Although he had rembered the origin of the snow-white long blade, Yao Wung beca even more cautious. In a battle against such a master, victory or defeat often lies in an instant.

And although the snow-white long blade was indeed formidable, the two great swords in his hands were no ordinary weapons, especially the Destruction Sword Fenji, which he had nurtured with his own blood over countless years, and had long since fused with his soul.

Both n were top-notch supre experts. With every slash and thrust, they caused the sky to shatter and the earth to split. Yao Wung used his two giant swords for both offense and defense, orderly and thodical.

Blade Master Old Wang’s sword skills were exquisite, and with his snow-white long blade, he possessed an extrely overwhelming soul power attack that could affect Yao Wung’s mind with each swing.

Therefore, the struggle between the two was exceptionally fierce. They fought for a full Chinese Hour, and still, neither could gain the upper hand over the other. Both realized that if they continued like this, it could take days and nights without determining a victor. And the situation at hand wouldn’t allow them to truly battle for days and nights.

Your adventure continues at empire

Old Wang, the Blade Master, was naturally worried that Yao Wung might have accomplices because he knew that the Myriad Demons Country had sent more than just one person. Yao Wung, too, had beco sowhat reluctant to fight, not for any other reason but because his current state couldn’t last much longer.

Although activating the power of Fenji could greatly increase his strength, allowing him to reach the level of a top-level Nine Patterns Supre, this state was ti-limited. Now, he could maintain this state for at most another Chinese Hour; any longer would cause significant damage and burden to his body.

But to simply give up, Yao Wung felt extrely unwilling. If he could defeat the master of the King’s Blade and obtain the snow-white long blade, then rging it with his Tyrant Sword Juque would definitely lead to a trendous improvent in his strength. Thus, no more than three breaths after they had separated, Yao Wung charged forward once again.

This ti, not only did Yao Wung use both giant swords for attacking, but he also started to utilize the sharp bone spurs on his joints. With this, Yao Wung practically turned into the embodint of a peerless weapon. His ferocious and relentless assault forced even Old Wang, the Blade Master, to temporarily avoid the brunt of the attack and continuously defend with his long blade.

Initially thinking that Yao Wung’s bone spurs didn’t have much attack power, Old Wang soon discovered that they were as sturdy and sharp as his Tyrant Sword—a try to block with his palm resulted in an imdiate puncture. This was their first injury since the beginning of their combat.

Though he was defending in a rather disheveled manner, Old Wang did not show any signs of defeat. As the attack dragged on, Yao Wung beca sowhat impatient. After blocking another of Old Wang’s blade strikes with his twin swords, he suddenly raised his right knee, attempting to stab Old Wang with the cold, gleaming bone spur that extended from it.

However, at that mont, Old Wang’s snow-white long blade suddenly burst into white light. Then, the already large blade transford into a massive sword over five ters long and half a ter wide. The blade, which had been swung away, abruptly positioned itself before him, and Yao Wung’s knee bone spur struck the blade’s body, sparking a series of flashes.

After blocking this attack, Old Wang’s arms suddenly bulged with muscles, though his body underwent no other change. His arms were now three tis thicker, and the granite-like muscles attested to the trendous strength within. Without any hesitation, gripping the large hilt in both hands, Old Wang let out a roar and started swinging the five-ter-long giant blade.

"Chaos tribe? Are you from the Chaos tribe?" Yao Wung blurted out upon seeing Old Wang’s transformation. But instead of any answer from Old Wang, what greeted him was a colossal blade slashing horizontally with an unbeatable gust.

Realizing that there was no ti to dodge, and knowing that once he entertained thoughts of dodging, he would likely be overwheld by an endless flurry of blade strikes, Yao Wung gritted his teeth and made a fierce decision. Summoning all his strength, he held the two giant swords in front of him with a reversed grip. Just as he braced himself, the giant blade had already struck the twin swords.

Sparks flew, and Yao Wung felt as if a multitude of stars had crushed against him.

He hadn’t expected that the three-ter growth of the blade would increase its weight and force by more than a hundredfold. Barely able to hold on for three breaths, as Old Wang exhaled forcefully, Yao Wung’s feet had already dug into the ground, yet still, the powerful blade forced him to retreat.

With another shout from Old Wang and a fierce stomp of his right foot, his body’s power surged once more. As for Yao Wung, already driven back by the force of the long blade, he now felt utterly unable to withstand it and was sent flying backward. The scene was sowhat reminiscent of when Sun Wukong had been flung away by a single sword strike in the cave long ago.

The instant Yao Wung was sent flying, Old Wang took a deep breath and vanished from the spot, only to reappear above Yao Wung, who was now midair. Yao Wung, seeing Old Wang chasing with his sword raised, forcibly suppressed his sowhat turbulent soul power and raised his twin swords crossed above him.

Old Wang snorted coldly and wielded his blade powerfully from above his head. A plain slash sent Yao Wung plumting downwards, feeling as though a mountain had been pressed onto his chest, especially as his soul power was already in chaos.

But it wasn’t over yet; before Yao Wung could hit the ground, Blade Master Old Wang appeared beneath him, with his long blade positioned behind him, ready to strike once Yao Wung fell.

Although Yao Wung managed to see Old Wang as he fell rapidly, the swift descent’s gravity forced him to place the flat sides of his twin swords beside his body defensively. Now, he didn’t dare to block with the blades, fearing that Old Wang’s imnse power would cause him to be injured by his own swords’ edges.

No sooner had he positioned his swords in front of him than Old Wang’s horizontal slash arrived. With one strike, Yao Wung was sent flying backward at an even more terrifying speed. He felt all the bones in his arms break, barely managing to hold onto his swords to prevent losing them.

Feeling himself losing control and being flung backward, a bitter smile arose on Yao Wung’s face. He had been too careless; it seed that the infamous snow-white blade from that battle years ago was not an empty legend. He had thought that even if he couldn’t win, retreating would be easy, but now he didn’t even have the chance to use his Extinction Silent Sword to travel through space.

Just as this thought crossed his mind, Yao Wung suddenly felt intense pain in his back, and then he passed out completely. In his fading consciousness, so regrets surfaced, but it was already too late.

Having been hit hard enough by Old Wang’s trendous power that his soul nearly shattered, Yao Wung then smashed into a Stone Mountain, falling into unconsciousness with severe injuries. Not far off, Blade Master Old Wang let out a breath and sat down on the ground with a thud. His swollen arm muscles quickly receded, and the long blade returned to its original size in a flash of light.

He hastily took out the Jade Vase and poured out half a drop of greenish liquid, swallowing it quickly. He then began to absorb the energy from the liquid.

Actually, Old Wang wasn’t a mber of the Chaos clan. He was able to use the transformation of the Chaos clan because he had fortuitously obtained half of the Chaos Five Decisions scroll, specifically the latter half. Moreover, with his remarkable talents, Old Wang had managed to learn the Fourth Decree, Chaos Giant Transformation, from the incomplete scroll!

However, the Fifth Decree was far too difficult, and the Third only had the incantation without any techniques, so he had learned only this one decree. Yet even this singular decree, which had limitations since he wasn’t from the Chaos clan, had saved Old Wang’s life countless tis!

This ti was no different. Had it not been for this decree of the Chaos, he probably would’ve been the one lying on the ground today.

After resting for a bit, using the Chaos Decree had taken a heavy toll on his body, but fortunately, he had a bottle of Primordial Spirit Water, which could quickly negate the bodily harm. However, now not much was left in the bottle, and every drop used pained Old Wang deeply.

Slowly standing up with the King’s Blade in hand, Old Wang made his way to where Yao Wung was still unconscious. Looking at his shattered arms and the nurous severe injuries on his body, Old Wang shook his head.

Perhaps this would also be his own fate one day. Sadly, it wasn’t sothing he could choose; from the mont he felt that he was destined to wield this blade, his fate was sealed. Either kill the enemy or die in battle.

With a sigh, Old Wang prepared to finish Yao Wung with one last strike. After all, his opponent hailed from the Myriad Demons Country and could be considered an enemy. Killing him would just an one less enemy.

Thus, Old Wang grasped the blade with both hands and chopped down with the long sword he’d been carrying on his shoulder. However, he suddenly exclaid in surprise as the dust settled and found that beneath his blade was only a long crack—no trace of a person remained!

A thought crossed his mind, and Old Wang looked up carefully. On a protruding part of the Stone Mountain ahead, five figures stood, one of whom had the unconscious Yao Wung shouldered. (Tomorrow is the Qixi Festival, and there will tentatively be a five-chapter update.

Also, the recent one-chapter-a-day pace has indeed been unsatisfying, so next week I will try my utmost to provide two chapters daily. Additionally, rember to join the group: Great Demon Sun Wukong! Active friends in the group will form characters in the book, like Yao Wung, like Old Wang’s five-person group, and many more. Your support is the only drive I have, over~)
