"So they just self-destruct?" Max comnted as he saw the credit scene start. "It ends just like this?"
Officer could be seen walking toward his half-destroyed allies in tatters as the tal tortoise exploded in the background. Mohawk protected him and brought him away from the battlefield to get dical care.
Various forces celebrated the victory when the night arrived. They held a large party. All preserved at was taken out. Alcohol was distributed. It was humanity's victory!
They did celebrate it. Max, however…
"This feels empty. If only this ga lasted much longer and introduced the character better, it would beco a good ga. The story should be able to branch a lot. A sha it needs to end like this."
He wasn't satisfied.
The possibility of this ga being on par with Knight's Journey was there. Unfortunately, the story was too rushed. Too many things were skipped. Like Officer's relationship with people on Earth and what made him dream of being free. His past was still unclear besides the fact he was a Prince of space.

— I heard the investor pulled up at the last minute when this ga was developed, so they need to make it smaller
— There was a problem with the developnt that caused this. Still, it's a good ga and they made profit
— It's not confird yet, but apparently, this ga will get a remake in 2047, that's in 2 years.
— I hope Eva will get more appearance. Please! I am a sucker for a dangerous AI like her!
'A problem in the production, huh? For a ga that experiences that, this is already good.'
At least this ga was able to be distributed and published by Biozone Entertainnt. That might be the factor that saved this ga from being a flop.
More importantly…
"I finished the ga, huh? How long was it? Only around 2 hours? Pretty fast, isn't it?"
— Well, it's mostly because you never failed
— It's a short ga, what do you want? Knight's Journey is around 5-8 hours, but it has many routes and is hard.
— I finished this ga in 3 hours because I died a few tis. Yeah, it's pretty short.
"I guess it's the end of today's stream then." Max sighed as he was teleported back to the Lobby.
The credit ended with Officer laughing with Mohawk and other people at the party. He seed happy to be left on Earth.
Sitting under the large tree, Max crossed his legs and looked at the stream of donations he received. Before ending, he decided to tell the viewers about his plan.
"From tomorrow until May 29th, for a week straight, I might focus on Roach Planet. If I have ti, I will create the movent tutorial I promised, but expect it to be uploaded after the competition is over."
— Fine by
— That's no problem
— Focus on your competition, man. I watched the Scrim and you really need a lot of practice lol
— If you're free, do grace us with an IRL stream. Maybe a date stream with Lily [emoji: bearplease]
— Karaoke sounds good too! It's effortless. And we can hear LilyPixel singing!
"I will think about it."
That was Max's answer before he ended the stream.

After ending it, he logged out of the VR world. The rest was just a routine, wiping his sweat and taking a shower before opening his ssage and email. Afterward, it was free ti, and we had the usual call with Lily.
But before he called her, he saw a ssage from the sa person.
[Lily: [AttachedVideo.mp4] Max, are you free tomorrow? I wanted to make sothing like this together to get inspiration for lyrics needed for my new song.]
[Lily: If you're busy, then it's also okay.]
Max looked at the ssage for a while and clicked the video. When he finished watching it, he smiled wryly and typed a reply.
[Breeze: Are you serious?]
[Lily: Yes. I want to make a video together.]
If one was wondering what kind of video and why Lily wanted to make it, one needed to rewind ti for an hour.

Just like the usual night, Lily was composing music in her room while watching Max's livestream. She had finished the basics and the lody but was stuck on the lyrics.
At tis like this, she usually would scroll over many videos on the internet to find inspiration. Coincidentally, she searched for a lot of couple-related stuff in the past week, so her internet algorithm was a little bit different than usual.
The first video she watched was a couple kissing on top of a snowy mountain. Her face flushed red due to the unexpected video and she changed it imdiately. That was… too much stimulation for the innocent girl.
Following that, many travel videos appeared on her feed. From a normal scenic video to a transitional one where a person walked through different places. It was wonderful. Inspiration did co when the person in the video t her fated one, and in the end, they hugged.
"So cute." A small smile appeared on her face as she moved to the next video.
The scrolling beca faster and faster. She had forgotten her purpose and was absorbed into watching short videos.
They were like alcohol. Consud slightly, one might feel good. But if one wasn't careful enough, they could get absorbed and couldn't leave their claws.
After 30 minutes, Lily couldn't feel it, so she stumbled upon one video. It was a video about a couple. A girl and a boy were in pajamas, and the girl urged the boy to get changed. She put on a blindfold on him and danced around in a playful manner, accompanied by an upbeat song.
The boy seed to be bothered by that. But after a few seconds, their clothes changed and the boy seed to enjoy it. They proceeded to dance and play together.
Watching the video, Lily unconsciously muttered her inner desire.
"I want to do this with Max."
When she realized it, the words were thrown out, and she ssaged him with a prepared excuse. Her heart was beating hard. She knew he was still streaming, but she couldn't stay still.
Whether it was fortunate or not, Max didn't stream for long today.
'He must've seen the ssage.' She thought as she hugged Momo, her bunny plushie. 'I wonder if he wants to make it with ? I said it's to get inspiration for the lyrics, but it's actually not for that. I just… want to be with him in a video.'
Lily was troubled and nervous. A few minutes after the stream ended, the reply ca from her beloved Max.
He didn't seem to believe her invitation, so she convinced him. She hoped it was enough. And it did.
[Breeze: Alright, then. How about we et in the park tomorrow morning?]
She was happy. He accepted her invitation.
Momo was thrown to the side and Lily rose to a sitting position. Now, the plushie wasn't her priority anymore.
Park? There would be too many people there. She was too embarrassed to make the video there.
Then where? Max's apartnt? No, that would be too… bold. She wasn't ready to visit him yet. Not after they affird each other's feelings. Besides, the recording equipnt in his apartnt was a bit lacking.
The aesthetic sense was also not up to Lily's standard.
The VR world was a possibility. However, Lily wanted to et him directly. The effect? She could hire an editor to work on the video. Money was sothing trivial for her.
'There is no other way.'
[Lily: No. Let's et in my ho. We will record it here.]
Her face turned crimson red after she read what she typed once again. She gulped nervously and pressed send with a trembling finger.
'Un, it's just because I have a lot of clothes. My brother have many unused ones too. It will be too troubleso to move them around. So, recording it here is the best choice!'
That was the excuse she would go with if he asked why.
'It's perfect!' She nodded excitedly and giggled softly.
