"I cannot believe this happened to ," Mo Xifeng sighed while looking at her wrists. Though the handcuffs had been removed from her hands, she was still in shock. Every now and then she would rub her wrists to make sure that her hands were free and there were no handcuffs tied to her wrists.
"You are overreacting," Mo Qiang stated with her hands crossed behind her head. She looked at Mo Xifeng while walking out of the police station, "It wasn't that bad."
Mo Xifeng looked at her with an expression of extre horror. She said to Mo Qiang, "What do you an that it was not that bad? I have never been punished in school much less by the police! How can it not be that bad? It was very bad! What will everyone say if they find out that I was almost locked up in the police station?"
"I am supposed to be their protector! If the people find out that their protector was sent to jail, they would definitely have second thoughts about . As a knight, there is nothing more embarrassing than this!"
"More importantly——"
Mo Qiang stopped Mo Xifeng from going on and on with her rambling, she pressed her hand on Mo Xifeng's shoulder which put a stop to the yamring. Mo Qiang breathed in and out and asked Mo Xifeng to do the sa, "Co follow my lead, Xifeng. If you keep on like this, then you will end up getting dehydrated."
When Mo Xifeng heard Mo Qiang's words, she nodded and followed her lead. She inhaled and then exhaled, and her heartbeat cald down a little bit.
"Feeling better?" Mo Qiang asked as she looked at Mo Xifeng whose expression was looking a bit better than before. At least she no longer looked like she was hyperventilating.

"Miss Qiang! Are you alright?" The beautiful r who was rescued by the two of them walked over to the stairs of the police station. There was a furious blush on his face, either out of embarrassnt or shyness as he approached the two of them.
Mo Qiang turned to look at the beautiful r who was calling out her na and felt her heart skip a beat. Why was this r calling out to her? Was this… she looked at the r's shy expression and felt her heart beat a bit faster.
Maybe it was..?
"Miss Qiang," the r spoke with a shy look on his face. "I am really sorry for the trouble that you have to go through because of . I have no idea how to thank you, you have done us a great favour by saving our lives."
"That's right, Miss Qiang," the other r spoke with an embarrassed smile on his face. "If not for you, we would have beco snake food by now."
"You are really great, Miss Qiang," the last r spoke.
The more the rs praised Mo Qiang, the more flattered her heart beca. Even her expression changed to a shy and happy one as she rubbed the back of her head.
"Miss Qiang," the r with light black hair and grey eyes placed his hand on his chest and continued, "I am Sun Chuntao, the adopted son of Duke Sun Shi. I am really grateful for your heroic service, so here —— please take this, Miss Qiang!"
Mo Qiang turned to look at the bracelet that Sun Chuntao was holding in front of him. However, the smile on her face could no longer remain steady as the bracelet was being offered to Mo Xifeng instead of her!
This r thought that Mo Xifeng was Mo Qiang because she looked prettier than Mo Qiang!
Mo Qiang: (˵ ͠ಥ‿ ͠ಥ˵)

"Don't even speak to ," Mo Qiang warned Xiao An as she could already hear the puns this guy planned in a few seconds.
Mo Qiang looked at the r and then at the bracelet, she looked at Mo Xifeng who was also looking at the r. Suddenly she felt tired.
To so extent, she was already expecting this but when the r kept using her na, she thought that he was talking about her. After all, she was the one who put her life in danger, a bracelet and a word of thanks was sothing that she deserved at the least….
But!
Mo Qiang suddenly felt her heart suffer a great blow as she stared at the horizon. Beside her, Mo Xifeng raised her hand and then refused the r, "I am sorry but I did not save you to receive a gratitude gift like this," she smiled at the r and offered politely, "As a knight, saving you was my duty."
As she spoke, in the eyes of the rs a golden aura covered Mo Xifeng with beautiful flowers that they had only seen and read in the tab books and on the internet.
Sun Chuntao swooned with the back of his hand pressed against his forehead. He gushed heavily, "She said it was her duty to protect her. How bold, how honest and how brave! I think my heart is going to burst."
"Ah brother Chuntao don't faint here!"
"We need to go back ho!"
The two rs half dragged and half pulled Sun Chuntao with them while leaving Mo Xifeng and Mo Qiang behind.
Mo Xifeng: 𓁹‿𓁹
Mo Qiang:
"I think we should also go back ho," said Mo Xifeng as she turned to look at Mo Qiang.
"Wait, damn you…." Mo Qiang pulled Mo Xifeng back by her collar. She looked at her sister who was staring up at her and stated, "How dare you act as if nothing happened? Don't you think that it is disgusting."
"What do you an? What did I do? Is there sothing wrong with my actions?" Mo Xifeng questioned with a tilt of her head. It was as if she really did not understand what was wrong with her rejecting the token that she was given by a r!
