Inside the volcano.
Seii was enveloped in a cloud of toxic mist, the scorching heat roasting his body until his skin turned as red as a boiled shrimp. Sweat dripped from his forehead, sizzling as it hit the ground.
But Seii paid no attention to any of this. He was completely imrsed in his own world, tirelessly practicing the "Limit of the Body" technique over and over again.
If a Hyuga clan ninja with the Byakugan were to observe his body at that mont, they would see an astonishing amount of chakra surging through his ridians at breakneck speed. As this chakra flowed through his organs and tissues, a portion of it transford into Yang Release chakra, seeping into his cells and triggering mutations.
At the sa ti, the power of the "Will of Man" coursed through his entire body, acting like a helmsman, guiding these mutations in a positive direction.
This was evolution!
The toxic gases in the air tried to erode his body through his skin, but they were effortlessly dispersed by the vibrant Yang Release chakra. anwhile, the imnse external pressure bore down on him, threatening to crush him. Yet, with his formidable physical strength and vast chakra reserves, Seii held firm.
In fact, this pressure beca a form of resistance training, enhancing the effectiveness of his practice. Every minute, every second spent here, he was improving. These incrental gains were what fueled his limitless potential.
Thoughts flickered through his mind, but Seii quickly refocused, diving back into his training. He continued honing the "Limit of the Body," guiding both his physical form and his Byakugan toward further evolution.
In the blink of an eye, an hour passed, and it was now deep into the night.
Seii concluded his training and returned to the surface. The first thing he did was extend his ntal energy inward to check his condition. As expected, after breaking through that invisible barrier, his body was no longer restricted and had begun to grow rapidly once again.
However, it was still too early to predict the exact point of his next physical transformation. That said, this training session had given him enough data to calculate the proficiency increase for the "Limit of the Body."
Opening his status panel, Seii checked the numbers. In just that one hour, his proficiency in the "Limit of the Body" had risen by 80 points—a 20% increase compared to before. This ant he could now gain roughly 1,200 proficiency points per day. At this rate, reaching level 9 for the "Limit of the Body" would take about 40 days, shaving off eight or nine days compared to his previous estimate.
Seii was fairly satisfied with this progress.
Of course, faster progress ca with higher costs. Based on the chakra consumption over the past hour, he calculated that maintaining this intense training regin would now require 5 million chakra points per day, up from 4 million—an increase of 1 million points.
Was this increase a lot? It was still within Seii's acceptable range.
Fortunately, his recent boost in his "Physique" attribute had granted him an additional 1.4 million points of freely usable chakra. Allocating 1 million of that to his "Limit of the Body" training was no big deal. Plus, he'd still have 400,000 chakra points left to store up.
"Not bad!" Seii nodded, then turned his attention to the shadow clones still training both on and off the island.
With a single thought, he dispelled the "Multiple Shadow Clone Technique." Instantly, all the shadow clones disintegrated.
A flood of mories rushed into his mind. This ti, though, Seii showed no signs of discomfort. True, his "Physique" boost didn't directly increase his ntal strength. But as always, the connection between mind and body wasn't so clear-cut. Improving one often led to a passive boost in the other.
This boost might not be massive, but it was enough to help him handle the intense influx of mories. More importantly, this latest enhancent had brought his "Physique" and "ntal" attributes closer together, restoring balance after the slight imbalance caused by his recent bloodline limit advancents. With less ntal strain, he could now withstand even stronger mory surges.
Pushing aside stray thoughts, Seii began carefully sifting through the flood of mories, absorbing and processing the training experiences they contained.
Ten minutes later, he opened his eyes. A hint of disappointnt flashed in his gaze.
"Ugh," he sighed softly.
Truth be told, he'd underestimated the difficulty of developing a Bloodline Elimination. Even with the Second Tsuchikage's research notes as a reference, two months hadn't been enough to take the first practical step. He was still stuck in the theoretical stage.
Fusing two chakra natures was one thing, but fusing three was on an entirely different level. If combining two chakra natures had a difficulty of "one," then combining three was a "ten." A tenfold increase.
That was probably why, in the entire ninja world, only Onoki had mastered a Bloodline Elimination like Dust Release.
"Man, this is a long road ahead," Seii sighed again, shaking off his wandering thoughts.
With his experience developing multiple bloodline limits and the Second Tsuchikage's notes as a guide, Seii was confident he'd eventually crack it. There was no need to get discouraged now. He'd known from the start that developing Dust Release would be tough, and these challenges were just part of the process. He'd overco them in ti.
Rebuilding his confidence, Seii stood up and left the clearing at the center of Moon Island. With a few quick flashes, he headed toward his wooden cabin. It was getting late, and it was ti to rest.
---
The next day.
Seii woke up early and dove back into training.
One day.
Two days.
Three days.
In the blink of an eye, a week passed, and it was ti for a break.
After a week of training, Seii had finally estimated the ti needed for his next physical transformation: five months. Yes, five months—the sa as his last transformation.
Logically, as his body underwent more transformations, it should've beco harder to improve. But the reality was, it would still take just five months.
There were two reasons for this:
First, his recent advancents in multiple bloodline limits had enhanced his physical potential, making it easier to strengthen his body.
Second, leveling up the "Limit of the Body" allowed him to reinforce his physique more efficiently.
Together, these factors led to his current estimate.
To be fair, during his last transformation, while he'd estimated five months, he'd actually completed it in just three months thanks to various optimizations. So, in a way, this five-month tiline was still longer than his last transformation, which didn't break the fundantal rule that stronger bodies are harder to improve.
With his thoughts sorted, Seii glanced at the sunset's fading glow on the horizon. He quickly gathered his gear and used the "Flying Thunder God Technique" to teleport back to the Hidden Leaf Village.
