I practiced for only one hour in the early morning. So I have yet to reach my limit. I placed the mat on the ground and sat cross-legged on it.

I picked one of them and tried to absorb it.
Soon, I began running the gravity ark thod. I don't know how much gravity mana particles are contained in it compared to the outside environnt.
At first, there was no visual happening. Then deep gray energy began to appear a couple of seconds later.
I imdiately absorbed it in my body and started to circulate according to the ntal thod. After one circulation, I imdiately felt the changes.
When the final energy settles down in the mana core. I felt changes in my physique. I imdiately thought about the sacred gravity physique which is in a state of awakening.
I realized it must be so kind of improvent. So I continued the ditation.
Two hours later,
I opened my eyes and looked at the mid-grade mana stone. The stone lost its previous luster and it looked slightly dim. But still, energy is abundant in it.
These mana stones have mixed energy. Any elental wizards can use them for their practice. But it is impossible with other elental energies.
If soone tries to do it, then it will eventually lead to pollution of their mana core. So I'm not going to do such a stupid thing.
But I believe there are still so gravity mana particles left in it. I will test it tomorrow.
After gaining so clarity, I decided to check my status panel.
