Xin i opened the box which was placed onto her hand and looked inside and saw a wedding ring with a chain. She looked at the ring with wide eyes and pulled it out from the ring box.
"What is this?" she asked and looked at Su Yuchen. He was still looking at her with a blank face.
"Can't you see it's a wedding ring, our wedding ring?" Su Yuchen waved his hand in front of her face to show what he was wearing, a wedding ring on his finger.
Xin i looked at his ring and then her ring. Those two rings were so similar yet so different. Both of their ring was made of yellow gold which seed very old. The texture of their rings was very similar. The only difference was his ring didn't have any diamond where her ring was adored with big diamond in middle and small diamonds around it.
Her ring had a 5 carat light yellow, erald cut diamond and surrounded by little diamonds which making it look royal. Xin i could see that the ring was very expensive.
"I wanted to make you wear this ring but now you have spoiled my entire mood." He pulled the box and ring from her hand. He lopped the ring around the chain and tied it around her neck.
Xin i could feel his hands were stiff when he tied the chain around her neck. They weren't warm and soft as usual.
"With this chain, you can always have this ring close to you and no one will know that it's a wedding ring."
Before Xin i could thank him for the ring and his thoughtful idea of the chain, Su Yuchen was already making his way towards the study room.
"Hubby, please listen to . Please don't be so angry with .... I am sorry... I know I did a mistake. From today onwards, I will rember not to repeat the sa mistakes. Please forgive ."
Xin i ran after Su Yuchen who didn't give any head to her. He entered his study and closed the door on the face of Xin i. She looked at the closed door with wide eyes.
A sinking feeling filled in her heart. She can not let her husband be angry with her!

Only Su Yuchen knew what he was feeling at that very mont. He didn't want to be so angry at Xin i but he couldn't control himself. For him, she deserved a punishnt.
Only he knew what he felt on returning to an empty house. He panicked when he couldn't find any hint of Xin i in their house.
Su Yuchen was very happy when he had received the rings. He was very satisfied with the design. They were exactly the way he wanted them to be. And he was eager to show them to Xin i, he wanted to slide the ring on to her finger.
With excitent, he returned ho. He called his wife's na, only to get no reply from her. He panicked and started to search the whole house. When he called the bodyguards outside his house, they reported that Xin i hadn't returned ho since morning.
He thought Xin i was busy with her friend, so she was late to return. He imdiately called her mobile. He wanted to ask her to hurriedly return ho.
He dialled her number once, twice, thrice but the call was never got connected. He panicked when the call didn't connect for the fifth ti. He asked Huang Chu to find the number of Gu Nan.
Upon receiving Gu Nan's number, without wasting any second, he dialled her number.
"Gu Nan, is Xin i with you?"
"Who is it?"
"Su Yuchen." Gu Nan wanted to squeal when she heard the na of Su Yuchen but she controlled her emotions because she could hear the panic in his voice.
"No, she isn't with . She left nearly four hours back. Why? Didn't she return…?" Before she could say anything, Su Yuchen hung up the call. Panic was settled in him.
Many thoughts ran into his mind like what if she had an accident, what if soone tried to murder her, what if her ex tried to harass her again. She didn't take her bodyguards with her, so how could he find her?
He imdiately called his mother in law, praying that she had visited their ho.
"Hello, Mother. Has Xin i visited ho?" he asked. He tried his best to hide the panic from his voice.
"Yes, Su Yuchen. She visited in the morning but she had already left a long ti back. Why? Has she reached ho yet?"
Su Yuchen could hear the panic in her voice. "Yup Mother she did….oh Mom, she had just reached ho now. She has a lot of bags on her hand. I think she went for grocery shopping on her way back." Su Yuchen quickly lied as to not to panic his mother in law.
"Mother, I will hang up now. I'll have to help my wife."
Once he hung up on He Lin, he fell on the bed. He didn't think she would go to his grandparents. Besides, he didn't wish to call them. He didn't want them to panic in case Xin i wasn't with them.
He imdiately called his security team and sent them in the search of Xin i. He was panicking and continuously praying to God for the news of Xin i. He didn't know what he would do if sothing happened to her.
anwhile, he continuously trying to dial her number, hoping that she or soone to pick up the call. But each ti, he ca across failure.
A lot of ti went by until one of his security guards inford him that Xin i was with his grandparents. He took a huge sigh in relief and felt angry at his wife for making him panicked.
He rushed towards the carpark and took his seat inside. And then he connected his mobile to Bluetooth and called his grandpa.
He had completed the journey of half an hour within ten minutes. He drove at the full speed, breaking all the signals. He knew he was going to receive a lot of speeding tickets the very next day!

"Hubby, please don't be angry." Xin i spoke against the closed door.
She was standing against the door from the last twenty minutes. She had tried her best to pacify Su Yuchen with her words but he wasn't ready to open the door.
She sighed in defeat and made her way back to her room. That night, she kept twisting and turning on the bed but she couldn't sleep nor did Su Yuchen returned to the room.
"Why so much anger, Hubby?" Xin i yelled at the top of her lungs and hidden her face in the pillow.
Next day, Xin i made a plan to pacifyher husband. She decided to make his favourite food one which he had told her before. On the plate, she also wrote 'I am sorry' using sauces.
She also placed a brand new suit for him on the bed. Now she was eagerly waiting for her husband to co downstairs and forgive her.
After so ti, Su Yuchen ca downstairs. The smile from the lips of Xin i disappeared when she saw what he was wearing. He didn't wear the suit which she had selected for him.
Su Yuchen walked down and completely ignored Xin i's presence. He directly made his way towards the carpark.
Xin i panicked when she saw him running away from her.
"Hubby, where are you going? Will you not have your breakfast? I have cooked it with a lot of hard work. It is delicious, just like the way you like it."
"I am going to the office. I don't want to eat food that you've cooked. I will call for so delivery in the office." Su Yuchen said coldly and made his way towards the carpark.
Xin i looked at his leaving figure with a loud huff.
Now, what should she do to pacify her husband?
'Think sothing Xin i, think sothing. You can't let your husband be angry with you. It was your mistake to make him worried and now you have to pacify him.'
She thought for so ti and an idea lighted in her mind like a light bulb!
