?' She was panicking internally, but
she tried to look steady.
Noah tilted his head lightly to the side, looking deeply at her. He didn't need to be told to notice how the apprehension was oozing out of the Origin Will's body like water from a holed bucket.
She looked as if ready to run away at any ti.
He suppressed a laugh at the surprising sight. 'How curious! He thought.
Now he could step into the Duke of Cloud rank, making him stand at
the sa level as a Progenitor. But with all his power and abilities, a Progenitor would certainly regret facing him now.
For a mont, a cold smile crept through his face, his mind thinking
of Esray, the Mother of Dragons.
'It's ti to go back.
He decided, before taking a step and appearing in front of the
frightened Origin Will. She unconsciously yelped, trying to stagger
back.
But Noah grabbed her hand, halting her.
Instantly, he could feel that the Origin Will was way stronger than
him. Impossibly, even.
The Prince was not surprised, knowing she ruled over all the
Perfected Reality's Spirit World.
But with her cautious and ek and frightened nature, the Origin
Will did nothing but look at Noah with unneeded wariness.
He opened his lips, but-!
"Are you going to flirt with her?" Diatah said behind with disdain,
crossing her arms on her chest, "Why, pray tell, am I not surprised?"
Noah's lips twitched, "Jealous now, aren't we? You are falling too fast, sweetheart."
Taraji's answer was deep, scornful silence. Even without seeing her face, Noah could feel it.
He shook his head, focusing back on the Origin Will, "Before going back, I just need one thing." He said, smiling sweetly,
"Can you bind yourself to , lovely girl?"
A sharp, but sudden silence followed his words; only to be broken by
a loud, surprised voice.
"W-Woah!" The Origin Will exclaid, her face gathering too much blood, "L-Lovely girl? M-??"
She seed to tremble in happiness.
"???"
Noah's face beca instantly blank, stuttering at the sudden weird
situation.
"Well, yes?"
The Origin Will scread,
"??? LOVELY???" -End of Chapter 496-
