I hate to have to ask but please think about contributing help either through ) literally ans salted vegetables, the na due to the fact that salt is necessary for the pickling process. Chinese cuisine usually treats pickled dishes as appetizers and they are more of a staple of northern Chinese cuisine since they would need to preserve vegetables for the winter. They can also be used as part of the raw ingredients of a cooked dish, too.
