Shen Li was no longer the sa r as he was before; now he didn't rely on his wife. Instead he was a r with his own savings and business. So, he could confidently throw such threats at Yu Dong. Did she think that she could leave and return as she pleased? Does she even have the slightest bit of an idea how difficult it was for them to sit quietly and wait for her to return?

Yu Dong was startled when she heard the words of her husbands. She imdiately hopped down the horse and lowered her head in front of the rs flatteringly.
"I am sorry; however, the situation was rather urgent." Yu Dong didn't intend to hide anything and told everything to her husbands. Once she finished speaking, she said to them, "You see?I had no choice but to go and deal with this matter."
Though Yu Dong explained the entire matter to Shen Li and the rest, it only made them furious. Was this woman crazy? She actually went to such a place alone.
Ye Liu, who was pregnant, was angrier than the rest. He was carrying their child, and he needed his wife to stay with him all the ti. If he didn't see her, he would suddenly beco nervous, and despite knowing this, she actually turned around and left? Was she being serious?

"I did," Yu Dong thought that Ye Liu was about to show his concern. Who would have thought that the rs' faces would turn cold and they would turn around and head inside the house without waiting for her?
"Uh oh," Yu Dong rubbed the back of her neck. She knew that she was in trouble. Since her husbands dared to give her the silent treatnt, they must be determined to teach her a lesson; she didn't dare to say a word and then stepped inside the house. As soon as she stepped inside, she saw her r husbands doing their own things.
Neither of them paid any attention to her.
Yu Dong sighed seeing their actions but she knew that she was in the wrong so she apologised, "I am sorry for not telling you that I was leaving. I will try to do this next ti, alright—umph!"
Yu Dong gasped when Chen Mi picked up a piece of clothing and then hurled it at her.
"Do you think we are angry because of this? Are you stupid? Yu Dong, how many lives do you think you have? Just because you were given a second chance, it doesn't an that you will get another one. How can you be so arrogant and presumptuous to act like that? Do you always assu that you will be alright? That you will not get hurt when saving people? Do you really think that your body is made up of iron or sothing of the sort?"
Yu Dong pulled the piece of clothing that was thrown on her face as she said in a light voice, "Of course I don't think that my body is made of iron. But you heard what I said, right? If I hadn't gone to that village today, then who knows what would have happened to Qiao Sha?"
"Have you thought about yourself?" Shen Li snapped at her. "Look at you, you are hurt and bleeding. Do you think that we don't feel sad or aggrieved while looking at you like this? Do you not feel any pain when you are hurt?" Shen Li glared at her with bloodshot eyes.
Only he knew how worried he was till now; he knew that his wife had to do these things but he also hated it. Why did his wife have to take over these responsibilities as if she were the ruler of this world?
Those who were supposed to care for this city didn't seem to have the slightest care for it and every ti sothing happened, they would co to look for his wife as if she was the one who was running the city.

Yu Dong's heart shuddered when she saw the tears in Shen Li's eyes. She felt as if soone had shoved cotton in her throat and down her chest. In the past, even when she was thrown in the middle of zombies, no one had cared for her as she was an officer who was supposed to protect those who were unawakened. If she died, then it was her fault, as she was not skilled enough.
But hearing Shen Li say that she was being too careless, Yu Dong felt that she had indeed been taking the dangers for granted all because she had powers that others did not.
She walked over with furrowed brows as she took Shen Li's hands in hers while looking at the rest with a light furrow on between her brows as she said to them, "I know that you are upset, but truly I had no plans of doing such a thing. I only went to that village because I knew that the village head and the woman behind the weird happenings would attack us again and I just want to protect this village and our family."
"I want to make sure that whoever dares to target us will understand the ssage that I am trying to send out and never dare to attack us again."
They dared to hurt her village and her family and she wiped their minions clean. If Xian Xieren was smart enough, she would stop targeting this village and calm down.
