Next day, like usual Xin i, reached on the sets. Today was a very important scene. It was the scene where Ruyi was thrown out of the kingdom by Emperor Kai.
This scene required very strong acting from Xin i. She had to show a lot of pain on her face, she also had to show a lot of hatred towards the man who dared to throw her out of the palace after showing her a lot of dreams.
The mont Xin i reached on the sets; she was shown her way toward her changing room. Xin i was a little happy today because she got to wear light dresses unlike usual. She was to wear clothes like normal public, not like royalty.
Once ready, Xin i stepped out of the room. Director Zhang found her and started to discuss the scene with her.
"Xin i, you have to give your best in this scene. Probably we will use this scene as the poster. It is also expected that this scene will be used in the teasers and trailer of the movie. So, give your best in this scene."
Xin i nodded her head and with the help of Fang Lin, she prepared herself for the scene.
"Zhou Mingyu, the expression on your face should be accurate at this mont. Don't say a word or change your expression and you will have your first scene without any retake."
Director Zhang inford to Zhou Mingyu but rather than a complint, it was a taunt toward her. In this scene, Zhou Mingyu had to look arrogant. She didn't have any dialogue. All the acting to be done was by Xin i and Tang Min.
"Xin i, Tang Min ready. Action!" director Zhang yelled.
In this scene, the emperor Kai himself pushed Ruyi out of his palace. He didn't listen to her pleads before kicking her out.
"I don't love you Ruyi. Get lost from my kingdom. I don't want to see your face." Emperor Kai spat on her face.
Ruyi, who had fallen on the floor, looked at the emperor with sad eyes. The expression on her face was heartbreaking.
"My emperor, don't you want even for your baby?" Ruyi ran her hand over her belly. Her movents were gentle and tears filled in her eyes.
"No, I don't need your filthy baby. My empress is giving my baby, my heir. I don't even know if the baby in your stomach is my baby or not. I so wish to kill this bastard child. I am not doing anything to the baby because of our old relationship. Otherwise, this baby......."
Emperor Kai used many abusive words for the baby of Ruyi. The last hope which she had for emperor Kai also broke at that very mont.
It wasn't much difficult for Xin i to act in the next scene. She only had to imagine the face Qian Fan instead of Tang Min. He had also used her the way emperor Kai had used Ruyi.
"Enough," Ruyi yelled and stood up from the ground. Determination appeared on her face. "You have said enough and I have heard enough. This Ruyi was a fool to give you her heart. You have made use of my innocence and Ruyi will not forgive you for this."
"Ruyi will return and will have her revenge. She will finish both of you. You will regret the day you decided to cheat on for your new empress." Ruyi then looked at Chunhua. "I will take everything away from you. Get ready!"
A fire was burning in her eyes. Caran also zood the cara and focused it on the face of Xin i. He ignored that he had to shoot Chunhua also. The expressions of the face of Xin i were very accurate.
Her voice was also loud and clear. It was full of an oath. Her voice rung on the sets, giving the effect which director Zhang needed.
"Cut, excellent," director Zhang yelled. He couldn't help himself from clapping for Xin i. "You are an all-rounder actress Xin i. First, you acted well as a seductress, then heartbroken lady and now a lady full of revenge. Well done."
"Thank you for your praise director," Xin i bowed down to him. Director nodded his head before speaking on his mike.
"Congratulations everyone, with this we have completed the schedule two of our movie. Everyone is given a break for a week. We will et on the sa set after one week." He announced and heard cheers from around everywhere.
Today depicted the end of schedule two.
Everyone again celebrated the completion of schedule two with cake cutting. Once the cake was cut, director Zhang arranged lunch for every cast and crew mber.
Once everyone had their food, he asked Tang Min, Xin i and Zhou Mingyu to visit his office.
"Zhou Mingyu, the next schedule will have scenes only of Xin i and Tang Min. So I am giving you a break for a month. In that month, you will need to practice more hard on your acting." Director Zhang inford to Zhou Mingyu in a serious manner. "Also take a note on your weight. I should not find any change in your weight when you return."
"Noted director," Zhou Mingyu nodded her head with sincerity. "I haven't signed any other movie, for the ti being, I will give my whole focus on revenge. I will prepare myself for the upcoming scenes."
Director Zhang smiled upon hearing her and nodded his head. He then looked at Tang Min and Xin i.
"You both have one week. Take your ti for rest and practice. After one week, we will start filming the opening scenes of the movie, which are your love scenes. So be prepared for that."
"Noted director," Tang Min and Xin i said simultaneously.
"Ok then," director nodded his head and pulled out two envelopes from the side drawer. "And here is your first installnt of paynt. I know it's quite early but Mr. Su decided to pay the first installnt now."
Director Zhang gave the envelopes to Tang Min and then Xin i. He didn't pay to Zhou Mingyu because her pay was used as an investnt.
"Xin i, Mr. Su has decided to increase your pay. Earlier you very receiving paynt according to a newbie but now Mr. Su and I have decided to pay you equal to Miss Zhou."
Director smiled. "You three keep working hard and I am sure that Mr. Su will not lag behind from giving you a bonus. You three are very lucky to be a part of this movie."
Zhou Mingyu gritted her teeth when she heard the director Zhang. How could she get payed equal to her? Zhou Mingyu was highly rated actress where Xin i was nothing.
If anyone beca aware about the increase in the pay of Xin i then it would not only degrade her image but would give a rise to the image of Xin i, not only in the eyes of her fans but in eyes of other directors and producers also.
What could she do now?
What could she do to save her career?
How could she stop Xin i from progressing?
She had tried a lot of things in the past days to suppress her. She had bought haters to comnt on her post. She had taken favor of cast mbers. She had improved her acting. What more could she do now?
Xin i was progressing without any care to the world!
