After the Bull Demon King woke up, everyone still went about their own business, with only the son of the Aquatic Tribe's Clan Leader, Eight-Gods Fla, having a good relationship with the Bull Demon King because of his love for battle.
"Monkey? How did you find this place? More than three hundred years have passed, and I thought no one rembered anymore. How are things outside? After our defeat, has the Buddhist sect completely taken over? Those damn baldies." Seeing the Bull Demon King's originally black hair had turned snow white, and even the Bull Demon King's attributes seed to have changed to cold ice, Sun Wukong was startled by the Demon King's questions. Only then did he rember that after the great war ended in failure, he and Bajie had fought their way out with their master, while the Bull Demon King and Peng Demon King were captured by the Buddhist sect and used as mounts. The Bull Demon King had no clue about the subsequent great war nor what happened after his own death and likely still thought the world was under the rule of Buddhism. Looking at the Bull Demon King, who was full of expectation, Sun Wukong's heart was filled with bitterness. He really had let down Big Brother Bull.
Just as Sun Wukong was about to explain the subsequent events to the Bull Demon King, he hadn't even opened his mouth when the previously eager look in the Bull Demon King's eyes suddenly changed, shifting from shock to disbelief, and then was entirely replaced by towering rage. "Who are you really? You're not the monkey, who are you? You actually killed my son, I demand your life for my son's!" Before the Bull Demon King's words had even finished, he already had an ice cudgel, ford entirely from extre cold, in his hand. And in an instant, the Bull Demon King's body erupted with an extrely chilling aura. This aura was very similar to that of the Eight-Gods Fla.
Then, with a single step, the Bull Demon King brought the Icy Extre Cudgel crashing down towards Sun Wukong's head, and as the Bull Demon King's montum exploded, the Eight-Gods Fla rushed over. Seeing the Bull Demon King actually raising his cudgel to attack Sun Wukong left Eight-Gods Fla quite perplexed. The Bull Demon King, however, did not hold back in the slightest. He swung the cudgel with all his might, bringing it smashing down directly onto Sun Wukong's head.
Because of the excessive force, the Icy Extre Cudgel, forged from millennia-old ice, actually snapped in half. However, the Bull Demon King did not stop there simply because the cudgel had broken. Instead, he tossed aside the two pieces in his hand, shifted to Sun Wukong's left side, and then his massive right fist brutally smashed into Sun Wukong's face. Sun Wukong remained as he had said before, with no resistance or counterattack. Thus, the cudgel firmly struck the top of Sun Wukong's head.
And that punch from the Bull Demon King sent Sun Wukong tumbling backwards, smashing him directly onto the ground, but the Bull Demon King's fist still did not leave Sun Wukong's face. Instead, it pressed down on his face as the Bull Demon King shouted in a low voice, "Eight Assaults Fist, Strike!" As the Bull Demon King's voice fell, his fist suddenly exploded with eight successive powerful impacts, actually creating a large crater in the ice-covered ground, with Sun Wukong's head pressed at the center of that crater.
After all eight impacts had been unleashed, even with the Bull Demon King's formidable physical strength, he felt a numbness in his arm, rendering it temporarily unusable. Shaking off the numbness, the Bull Demon King still had no intention of stopping his assault. He crouched down abruptly and leaped high into the sky, flipping his body over headfirst as he reached the apex, then kicked out in the void, plunging downwards once more at breakneck speed, his body appearing almost ethereal. The sharp horns on the Bull Demon King's head turned as cold and solid as Mysterious Ice, carrying a bone-chilling cold as they stabbed directly towards Sun Wukong's chest.
Sun Wukong still showed no will to defend himself, and in the midst of the Bull Demon King's sowhat astonished gaze, the ice-cold horns of the Bull Demon King pierced Sun Wukong's chest and abdon. But the next mont, the Bull Demon King's expression drastically changed, because his horns did not pierce through Sun Wukong's chest and body; instead, it felt as if he had struck sothing incredibly hard.
In the Bull Demon King's astonished eyes, a cluster of five-colored light slowly erged from Sun Wukong's chest, and from his abdon, a piece erged that resembled a pitch-black stone tablet.
The Bull Demon King paid no attention to the black stone tablet, but he was quite surprised by the five-colored light. It wasn't because he recognized it as the Five-Colored Divine Stone, but because he felt the presence of his son, Hong Hai'er, within that five-colored glow, faint as it was, but unquestionably the aura of his son, Hong Hai'er.
