"Alright, let's get to it," He rolled up his sleeves, ready to face the ss.

He swept the lobby. Each swish kicked up dust, and he coughed.

The place was in worse shape than he originally thought.

Cobwebs clung to the corners, and a thick layer of gri coated the walls.

As he worked, it hit him just how much effort it was going to take to make this place even remotely livable, let alone suitable for guests.

But with no choice he endured until his stomach started grumbling.

"I need food," he groaned and rushed to the laptop.

Sure enough, there was food available, but as usual, it was overpriced—one burger cost as much as a al at a five-star hotel.

Another option let him buy ingredients and cook, but that ant getting utensils too.

He didn't want to waste ti cooking, and there wasn't even a kitchen in the motel.

With a heavy heart, he ordered one burger and a gallon of water. It cost him 2 EC.

This ti, he waited by the front door to see who was delivering it. But all he felt was a gust of wind and the items already on the ground.

'What the hell... don't tell the delivery guy's a damn speedster.'

It was ant as a joke, but in this place, that might actually be true.

He ate quickly, barely tasting the burger. The mont he was done, he grabbed the mop like it was a sacred weapon and marched back into the lobby.

While other main characters were out slaying dragons or unlocking ancient powers, here he was—master of the mop, commander of cleaning supplies.

'This is it. Peak character developnt,' he muttered, wiping a stain off the floor.

'Next thing you know, I'll unlock a secret cleaning technique and awaken my hidden bloodline—turns out I'm the descendant of the god of all janitors'

He muttered, spinning the mop like a martial arts staff. "They'll call the Custodian King, ruler of spotless floors "

A roach skittered across the corner, and he froze.

"Ah, the first trial... the minion of filth." He grabbed the nearest the broom and chased it down like it was a boss battle.

TAP!

TAP!

TAP!

He kept aiming at it, but the little bug dodged every hit like it had plot armor.

'Damn, maybe that thing's a hidden guardian or sothing,' he muttered, lowering the broom.

'Better let it off before it calls its final form'

He watched it vanish into a crack in the wall and shook his head.

"Man, even the pests in this place got main character energy."

Just like that, he kept cleaning and cracking jokes just to keep his sanity intact.

Ti dragged on, but the floor started to shine, and the air slled less like mold.

He ended up ordering more food too—mostly cheap als.

After the fourth overpriced burger, he gave up on budgeting altogether.

A long ti passed before a soft chi echoed.

[Mission Complete: Area Cleanliness 72% – Reward Eligible]

[Reward : Discount Coupons x3 ]

This ti, the reward was more straightforward —a coupon for 50% off for normal items.

[Mission: Redecorate and fix the place]

[Reward: Silver Box]

[Reward : Open Sign]

'So once I finish this boring stuff, I can finally open the place and maybe start making so money.'

It didn't take long to see where the system was pushing him.

'I don't have that many points, so I've got to be careful—only pick the stuff I really need. Right now, I've got 293 EC to work with.'

With that in mind, he started walking around the motel, checking what needed replacing and what could stay as it was.

The bedsheets in the bedrooms and the sofas all needed washing.

He leaned on one of the beds, and it gave out with a dramatic creak—turns out, the bed wasn't built for his "sumo wrestler-sized" body.

'Yeah, these antic thing need replacing. Totally not because I'm over 100 kg or anything.'

He cleared his throat, trying to brush off the embarrassing mont, then turned his focus to the dirty curtains and pillows.

Washing machine was a must, and the office seed perfect—it already had a sink and a bathroom nearby.

As for cooking als for his guests, he decided to hold off for now. He didn't know how to cook, and ordering food online was easier—even if it cost more.

Luck figured he could just add the extra charge to the custors' bills.

Next, he checked the store and noticed a broken glass window.

Not knowing how to fix it, he decided to break the rest of the glass to make the place look like an open-concept store—for now, at least.

Once finished, he returned to his laptop and started ordering items that could help improve the place.

He started with the pricey things to get the most out of his coupons.

*Automatic Washing Machine 8.0 kg — 150 EC -> 75 EC

There was an option for manual delivery that let him specify which room to place the item in, for just 3 EC . He chose it for convenience.

A gust of wind passed through the room, and just like that, his automatic washing machine appeared—fully installed, including all the hookups.

'I still have two coupons left. Better save them for later.'

With that in mind, he started doing the laundry. While at it, he cleaned the outside of the motel and bought trash cans to separate the waste.

By the ti the automatic washing machine beeped, exhaustion had already caught up to him.

His body felt heavy, but he kept fighting it.

Dragging himself up, he grabbed the clean blankets and headed outside to hang them.

'Just a little more,' he told himself. 'Can't let the laundry sit and stink—or I'll have to start all over.'

At last, he finished and collapsed onto the sofa, crashing out completely.

He hadn't felt this worn out in years. No wonder he passed out the mont he hit the couch.
