Chapter 564: Slapped Until He Turned Into Pig
Luo Yeqing was annoyed with all the yelling and the cursing. She rubbed her forehead and said to Qin Qiu, “If you don’t want to divorce, then that’s fine but I will file a formal complaint with the police departnt and have them arrest you.”
Qin Qiu didn’t even get a chance to sigh in relief when he heard the rest of the words of his wife. He blinked his eyes and looked at the woman in shock. He thought that the woman had finally softened her stance, but she actually told him that she was going to send him to prison.
“What? Are you going to send to prison?! Why?” Qin Qiu was so shocked that he blurted out the thoughts that were going through his head. He was her precious husband; Luo Yeqing could never even think of hurting him, so how could she be thinking about sending him to prison?
“You did sothing wrong; isn’t it only right for you to go to prison?” Luo Yeqing said to the r in a cold voice. “You caused and my husband to be estranged for so many years. Do you think that I should forget everything that you have done? If you had succeeded, then I would have lost my child, and her life would have been ruined.”
“But she is fine!” Qin Qiu couldn’t help but shout. Luo Huian, that bitch, was perfectly fine. So why was his wife acting like the woman was about to die, or that she had suffered? Didn’t she have all the comforts that she had when she was growing up?
Qin Qiu was unwilling. If Luo Huian had died, then he would have accepted this suffering, but Luo Huian was completely fine. She was not only fine, but she was also living well. So why did he have to suffer in such a manner?

The sound of the slap was so hard that everyone flinched, and Qin Qiu, who was slapped, turned a complete one-eighty degrees in the air before falling on the ground.
When Luo Huian saw that the r was beaten black and blue, she sneered coldly. This r really knew how to take advantage of others, since that was the case, then he might as well pay so interest!
Luo Huian thus didn’t stop at just slapping Qin Qiu once; she asked Xiao Hei to slap him a few more tis before she allowed the familiar to co back. By the ti the two of them stopped, Qin Qiu had been slapped so many tis that his face turned into that of a pig. He no longer looked as charming as he usually did.
“Hahaha! Retribution! This is retribution!” Ye Shun clapped his hands and jeered. “Even the heavens couldn’t bear your shalessness and took matters into their hands; you really deserve this. Qin Qiu! You finally have this day as well.”
Ye Shun was filled with hatred when he looked at the r in front of him. This r was the cause of his sufferings; if not for him, his daughter and he wouldn’t have suffered so much.
He turned to look at his daughter and said to her, “Let’s go back inside.”
He didn’t want his daughter to look at the face of this r and collect any more bad luck. He said to her, “I have prepared so pork belly for you; you might as well eat that.”
Though Luo Huian wanted to play with Qin Qiu a bit more, she still followed her father inside the house without looking at Qin Qiu. Who asked this r to cause trouble for them? Compared to how he killed the previous owner, she only took a small interest.
Luo Huian and Ye Shun could leave without a worry. But Luo Qingling could not.
Qin Qiu was her biological father, and she had to take care of him; if not, then the matter of her being unfilial would spread throughout the city, and she could not allow that to happen. After all, her face and na were the two things that were really important for her guild.
She sighed and climbed down the stairs before saying to her mother, “I will go and bring him to the hospital.”
Luo Yeqing parted her lips, but no word ca out of her mouth. What was she supposed to say? Her daughter was Qin Qiu’s daughter and even if she was upset with Qin Qiu, she could never stop Luo Qingling from taking care of the r lest her daughter be called unfilial for doing such a thing as abandoning her father.
“Go,” she nodded and allowed Luo Qingling to leave.
Luo Qingling nodded and carried her father inside the car before driving away.
Luo Yeqing watched the two leave and sighed. She suddenly felt really tired and turned to walk inside the house, where she saw Luo Huian and Ye Shun talking with one another. While the r was serving so hot pork belly to her daughter, the latter looked filial as she shared the pork belly with her husband before eating her own.
Qi Yongrui and the others also seed to be discussing sothing with them.
Seeing the warm scene in front of her, Luo Yeqing’s eyes softened. The heavy feeling in her heart cald down as well.
On the other hand, while Luo Yeqing’s heart had turned calm, Qin Qiu’s heart was in turmoil. He was sobbing relentlessly as he cried, “You beast! I gave birth to you and raised you for so many years, and yet when your mother said that she was going to divorce , you didn’t say anything and you simply let her do it!”
Luo Qingling allowed her father to scold her. She didn’t say anything and listened to the cries of the old r without saying a word. When Qin Qiu saw that the woman was not saying anything, he raised his hand and slapped her on the arm. However, his strength was greatly diluted after being slapped by Luo Huian’s familiar; thus, it didn’t hurt as badly as it would have in the past.
Qin Qiu pointed at her and said, “You—I should have given birth to a pork bun rather than you; it would have been better. At least that way, I would have gotten sothing to eat.”
“You go and tell your mother that she cannot divorce ; do you hear ?” Qin Qiu told Luo Qingling. His eyes were filled with anger when he looked at his daughter, who was sitting like a dumb, wooden block. “Did you not hear what I said just now?” He wanted Luo Qingling to make everything right, and yet the woman was ignoring everything that he said to her.
Luo Qingling sighed. She placed the dicines that she had bought on the cabinet next to the bed where Qin Qiu was lying. She said to him, “Dad, do you think that it’s a matter of whether I or mother is willing to let you go? This matter depends on no one but Father Ye and Luo Huian. They are not willing to let you go.”
“They have clearly stated that they are not going to let go of you. What do you want my mother and to do? It’s already hard enough to convince them. Mother sohow managed to convince Daddy Ye, but you know that everything cos at a price.”
When Qin Qiu heard that the price of his freedom ca at the cost of his marriage, he was so upset that he wished he could fight with Ye Shun. That r, he had been hiding his intentions really well all these years. He thought that the r was just a soft persimmon, but look at this!
The one who got divorced was he, and he was the one who lost all his reputation. He was worried that once this matter of his getting divorced was known by others, they would definitely put two and two together.
Once that happened, what face would be left for him?
