Sienna Monroe raised her eyes. Even from ten ters away, she could accurately capture the unconscious frown on June Ewing’s face, which, despite being pale and bloodless, was still gentle and amiable.

She put away her phone, a faint smile on her face, "I originally wanted to send Caleb a ssage to ask if he would co for dinner tonight, but I realized I had left my phone. So, I went back to your room to get my bag."

June Ewing’s gaze lingered on her bag for a second, then she nodded with a smile, "Will Caleb be back for dinner?"

"He hasn’t replied yet. I’m afraid he might be driving at this ti, so I didn’t call."

Sienna spoke as she walked downstairs, nodding a greeting to Isaac Sinclair, "Dad."

Isaac nodded back, still with a displeased look on his face.

It seed that he must have had so unpleasant encounter with Rhonda Garrison over at the main house.

Judging by June Ewing’s smiling eyes and cheerful mood, it was obvious.

Sienna lowered her eyelids, didn’t ask much, just sent a ssage to Caleb and chatted with June for a while.

About ten minutes later, night had completely fallen, and the electricity ca back.

After the als were ready, June asked Sienna, "Will Caleb be back for dinner?"

Sienna opened her mouth, but before she could speak, Caleb had already walked in through the front door, "Dad, Mom."

"You ca back just in ti. I was just asking Sienna if you had replied. Co on, let’s eat."

After asking June about her health, Caleb instinctively glanced at Sienna, his eyes softening with a gentle smile. He walked up to her and placed the insulated bag on the table.

"I went to Northgate this afternoon for business. It wasn’t far from Capital University. I noticed you haven’t had much of an appetite these past few days, so I brought back so of your favorite snacks."

As he spoke, he took out several snacks from the insulated bag.

They were sweet sticky rice, caral milk paste, rib rice cakes, baked cakes, and chicken oil rolls.

All of them were still warm.

Sienna was slightly stunned, a touch of surprise filling her eyes.

In that mont, a ripple of emotion swept through her heart, feeling sowhat warm, yet cooling just as quickly.

Her mind inadvertently recalled that not long ago, he had also brought her these snacks, but only because he had brought them for Vivian Nash and conveniently brought so back for her.

A wave of rejection and disgust surged in her heart instantly.

Under the watchful eyes of June Ewing and Isaac Sinclair, she didn’t dare show it, her face showing an awkward expression as she pushed the food towards them.

"Dad, Mom, you should try so too."

June Ewing’s face also showed a satisfied smile, gently chiding, "This was bought specifically by Caleb to whet your appetite. Don’t worry about us, plus, these are things you young people like. At our age, we can’t quite handle these."

She then said to Isaac, "Sienna hasn’t had much of an appetite lately because of her pregnancy."

"Pregnant?" Isaac was surprised, then smiled, "That’s great news! When did this happen, and why was it kept from ?"

June Ewing explained, "I only found out a few days ago."

Isaac nodded thoughtfully for a while, then said grandly, "In that case, the villa over four hundred square ters in The West End and the two shops on Hexagon Street, Nancroft, will all be under the child’s na..."

Sienna’s eyes darkened.

When her sister-in-law announced her pregnancy a while ago, Isaac only gave a house. Now he’s giving their "child" two more shops along with it.

The disparity was imdiately clear.

June Ewing’s smile deepened, not ntioning anything superstitious, just saying, "Oh my, what’s the rush? We can wait until after the child is born. After all, they’re The Sterling Family’s grandchildren and can’t escape that. Sienna, as the hero, shouldn’t be left out."

"Makes sense, we’ll do it your way," Isaac replied, looking at Sienna, "When the ti cos, regardless of gender, I’ll transfer eight percent of the Sterling Central Group’s shares to the child’s na."

Sienna was taken aback.

The Sinclair Group is into international finance, with forty percent of the shares in the hands of major shareholders and directors. The rest are held by Isaac, Rhonda, and her two sons.

June and her son were not even close to having a share.

Even the Sterling Family’s eldest grandson didn’t get this treatnt, yet they’re given a house, shops, and now shares.

No wonder Rhonda always said Isaac was biased.

June and Caleb were equally pleasantly surprised.

June said, "Caleb, do you see? Your dad values the child Sienna is carrying so much. You must take good care of Sienna."

Caleb nodded with a smile, "I know. Thank you, Dad."

Sienna unconsciously pressed her abdon gently. Had it not been for Caleb’s infidelity and the underground industry at Radiance Beauty Spa, she might have been genuinely happy.

But now, it brought more lancholy and anxiety.

Especially with the fake accounts book she photographed today.

The evidence of Radiance Beauty Spa’s underground industry must be tightened.

Otherwise, once she’s in the "late pregnancy" stage, it would be hard to hide her belly.

With these tumultuous thoughts, she maintained her usual deanor and expressed her gratitude.

The dinner was pleasant, with June’s spirits looking much better, pulling Sienna aside to chat for a while, sharing many notes to keep her mood happy.

She gave earnest instructions to Caleb as well.

Shortly after eight-thirty, Sienna and Caleb bid farewell.

Since their last argunt, they had been sleeping in separate rooms, but due to June’s "illness," the atmosphere between them had eased a bit.

On the way, Caleb spoke to her, and she responded with a few words.

Halfway through the drive, Caleb’s phone, in the armrest box, suddenly rang with a lovely piano tune.

It was "La La Land."

Sienna glanced at the phone screen, which showed no na, just a string of numbers. As soon as she spotted the 153 prefix, Caleb hung up the call.

She looked up at him, "Why aren’t you answering?"

"It’s inconvenient while driving..."

Before he could finish, the phone rang again.

It was the sa number calling.

Coincidentally, they had to stop at a red light at an intersection, so Caleb picked up the phone, secretly lowering the volu significantly.

On the other end, Vivian Nash’s voice, mixed with a touch of joy and grievance, ca through, "You finally answered. Why have you been ignoring these days? Did I do sothing wrong?"

Caleb frowned, his voice sowhat indifferent, "I’m driving. I’ll get back to you once I check the emails."

Vivian was taken aback. Emails...

Was Sienna next to him?

A hint of bitterness and reluctance rose in her heart, "You must call back though, I’m waiting."

Caleb replied with "Got it" and hung up.

He proactively explained to Sienna, "It was soone from the company’s secretarial departnt."

Although Sienna didn’t hear the voice on the other end, she could guess.

It could only be Vivian Nash.

Upon returning ho, Caleb told her to wash up first, "I’ll heat up so milk for you after finishing up in the study."

"Okay."

They parted at the stairway, Sienna heading into the master bedroom, with her phone promptly chiming with a text notification.

[Caleb went to the study to call Vivian Nash back. These days, Caleb hasn’t been responding to Vivian, and later she will use not having her period this month as an excuse to lure Caleb to Rippling Crest Estates.]
