Reception Office.

The deputy director of the reception desk was smiling broadly at the young people in front of him, speaking with an unusual enthusiasm, almost to the point of fawning.

"Don’t worry, Jin. Since you’re not accustod to the accommodation environnt here at Shanghai Theatre Academy, we’ll make sure to find a suitable place for you as soon as possible. I’ve already notified the student council to arrange it for you."

As soon as Director Li Gang finished speaking, soone imdiately translated his words for the group of Goryeo exchange students.

The "Jin" ntioned by Li Gang is actually nad Jin Yuanhao, about twenty years old, sporting short hair, with his white shirt collar slightly open, eyes dreamy, and makeup thicker than a girl’s. Without judging from appearance alone, just from this makeup style, you can tell he’s Korean, flamboyant to the extre.

As an exchange student, he actually knows Chinese, but he deliberately chose not to explain, thoroughly enjoying this special treatnt.

As for Li Gang, seeing the satisfied expression on Jin Yuanhao’s face, he laughed along with him.

"Director Li, there’s another special admission student’s parents waiting outside. Should we arrange accommodation for them too?"

A young staff mber whispered softly into Li Gang’s ear.

Li Gang frowned slightly upon hearing this and appeared unhappy.

"Just find so lounge to put them in, isn’t that enough? Do I need to be asked about such things? With so many parents visiting every day, can I comfort and arrange for each one?"

As the deputy director of the reception office, his daily job was to greet so exchange students and student parents. Due to his own servility, he was exceptionally attentive towards those "VIPs" from outside, while ordinary student parents did not concern him at all. Although there were so negative comnts, nothing serious had ever happened over the years, and the school leaders did not take it seriously, which made his behavior even more arrogant.

The young staff mber, though despising this servant-like attitude in his heart, knew a higher-ranked official can easily crush you. He still needed to work for a living and did not dare to contradict him.

Just then, the office door opened, and Gu Bai walked in with Yi Yiyi.

"Director Li, our minister is here."

As soon as she stepped in, Yi Yiyi hollered toward Li Gang.

The reception departnt usually delegated matters to the foreign affairs departnt, and since Yi Yiyi was lively and outgoing, she was well-liked throughout Shanghai Theatre Academy, so it wasn’t surprising she knew Li Gang.

Seeing Yi Yiyi enter, Li Gang imdiately showed a smile.

"I didn’t expect you to be so quick this ti, Yi Yi. These are the exchange students from Goryeo Film Art Academy. Get to know each other, and by the way, help them solve their accommodation issues."

His tone was gentle, completely ignoring Gu Bai.

Upon hearing Li Gang’s words, Yi Yiyi didn’t move, but instead, she seriously introduced Gu Bai to him: "Director Li, this is our Foreign Affairs Departnt Minister, Gu Bai."

Li Gang glanced briefly at Gu Bai: "I’m the deputy director of the school’s reception office, Li Gang. Since you’re the minister of the foreign affairs departnt, I’ll leave these exchange students’ accommodation issues to you."

A short sentence, considered as a greeting to Gu Bai, expressed with an air of arrogance.

Li Gang did not know Gu Bai, and a foreign affairs departnt minister was nothing much to him. He was used to this attitude and didn’t find anything odd.

Gu Bai: "???

With that flamboyant and cool na, Gu Bai felt this Li Gang was more impressive than the dean. At least, even the dean wouldn’t speak to him with this attitude now.

Seeing Gu Bai still standing there motionless, Li Gang impatiently asked, "Didn’t you hear what I said?"

Gu Bai glanced at Li Gang, slightly narrowing his eyes.

Yi Yiyi knew this was a sign that Gu Bai was about to lose his temper. Although she also knew this Director Li was no good, he did treat her well, so she quickly said, "I got it, Director Li. I’ll go to the school affairs office to check if there are any vacant dorms to let these students stay."

She planned to pull Gu Bai away as she spoke.

Gu Bai didn’t feel it was worth getting angry over this and also planned to leave with Yi Yiyi, although the twins standing nearby were indeed alluring.

The two were almost identical in height and features.

The only difference was one had long hair, and the other had short hair.

The long-haired one, with her gentle smile and eyes like clear water, had a look full of shyness typical of a girl.

The short-haired girl, with the sa almond eyes and red lips, had more charisma and vigor compared to the long-haired one’s gentleness.

Seeing them about to leave, Li Gang hurriedly spoke again: "No need for you to contact the school affairs office; help these students find so rental apartnts off-campus, and make sure the living conditions are good."

He only ca to see the so-called twin sisters, and having seen them now, there would be plenty of opportunities in the future. But hearing Li Gang’s words, Gu Bai finally beca impatient.

"Don’t they have hands and feet? Can’t they rent on their own?"

"Is this how you respond to a school-assigned task?"

Gu Bai squinted his eyes, looking at Li Gang before him: "Then, Director Li, what attitude would you prefer?"

"They are foreign exchange students, unfamiliar with the place in this country; as school authorities, can’t we show a little more care?"

His words were full of righteousness.

"If Director Li wants to care for these foreign students, I have no objection. However, our foreign affairs departnt only works within the school. As for helping them find rentals off-campus, Director Li should have soone else do it."
