However, this was only the technique's current stage.
Once the Chakra Cloak leveled up to Lv9, its qualities would undergo another transformation. At that point, it could likely withstand a B-Rank attack entirely, or even multiple hits.
And this was still just an ordinary chakra cloak.
If Seii ever mastered Sage Mode and infused the cloak with senjutsu chakra, he could potentially develop a specialized defensive sage technique.
By then, not only B-Rank but even A-Rank and S-Rank ninjutsu might be manageable.
That said, this technique remained his last line of defense.
Given his current growth rate, it was nearly impossible for an enemy to hit him repeatedly in a short span, let alone maximize their ninjutsu's impact.
In theory, he could withstand nurous attacks.
If he managed his rhythm well, the Chakra Cloak might not even be broken before his chakra was depleted.

The sphere spun quietly, showing no outward signs of nace.
Compared to Lv8, his perfected Lv9 (0/0) Rasengan had seen improvents in both speed of formation and stealth.
Previously, he needed to create or wait for the perfect opportunity to use it effectively.
Now, its deploynt conditions were much less restrictive, and the results were no less devastating.
This was just one of its advantages.
Additionally, the perfected Rasengan made learning the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken significantly easier.
