BloodSucker scoffed as he pulled sothing from his eyes, groaning painfully.
"Damn it, these glowing lenses are stupidly hot." The vampire-wannabe grumbled loudly before he finally smiled when he managed to pull out the lenses from his eyes.
Then, he pretended to be calm and coughed.
"You were asking why am I here?" He asked Max with narrowed eyes, "It's to work. You didn't send anything for the past few days. The footage I can edit is limited, mind you? Do you want to succeed at all? It's the ti for your channel to grow, but you focused on this stupid competition instead!"
Sohow, BloodSucker began to scold him over work. The editor, who had nothing to do, visited the strear and told him to give him work.
This was new for Max. So, he could only smile wryly and scratch his cheek.
He thought the videos he sent to BloodSucker would still be enough to be uploaded as content in Punchtube for 15 days. There was no need to ntion that the video of his stream was cut into many parts to make it easier for people to watch.

When he was lost in thoughts, Lily pulled his sleeve and asked. He turned to his girlfriend for a second and realized he had never introduced BloodSucker to her.

Max was troubled. He didn't know what to do in this situation. It was foreign.
Usually, an editor would ask for a raise or edit the video fast so they could rest. But this… This man was different.
Not only did BloodSucker blow almost all the money he got and donate it back to Max, but he asked for more work desperately. He was truly a rare breed of a man.
'I can't possibly give him more footage. I don't have it at all.'
All his plans and footage would probably not be enough to satisfy the hungry BloodSucker. His gaze said it all that he wanted to edit more. Money wasn't the problem. He just wanted to show off his editing skills.
Then, Max rembered sothing. Wasn't Lily planning to release a new song? That ant she would require a music video.
She probably already had a contract with a studio or an agency to shoot the music video, but it was already proved that BloodSucker's skill was probably better than those professionals, if the ad he edited could serve as proof.
"Wait, Sucker. Let think about it for a while." He said before turning to Lily. "Lily, do you need a music video for your new song?"
"Yes, I do." Lily nodded softly at his question, "Why?"
"How about trusting the editing to BloodSucker? Even if he looks untrustworthy, his skill is the real deal. If you watched my NoFeet ad, then you surely know what I am talking about."
BloodSucker's slightly pointed ears twitched. He had better hearing than most people and heard what Max whispered about. Feeling shy, he rubbed his nose and puffed his chest proudly.
Lily looked at BloodSucker for the last ti before looking back at Max.
"Can I really trust him? That guy looks… scary."
Scary… The vampire-wannabe froze a little before his body trembled. That was good. He was pretty happy when he heard that.

Viscount would spread fear and awe to those looking at him.
"Hehehe…" A low laugh escaped BloodSucker's lips.
Max turned at his editor and shuddered.
'What's that guy doing?'
Maybe he should let Lily hire a studio and professional video editor instead. BloodSucker now made him feel uneasy.
Still, he trusted that vampire-wannabe. Without a doubt, his editing skills were top-notch.
"Can we really trust him?" Lily asked once again, feeling that her boyfriend's editor might be beyond help.
"I… don't know," Max answered her with uncertainty.
"Kukuku, no worries. You can leave editing to , Breeze. I just need extra pay if I take on a special project, though. Do note that." BloodSucker said, "Ah, midnight has arrived. It's ti for to drink. Please wait a minute."
After saying that, BloodSucker took a bottle filled with thick red liquid and popped the lid open before downing it in one go. The gulping sound was audible.
Combined with the creepy atmosphere of his bearing and clothing, Lily took a step back in fear. She wasn't good with this kind of thing, especially in real life. A zombie was fine, but a creepy guy wasn't good.
"M-Max, let's return. Just let him edit it. As long as it's good, then I don't mind it." She pulled his sleeve and wanted to leave the place as soon as possible.
"Alright," Max answered. Today's eting with BloodSucker was enough.
Next ti, he would et his editor alone, seeing how scared Lily was with him.
"Sucker, let's continue our talk after the competition. I will get you so interesting footage tomorrow. I plan to make a vlog before the competition begins to see our opponent's reaction."
BloodSucker finished his drink and looked at Max. He nodded at his employer.

Max stood with Lily and watched BloodSucker walk away into the darkness. The vampire-wannabe stealthily went away, staying in the pillar's shadow.
When he was gone, Lily muttered, "He's a strange fellow. And he's so scary."
"I think he's just a bit awkward." He comnted, "But yeah, I won't deny that he's a bit strange. Let's just return to our hotel and rest for tomorrow."
"Un… I don't think I will be able to sleep after that. I hope he won't appear in my dream. That would be scary."
