Chapter 1846: A problematic woman (2)

"Qin Chen, are you crazy! It's one thing that you are acting like a coward but why did you have to make

fall like this?" As Miss Zheng spoke, she raised her hand and touched the wounds on her palms. Blood was gushing out of the cuts that she had suffered from her fall, and it made a gush of hatred flow out from his heart through his eyes.

Miss Zheng raised her head and glared at Qin Chen before saying, "You have hurt , Qin Chen. Just you wait now; my mother will not leave this matter alone. Once we return to the city, my mother will peel a layer of your skin."

Qin Chen was thoroughly insulted by the woman and no longer cared about anything. She curled her lips and said, "Sure." She regretted staying with the Zheng family and working for them. She was a guard but for the sake of a little money, she had to act as a thief and that wasn't all; she was on the verge of getting caught as well. It was all because of Mizz Zheng, who could not see things clearly!

Miss Zheng was furious when she saw the look on Qin Chen's face and swore that she was going to make this woman suffer no matter what!

She got to her feet and then looked at the rest of the underlings who were sitting or crouching away from her and snapped at them, "What are you looking at? Go and get sothing for

to eat! I am hungry; do you want my mother to teach you all a lesson, huh?"

The won were annoyed with the arrogant words that Miss Zheng dumped on them but they had no choice but to comply with her. However, once they were far from the spot where Miss Zheng was sitting they couldn't help but curse angrily.

"Who does she think she is? Does she think that she can insult us as she wants?"

"Pooh! Once I go back, I am going to quit this job. We are guards, not thieves or plunderers."

It was bad enough that they had to work under soone like Miss Zheng but to make things worse, they also had to do such a disgusting thing as stealing cattle!

"That's right, I am not doing such a thing again. It will be a stroke of luck if we can get away from this place without being caught!"

The entire village was looking for these cattle; whether they could leave or not, it depended on their luck.

The won all cursed their luck before turning to walk deeper in the forest and hoped that they would get their hands on a rabbit or sothing of the sort.

At the sa ti, a few of the hunters who were looking for the thieves who stole the cattle found strangers lurking in the mountains. As soon as they saw the won dressed in black walking around looking for sothing, they understood imdiately that they were the ones who were behind the theft.

"Go and bring Madam Yu," said one of the hunters. "Tell her we have found suspicious people lurking in the forest."

"Yes!"

While the other huntress went to look for Yu Dong, the remaining hunters slowly crept past the path to look for the cattle.

Although the cattle were cleaner than most because of their sentience, they still had the sll of wet straw and fur. It did not take long for the hunters to find Little Goat and the rest of the cattle.

The hunters helped the animals out of the carriage and their movents were really soft and agile. Little Goat and the others knew that this was an important matter and thus did not make any unnecessary sounds and got down the carriage before escaping from the forest with the hunters.

Once the cattle escaped, Yu Dong and the rest rushed up the mountains.

On the other side,

Miss Zheng once again started to cause trouble as she took a bite from the rabbit leg that was roasted over fire for a long ti and drowned a large chunk of alcohol down her throat. She gulped three tis and wiped her lips with the back of her hand.

Seeing this, Qin Chen frowned once again. She looked at the woman and snatched the pouch of alcohol from her hands before saying to her, "You cannot drink, Miss Qin. We haven't even finished our task; how can you get drunk? What if you make a mistake?"

She was a troublemaker without drinking anything; if she were to drown so much alcohol down her throat, who knows how much trouble she would cause them? They still needed to travel to the city and bring those noisy animals with them. Could this be completed if Miss Zheng was to get drunk?

Even when she was sober she was causing so much trouble!

As a worker of the Zheng family, Qin Chen knew how good Miss Zheng's drinking ability truly was!

This woman could get drunk on the fus of alcohol. Who gave her the courage to drink so much?

However, as soon as she finished speaking, Miss Zheng, who was drinking, raised her hand and snatched the pouch of liquor back. She glared at Qin Chen and said to her, "Don't you go crazy with ! If you dare give

a hard ti, do you think that my mother will leave you alone? You are just a servant so you better act like one!"

She snarled before drinking more.

"Miss Zheng —"

"What? What Miss Zheng?" Miss Zheng frowned as she turned to look at Qin Chen with anger flooding out of her eyes. She glared at the woman and said to her, "You better not act all haughty with

or else I will ask my mother to teach you a lesson. Don't forget that you are here to support

and not govern !"

"If I want to drink, then I will drink. Who are you to stop !? Try if you want and see how I will deal with your families!"
