The next day, in the morning.

Seii awoke from his sleep, still feeling a bit groggy, but he didn't have any extra ti to continue resting. He got up, tidied his clothes, and after washing his face in the bathroom, felt much more alert.

Without wasting ti, Seii headed straight to the cafeteria for a hearty al, then planned to go to the open sea to train.

However, after taking only a few steps, he suddenly stopped.

He pulled out a reagent bottle from his ninja tool pouch and looked at the Byakugan soaking inside. Thinking of the "Guard Seal," he turned and headed towards the logistics departnt.

It didn't take long for him to exchange so of his rits for a "Sealing Object Array."

The "Sealing Object Array" is essentially a prerequisite technique for creating storage scrolls. In essence, it is similar to Jiraiya's "Fire Sealing thod," but while the Fire Sealing thod only seals flas, the Sealing Object Array has a much broader application, allowing for the sealing of various objects. Of course, it's much more difficult as well.

Otherwise, during the Great Ninja War, the villages wouldn't have relied on such primitive thods like using caravans to transport supplies.

Recalling his past life mories and his experiences over the last two years, Seii estimated that in the ninja world, the only person who might be able to create large-space storage scrolls would be one of the future Twelve Konoha Ninja—Tenten.

Tenten's summoning scrolls could summon vast oceans and enormous ships, earning the title "Legendary Portable Warehouse" from Yamashiro Aoba.

If the word "legendary" was used, it shows how rare it was.

Additionally, Tenten's summoning scrolls were different from typical storage scrolls. They didn't use sealing techniques to "compress" objects into the scroll. Instead, they employed a unique space-ti ninjutsu.

However, in principle, the difference wasn't too significant.

What Seii needed to do now was to learn the Sealing Object Array to create sealing scrolls and seal the reagent bottle in his hand. Otherwise, carrying it around all the ti left him feeling uneasy.

Of course, he could also use the Guard Seal to protect the reagent bottle, but to get to the level where he could create a "Seal of Protection Talisman" would take a considerable amount of ti.

So, learning the Sealing Object Array and making a sealing scroll seed like a quicker solution!

While others might worry they wouldn't be able to learn it, Seii, having already mastered the Guard Seal, was full of confidence.

However, reality hit him hard.

---

Noon, at the open sea, on a rocky shore.

After several hours of practice, Seii still hadn't successfully imprinted the Sealing Object Array on the panel, let alone learned it.

Once again, after dispelling the Shadow Clone Technique, Seii pondered for a mont before opening his eyes, disappointnt evident in them.

Even though his Earth Style: Hardening Jutsu had leveled up to LV3 after this round of practice, there was no excitent on his face.

"What's going on?"

Seii was puzzled and pulled out the book on the Sealing Object Array for the second ti, flipping through it carefully.

Soon, his attention was drawn to a section that outlined the learning requirents for the Sealing Object Array.

After reading it closely, realization dawned on his face.

According to the book, mastering the Sealing Object Array wasn't just about learning the procedure for casting the sealing technique.

More importantly, it required a certain sensitivity to space.

Without the ability to sense space, no matter how much you practice the technique, it would be aningless.

It's like the old saying about 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration—the forr is important, but the latter is essential.

And that elusive sense of space was the 1% inspiration.

Earlier, Seii had assud that his proficiency system would allow him to bypass this requirent and brute-force his way through.

But now, he realized he had been mistaken.

The key to his proficiency system "cheating" was that it first needed to recognize the technique and imprint it on the panel. But for the Sealing Object Array to be imprinted, he first had to grasp the essence of the technique.

And to do that, he needed spatial awareness.

And right now, Seii lacked that awareness, which was why he couldn't imprint the technique.

He was caught in a deadlock.

At this mont, Seii finally understood why sealing scrolls were so rare in the ninja world.

With so few people mastering the technique, it naturally beca scarce.

"Wait!"

"Sealing scrolls?"

Suddenly, Seii thought of the sealing scrolls.

Since they were made using the Sealing Object Array, the mont when the seal is lifted or closed should allow him to sense the sa power—spatial awareness.

Even if it was just a tiny bit, it would be better than nothing.

Seii was confident that if he could get even a little "inspiration," he could successfully imprint the technique onto the panel.

Once that was done, all he had to do was grind for proficiency.

With that thought in mind, Seii wasted no ti. He imdiately ford a seal with his hands and cast the Shadow Clone Technique again.

As usual, he had several shadow clones practicing various skills, while he sent the last one to Blackstone Base to exchange for a sealing scroll.

Even though sealing scrolls were non-tradeable and highly rare, his rits should be enough to get one.

Receiving the order, the shadow clone wasted no ti and imdiately used Wind Style: Wind Wings to fly into the sky.

Watching the clone leave, Seii suddenly realized that his Wind Style: Wind Wings technique was close to leveling up as well.

He opened the panel and sure enough, after two days of intense use, its proficiency had risen from LV4 (650/2000) to LV4 (1640/2000). In no more than two days, it would level up.

At that point, combined with his now LV3, and soon to be LV4, Earth Style: Hardening Jutsu, his ability to protect himself would increase significantly.

Thinking of this, the frustration Seii had felt about his slow progress with the Sealing Object Array eased considerably.

Shaking his head, Seii refocused.

After glancing at a shadow clone that was practicing Earth Style: Mud Wall in the distance, he began practicing Mystical Palm Jutsu and the Heart Reflection Technique.

Thanks to his foundation in Earth Style: Earth Needle Jutsu and Earth Style: Hardening Jutsu, his progress in developing earth chakra had taken a big leap forward.

In this situation, learning Earth Style: Mud Wall was only a matter of ti, so there was no need to rush.

And so, ti ticked by.

After Seii finished another round of training, the shadow clone that had gone to exchange for the sealing scroll finally returned.

It wasn't that the distance was far, but that getting the sealing scroll had taken so ti.

After all, it was a rare resource. Even though he had enough rits, it still required an official report to be submitted.

This minor delay was why it took a little longer than expected.
