Loki, having rested enough while using illusions to ridicule Voldemort stood up casually as a few death eaters rushed up to them to hold them hostage and give them leverage over the oncoming force.

But they all stopped when Loki said sothing simple.

"Seriously…? The dark lord is right here and you think he needs to hold the great Harry Potter hostage to win a fight against the Ministry of Magic? Do you not even respect the strength that the world fears?"

The words felt like daggers piercing their hearts.

The death eaters that were rushing towards them froze and looked towards Voldemort. And instead of the support they had hoped they would get, they all saw the maddened look he was giving them.

It felt like he was going to eat them alive.

The death eaters cursed and instantly changed targets. They continued running towards Loki and Harry but when they reached the two kids they didn't stop, instead, they rushed to cover the alleyways behind them from where their enemies were pouring in.

Harry turned towards Loki, to reassure him that Dumbledore would help them out, but Loki was surprisingly calm. As if the Dark Lord in front of them was never a threat to him in the first place.

While it did unnerve Harry, it also gave him a feeling of reassurance and reliability.

As such, knowing that Loki likely had a plan Harry asked him-

"What should we do now Loki!?"

Loki looked at Harry and then at Voldemort before a small smile made its way to his face, "What do you think? Of course, our aim is to take down the Dark Lord! Is that sothing that you even need to ask? It's just like the third task. You hunt the 'creatures', leave the 'Nexus' to !"

Harry's eyes widened, but then he smiled happily.

"Sure…just don't take too long like last ti~ I was worried ya know~!"

Loki laughed lightly before turning to look at Voldemort who spared him a casual glance before turning to control his fiend fire dragon which the Unspeakables were trying to defend against.

'Hehehehe~ The man was just terrified of . But now he's trying to keep up his reputation.'

'Well, either way, I just need the demon helping him torture those souls for his ritual…'

'Now that I think about it...this information…was it R.O.B's Warehouse…? Did I go there and get my mories ssed up?'

'...*sigh* whoever it is that ssed with my mories, doesn't seem to be interfering with my plans…for now…so the best bet would be to follow them as is…it's too late to go back and do sothing else anyway.'

Loki looked at the piles of bodies for a few seconds before shifting his gaze towards Voldemort.

'I just need to make sure he can't teleport away from here along with the demon and the bodies it is torturing.'

'So I need to keep pressing him to make him stay here without thinking of leaving…a good way to do that would be to talk trash to him so that it becos a temporary goal of his to take down to regain his prideful position as the Dark Lord.'

'And well…I do have another special weapon I can use if things start getting out of hand.'

Loki looked back at Voldemort, took a few deep breaths, and then calmly walked in his direction.

Loki's wand was prid with spirituality and it was exuding a dark aura. Every step Loki took dissolved him from the moon light, as if sothing was concealing his figure. With a flick of his wand, shadows wound around him as they covered him entirely.

It wasn't hard for Voldemort to guess what was going on in the minds of all the people currently around him.

He didn't even have to look at their desires to understand or even verify their thoughts.

It was clear to him that whoever the person who had taken on the appearance of his first Horcrux was working with the Ministry of Magic.

Since it was the flare that alerted several squads of patrolling people about 'His' appearance while they were en route to their general patrolling checkposts.

He knew very well that the number of people who had started disappearing in Knockturn Alley over the past year, who he had been collecting for his advancent ritual, had alerted the Ministry of Magic about his intentions.

But it was all a calculated risk since he knew that as long as he was revived successfully not many would be able to stop him.

He hadn't anticipated the arrival of the strange person mimicking his Horcrux, but the basic principle still held.

He would use the people dragged into the fight right now to reestablish his dominance.

As such, in the ssy state that was his mind right now, Voldemort was trying to debate over a single question.

'Should I stay until they call in reinforcents?'

'Dumbledore is the best!'

'Albus Dumbledore is the greatest wizard of all ti!'

'I should surrender to Dumbledore and ask him to forgive out of love and beco his slave!'

'Dumbledore is the-'

'If I don't want to ask 'Her' for help, a saint would be helpful in completing my ritual quicker...'

Voldemort wasn't sure about which way he leaned but Loki had already decided what was going to happen on the stage he had created.

He only wanted to drag out the battle a little longer so that they could depend on the support of High Sequence Beyonders and Laura to help curb Voldemort's ruthlessness.

Yet the few minutes they had to wait felt like years passing by as they were forced to comprehend and defend against forces they couldn't understand.

The gigantic flaming dragon landed on the ground heavily. Its temperature so hot that the shacks and buildings surrounding the area were set ablaze, turning the entire area into a blazing sea of corrupting fire.

The worst part was that anything that ca in contact with the dragon was only consud by it to grow stronger and larger.

Among these patrolling Beyondedrs the first to respond were the Hermione and Daphne who looked at the incoming fiery dragon with a sense of helplessness and despair.

But they weren't the only ones feeling that despair.

Almost everyone present in the area felt a rising feeling of fear, fear of death as they stared at the giant fiery monstrosity.

This was Voldemort's aim in bringing out a monstrosity made out of fiendfyre.

He wanted to amplify their fear and despair, to drive them all to the edge of insanity.

He wanted to hold them hostage by keeping their desires on the teetering edge of sanity and insanity so that when high sequence Beyonders arrived he could use them as audience for his advancent ritual.

Normally he wouldn't have needed such hostages, since he was strong enough to be able to fend off multiple non combat High Sequence Beyonders, but he was currently battling insanity himself.

Since he was on the edge of losing control because of how his mind had started splitting, making it hard for him to control his own Beyonder abilities and his magic.

Voldemort's left arm transford partially into a clawed hairy ss that had the tips of its nails slowly beco engulfed by a dark cursed fla.

A dangerous smirk showed up on Voldemort's lips as he thrust his hand forward.

*AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH*
