At the peak of Mount Olympus, that towering seat of the divine, stood a magnificent temple, constructed by the giants of old.

Upon its highest throne, the Sky Throne, one could gaze down upon the entire world.

And two deities shared that throne.

One was Zeus, King of the Gods, the one who had overthrown Cronus and defeated the Titans.

The other was his wife, Queen Hera who ruled by his side.

At this mont, the exalted queen sat proudly on her seat.

A delicate veil concealed her face, revealing only a pair of bright, piercing eyes... locked onto her husband, the almighty Zeus.

Oh Zeus... my beloved Zeus. You’re so breathtaking when you’re working seriously.

I love your eyes, your flowing hair, your fingers, your lips... I adore every inch of your divine body.

Even your breath is sweet to . Every glance you give is like a spark of lightning.

Zeus, my Zeus, I can’t live without you. I won’t allow you to look at anyone else but .

Just then, Zeus, who had been buried in his duties suddenly looked up, a puzzled expression on her face.

"Big sister?"

Hera quickly averted her gaze and straightened her posture.

"What?"

"If you’re that free," Zeus sighed, "why not go visit the other goddesses? There’s no need to sit here staring at all day."

"No need," Hera replied calmly. "As Queen, it’s my duty to support you in becoming a competent King of the Gods."

Then how about actually doing sothing?!

Zeus didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Hera just sat there watching her without lifting a finger to help.

If you want to supervise , fine. Just don’t pretend it’s noble.

Hera’s constant presence made it impossible for Zeus to sneak off or send out a divine clone for... extracurricular activities.

Especially after getting caught a few tis, Hera’s surveillance had beco downright suffocating.

Even as King of the Gods, sotis she wasn’t exactly free to do as she pleased.

Putting aside her work, Zeus rose to her feet.

"I’m heading out to speak with Sister Poseidon about ending the Silver Age. You coming?"

"That pervert? No thanks." Hera raised an eyebrow. "I’ll take care of things here while you’re gone."

After confirming Zeus really was heading toward the ocean, toward Poseidon’s palace, she finally relaxed a little.

Still, she kept an eye on that mortal boy, Eros. Just in case Zeus tried to visit him in secret.

As for Zeus, yes, she really was on her way to Poseidon’s underwater palace.

Just monts ago, right under Hera’s nose, Eros had offered a sacrifice and reached out to Zeus with his request.

Zeus didn’t particularly mind the idea of Eros going out to sea.

Sure, go sailing, whatever.

But proper manners demanded she inform Poseidon ahead of ti. Better to keep things smooth.

Turning into a streak of lightning, she shot across the sky and plunged into the depths of the sea.

Zeus arrived swiftly at Poseidon’s domain.

Nestled deep within the ocean, the crystal palace shimred with breathtaking beauty, arguably more elegant than even Mount Olympus itself.

However, the palace was teeming with barely-dressed sea creatures, sirens, sea witches, and all manner of beauties, clad only in shells and coral.

Normally, Zeus would have taken her ti admiring such lovely sights.

But with a feast like Eros still untouched... these little snacks held zero appeal.

"Poseidon! Stop ssing around and get out here!"

As a fellow deity with similar... tastes, Zeus knew exactly what Poseidon was up to.

Now that she was the Sea God, Poseidon was probably indulging her desires with beauties from every corner of the ocean.

And frankly, her preferences were... questionable.

"Oh my, such poor manners, little sister. Shouldn’t you be calling ’Second Sister’?"

Poseidon erged from the palace, wrapped around a voluptuous killer whale girl.

Her presence was both gentle like water and untad like the sea.

Long, flowing hair drifted like tentacles in the water, constantly reaching toward the killer whale in her arms.

"I’m not here for nonsense," Zeus said firmly. "I have business."

The King’s authority could not be challenged. Seeing Zeus so serious, Poseidon lowered her head in reluctant obedience.

"A human will be arriving here soon," Zeus explained, keeping it brief.

"Oh, I get it. You want to protect that mortal you’ve taken a liking to?" Poseidon cut her off mid-sentence with a wave.

Zeus frowned. "You don’t need to go out of your way to protect him, Apollo’s with him. I’m here to warn you: don’t get any ideas."

"What do you take for?!" Poseidon said indignantly, patting the killer whale girl’s chest. "You think I’d be interested in sothing like that? These little darlings are way more adorable than any human."

"Heh. You better rember what you just said." Zeus chuckled coldly.

She had once thought the sa. That humans, made in the image of gods, could never compare to actual deities. Flawed copies at best.

But after eting Eros, she realized how wrong she’d been.

Yes, she was first drawn to his divine beauty, but what truly captivated her was his essence.

He lived life boldly. Earnestly. He fought for joy and struggled against fate.

Eros had shown Zeus a kind of life she had never seen before.

A mortal way of living. Beautifully absurd, and yet so real.

Driven by curiosity, hunger for knowledge, and the will to understand, it was sothing no goddess had ever given her.

Through Eros, Zeus finally understood what kind of humanity the next age should be built upon.

An era of heroes, brave and wise, bound by their mortal lifespans, yet shining with boundless brilliance.

Because of Eros, the trajectory of mankind’s future was already beginning to shift.

With her warning delivered, Zeus didn’t linger. She left the palace behind in a flash of divine lightning.

You tasteless beast, go drown in your sea monster waifus!

Watching the sparks fade, Poseidon let out a sigh.

"Oh little sister... you think I’m doing all this for fun?"

She released the killer whale girl from her embrace and glanced toward a lurking ghost shark.

"Get ready. I’m heading to the Oceanid nymphs’ party."
