No sooner had Yao Wung’s words fallen than Sun Wukong felt an unstoppable colossal force strike his abdon. He was then sent flying backward, soaring out of the cave entrance, inadvertently carrying the terrified little fox that had been crouching on the ground with him.

Having sent Sun Wukong flying with a single sword strike, Yao Wung moved again with a blur, appearing right in front of Xi Zhao. Facing Xi Zhao’s evident terror, Yao Wung gave a sinister smile and then precisely kicked him in the chest.

Following Sun Wukong and the little fox, Xi Zhao was also sent hurtling away. Two strikes were all it took for Yao Wung to send them both flying. Yao Wung then slowly walked to the large pit that Yao Wuqing had been struck into. With a casual swipe of his Destruction Sword Fenji, he carved out another large pit in the mountain wall; Yao Wuqing erged from it, coughing lightly.

Sun Wukong’s strike had been with the full force of his Chaos Body. Even though it was blocked by the Cicada Wing Sword, Yao Wuqing was still heavily injured. Having rescued Yao Wuqing, Yao Wung flitted into place alongside Yao Wuxue.

In contrast to Yao Wuqing, Yao Wuxue had fared much worse. Although the swordfish managed to defend in ti, Yao Wuxue had still lost an entire arm to the Wasteland Soil’s Desolate Sand, and even the swordfish ended up shattered into pieces on the ground. Had Yao Wung not arrived when he did, Yao Wuxue might have been completely devoured by the Three Thousand Barren Soil.

Though Yao Wung’s strength had increased trendously, reaching the level of a Domain Lord, he didn’t dare underestimate even a single strand of the yellow sand. However, he wasn’t too fearful either. With a flick of his Destruction Sword Fenji, he chopped down at the World Suppressing Stele that floated in midair.

Without Sun Wukong’s command, the World Suppressing Stele was rely floating in place, void of substantial power. Apart from the Three Thousand Barren Soil autonomously absorbing energy, it was nothing more than an ordinary stele.

Thus, Yao Wung sent the Heavenly Stele flying out of the cave with a single sword strike. Once the Heavenly Stele was gone, the Wasteland Soil clinging to Yao Wuxue’s upper arm was drawn away, following the Stele out of the cave.

Although Yao Wuxue survived, he would likely have to live as a one-ard man from that point forward, even after resurrection. Fortunately, it was his left arm he lost, and his right could still wield a sword. Otherwise, dying might have been a better fate for Yao Wuxue.

Yao Wuxue hastily drew out several Soul Beads and swallowed them to recover his Soul Energy. Though his arm wouldn’t regrow, the beads would still heal his injuries.

"You two, recover quickly and follow. We can’t let those three get away!"

When Sun Wukong was sent flying by Yao Wung’s sword, he hadn’t suffered much damage, but his Jingu Bang bore a scar from the encounter. Despite the imnse force, he was still unable to resist, yet as he neared the exit of the cave, Sun Wukong managed to twist in midair and grab the crouching little fox.

So, while Sun Wukong appeared to be tumbling out of the cave in a sorry state, it was actually his chance to escape. The sa was true for Xi Zhao. As Sun Wukong flew out, Xi Zhao had been prepared; thus, when Yao Wung kicked, a burst of purple light erged from Xi Zhao’s chest. Struck by this light, Xi Zhao too made his escape from the cave in an instant.

When the two nearly rolled to the foot of the mountain, they rapidly ran towards the direction of Spirit Flower Peak, slowly coming together as they fled. Especially Sun Wukong, the little fox, which had been frightened earlier, seed like a different creature.

After picking up Sun Wukong with its mouth and throwing him onto its back as they hit the ground, the little fox began to run at triple Sun Wukong’s speed.

Sensing the little fox’s firm resolve, Sun Wukong suddenly felt a wave of sorrow. The little fox had indeed lost its mories, but in doing so, another set of mories had taken root deep in its mind—running. At any sign of danger, flee at the highest speed possible. So now, having fled the cave, a voice deep in the little fox’s mind suddenly rang out, urging it to run, to escape as fast as possible!

Soon, Sun Wukong, perched on the little fox’s back, caught sight of Xi Zhao and called out to him. Understanding the signal, Xi Zhao bounded onto the little fox’s back after a few leaps. The little fox, over three ters long, carried them both with ease, its speed unaffected, if not even increasing.

If the initial pace was nearly triple that of Sun Wukong, now it was quintuple and still accelerating.

"Xi Zhao, what’s the deal with that guy? How did he suddenly beco so strong? I didn’t even feel like fighting!" Sun Wukong, reclining on the little fox’s back, took the opportunity to turn and ask Xi Zhao behind him.

Upon jumping onto the little fox, Xi Zhao began frantically searching his body and then checking his Space Ring. Realizing it was empty, he paused in confusion. Hearing Sun Wukong’s question, he didn’t answer, but instead asked, "Monkey, do you have any Soul Beads left?"

```
"I already used everything up saving you in the cave. The only thing I have left in my space ring are twenty peaches!" Wukong said, taking out two peaches and handing one to Xi Zhao.
"Ah, what bad luck! I really regret it now. Why did I have to prank you with those stinky mushrooms? Otherwise, we wouldn’t be in this sorry state." Xi Zhao heaved a deep sigh and started to devour the peach with big bites.
"Let’s not talk about the past. You haven’t answered yet, what’s the deal with that person? Oh right, I haven’t gotten my World Suppressing Stele back! Little fox, little fox, stop!"
Originally, he wanted to ask about Yao Wung’s condition, and he just thought about how he almost killed soone with the World Suppressing Stele, but then he suddenly rembered that he had left the Stele in the cave. So he quickly started shouting for the little fox to stop. However, the little fox seed not to hear and continued to race forward at a speed now seven tis that of Wukong’s!
"Monkey, let it go, it’s alright. The little fox can’t stop now. The way she’s behaving, she must have been stimulated by sothing. She must have been told to run for her life when she encountered sothing extrely dangerous or horrifying. So, after she lost her mory, that directive beca a subconscious mory. She probably won’t stop until she reaches a place she considers safe!"
"What should we do? My Stele is still in the cave!"
"Don’t worry, the World Suppressing Stele has already recognized you as its master. As long as your soul doesn’t perish, nobody can use it! Moreover, if the Stele is farther than a certain range from you, the Stele will automatically return to the place it was born."
"Born place? How would I know where the Heavenly Stele was born?"
"No, you definitely know. Every ti the World Suppressing Stele chooses a master, it is reborn. Just like my Stele, which was born in my Sea of Divine Consciousness. Yours must be the sa!"
Upon hearing this, Wukong suddenly rembered the first ti he saw the World Suppressing Stele, which appeared within the World Within the Artifact, inside the Golden Hoop. Does that an the Golden Hoop is its place of birth? Will the Stele automatically fly back into the Golden Hoop?
Wukong shared his doubts with Xi Zhao, who thought for a mont and then confird to Wukong that the World Suppressing Stele would indeed automatically return to the Golden Hoop, so there was no need to worry. What they should worry about now was whether Yao Wung would chase after them!
"Yao Wung’s sudden increase in strength is all because of the sword that was pulled out from his body. I know that sword; it’s called the Fenji, a special Demon Sword. If nurtured within the body, it will absorb all of a person’s energy, both soul and Divine Sense. The advantage of doing this is that when the sword is drawn, the Sword Bearer’s strength will greatly increase.
The downside is that the Sword Bearer’s strength will be difficult to improve."
After finishing, Xi Zhao ate the rest of the peach, let out a relieved sigh, and continued, "However, if one can perfectly rge with the sword, that person will be eligible to reach the highest realm in the universe, a realm that surpasses the Domain Lord. It’s a presence comparable to the Pioneers of the universe.
And the Sword Bearer’s strength will be more than half stronger than ordinary beings of the sa level. In other words, if Yao Wung gets serious, he could easily kill us both in a second!"
After hearing Xi Zhao’s explanation, Wukong couldn’t help but feel a surge of relief. Just now, Yao Wung clearly didn’t exert his full strength, rely wanting to drive the two of them out of the cave and then take his ti to slowly kill them in the open, especially since the cave was very cramped for the transford Xi Zhao.
Even so, that strike had left a scar on the Golden Hoop. If it had been a full force strike, it probably would have snapped the Golden Hoop in two.
At that mont, Xi Zhao’s face suddenly changed, and he shouted at the top of his lungs, "Little fox, run for your life! Run with all your might!"
