Inside the room.

Seii slowly woke up, his eyes scanning his surroundings, filled with confusion.

"Where is this?"

As soon as this thought erged, a flood of fragnted mories poured into his mind.

"Ninja... Konoha... Uchiha..."

Seii quickly sorted through the mories in his mind, familiar and unfamiliar words gradually helping him understand his current situation.

Undoubtedly, he had transmigrated.

According to the mories in his mind, the original owner of this body shared his na but was a mber of the Uchiha clan in Konoha.

Uchiha Seii had just turned ten this year and was in his fourth year at the Ninja Academy.

The reason he was able to take over this body was simple. The original owner had just received news of his parents' death this afternoon after school.

Overwheld with grief, he accidentally died.

And then, he beca the new owner of this body.

However, none of that mattered.

What mattered was that this world was the infamous ninja world, and it was currently in the midst of the Third Great Ninja War.

One phrase perfectly described this era: human life was as worthless as grass.

Not only the common people but even the upper-class ninja lived precarious lives during this chaotic ti.

This made Seii feel even less secure.

Even though he was in the strongest hidden village, Konoha, it was still the sa.

Moreover, the original owner was from the troubleso Uchiha clan, which would face extermination after the war. It was truly a case of misfortune never coming singly.

"Sigh! I thought dying from overwork was tragic enough, but now I have to go through this..."

Seii felt speechless.

What?

You ntioned supernatural powers?

Please, Seii had already sensed it. Even after such a significant shock, the original owner still hadn't awakened the Sharingan.

This talent couldn't even be described as poor; it was downright trash.

As for chakra?

Well, there was a little.

But what did that matter?

In the end, the ninja world was all about bloodlines. The closer one's bloodline was to Kaguya Otsutsuki, the higher their potential.

Otherwise, at most, one would be like Might Guy, experiencing a brief mont of glory.

Seii had no intention of saving the world.

He was very self-aware.

He might have so abilities, but that was all. It was almost impossible for him to forge a unique path like Orochimaru.

"If only I had a cheat..."

After pondering for a long ti, Seii couldn't co up with any good solutions and could only helplessly voice his wish.

However, the mont he finished speaking, a translucent blue panel appeared in his vision.

[Na: Uchiha Seii

Age: 10 years old

Physique: 5

Spirit: 7

Chakra: 60 (125)

Bloodline: Sharingan - Unawakened (51/100)

Skills: None]

"This is... a system panel?!"

Seii abruptly sat up straight, the negativity in his mind swept away.

He wasn't soone who gave up easily, but the situation had seed insurmountable, leading to his inevitable discouragent.

But now...

Although he didn't know the panel's purpose yet, at least there was a glimr of hope, wasn't there?

His eyes scanned the panel. Na and age were basic information, nothing special.

But physique and spirit...

The forr represented his physical potential.

It included but wasn't limited to physical recovery, nerve reaction speed, muscle density, bone strength, and all other physical abilities.

The latter represented his ntal potential.

Ordinary people had values of around three in both aspects, and exceeding three ant having the potential to beco a ninja.

His physique was five, and his spirit was seven. It seed decent, but it wasn't.

At this age, a physique of five was indeed good among civilian students. However, one mustn't forget that the original owner inherited the Uchiha clan's excellent bloodline, making this value rather low.

As for spirit...

Seven wasn't low, but Seii guessed his arrival had boosted this attribute. Otherwise, it might have been around five as well.

There was no other explanation for why the original owner hadn't awakened the Sharingan.

To say that the original owner had no feelings for his parents was nonsense.

He had died of grief upon learning of their deaths. How could there be no genuine feelings?

Even so, the previous owner's Sharingan awakening progress was barely halfway. It could only be said that this body's talent was truly terrible; there was no other explanation.

However, this trouble now fell upon Seii.

After thinking for a while, Seii couldn't find a good solution and could only temporarily set it aside.

His gaze fell upon the skills section, which was empty.

Logically, after rging with the original owner's mories, he should have at least a few skills, but there was nothing on the panel.

Although Uchiha Seii's talent wasn't great, he still knew the basic three techniques. This puzzled him.

If not for the chakra flowing through his ridians, he would have thought those mories were fake.

'Uh, could it be because 'I' haven't personally used them?'

Thinking this, Seii stood up and, following the mories in his mind, began to gather chakra and slowly form the 'Ram - Snake - Tiger' hand seals, attempting to perform the Clone Technique.

However, after expending chakra, nothing happened.

Wait...

Seii's eyes narrowed, focusing on the skills section of the panel. He saw it distort for a mont, and finally, a line of text appeared - Clone Technique: lv0 (1/100)!

"It was indeed because I hadn't personally used it..."

Looking at the newly appeared skill, Seii muttered softly, then turned his attention to the level and numbers behind it.

If he wasn't mistaken, this should be proficiency.

With this thought, Seii once again gathered chakra and ford the hand seals to perform the Clone Technique, just like before.

Unsurprisingly, he failed again.

However, there was no impatience on Seii's face.

The numbers after the Clone Technique in the skills section had changed, from lv0 (1/100) to lv0 (3/100).

This basically confird his guess; it was a proficiency system.

As for why the proficiency increased by two this ti?

Seii guessed it was related to the mories in his mind.

He was currently like soone regaining their lost power, so the proficiency increase was unstable.

It was easy to verify...

Seii took a deep breath, cald his agitated emotions, and then tried his best to recall the original owner's mories of practicing the Clone Technique, attempting to replicate them.

A few seconds later, a puff of chakra smoke appeared but quickly vanished.

The Clone Technique failed.

However, the proficiency increased by three points - Clone Technique: lv0 (6/100)!

Clearly, his guess was correct.

This way, he could quickly convert everything the original owner possessed into his own in the shortest ti, thus concealing any abnormalities.

One must know that the ninja world wasn't lacking in mind-reading and illusion techniques. If he slipped up, Seii didn't believe he could escape interrogation by the Anbu.

Although the chances of the Anbu noticing him were slim, it was always better to be cautious.
