Seii stepped inside, and the mont he saw the bed, he collapsed onto it and fell asleep.

This wouldn't directly speed up their developnt, but it would save him ti on training, giving him more ti to rest.
And with proper rest, he'd be more energized, which would naturally boost his training efficiency—indirectly speeding up his progress.
With these thoughts flashing through his mind, Seii sent the shadow clones off to work, then began his own training.
For the fourth round, it was ti to use Eishin no Jutsu to boost his Sharingan's evolution.
Sitting cross-legged on the giant rock at the island's center, Seii quickly entered a focused state.

After four days of refinent, his Fushin Sakuon: Keiyaku Shunshin no In had finally broken through its previous limit and could now be improved further.

With a thought, Seii opened his proficiency panel.
In the skill section, the Fushin Sakuon: Keiyaku Shunshin no In, which had previously reached the perfected Level 9 (0/0), now showed Level 9 (1/100,000)!
Seii tested it out, and as expected, its proficiency increased by one point.
Seeing this change, a genuine smile spread across his face.
Without hesitation, he created thirty shadow clones and began practicing the technique.
About ten minutes later, he recalled all the clones.
Looking at the panel, he saw the reduced chakra and the new proficiency points added to Fushin Sakuon: Keiyaku Shunshin no In.
Seii roughly calculated the cost of further improving the technique.
The cost was about the sa as before Level 9—200 chakra points per proficiency point.
However, since his Chakra Control had leveled up, reducing the cost of practicing various techniques, the actual cost was likely higher than before Level 9.
Still, no matter how he calculated it, the cost was far lower than Reika no Jutsu (Spirit Transformation Technique). This was a relief.
If it had been like Reika no Jutsu, requiring 500 chakra points per proficiency point, who knows how long it would've taken him to max out Fushin Sakuon: Keiyaku Shunshin no In.
Now, with a daily investnt of 1,000,000 chakra points, he could gain 5,000 proficiency points.
To go from Level 9 to Level 10, which required 100,000 proficiency points, he'd need just twenty days.
