"And I had an idea about where I want to open our headquarters. Queen Otohi has been going around in the Fishman island getting signatures of people, asking if they would like to move to the surface. And she has gotten 90 percent people to agree. She wanted to go to Mary Geoise to get permission from the World Governnt but the Ryugu Kingdom has been denied this ti.
"So, I say, I make another island a few miles away from Dawn island and give it to them. Fishman island will still be their territory, but the Golden Justice Army and the United Kingdoms of Seas will have their headquarters there. We will also have a good way to cross the Red Line then." He proposed.
His plan received a unanimous nod from everyone. Soon everyone left the hall except Kong and Roger. Kong couldn't see why Roger was still there but he didn't ask.
"You two, do you know anything about soone called by the na Im-sama?" He asked.
Both had confusing expressions on their faces which told Alexander enough.
"I preassud this much. Im-sama is soone even above the now 4 elders. My guess says he's the ruler of the world. He sits on that empty throne." He inford them.
This ti, only Roger was shocked and not Kong. "Do you know sothing, Kong?"
He nodded, "Yes, once in a eting, just before deciding what to do with the island of Ohara, one of them mistakenly said that 'We will inform you after asking' but then the other elders suddenly covered him and changed the topic. I was confused at that ti about whom they needed to ask. Now I know the answer."
"Hahaha... Old man, do you know what I sll from this Im-sama?" Roger started.
"What?" Alexander asked.
"Void Century." He blurted.
Everyone in the room nodded. Dobby soon spoke, "Why erase the hundred years of history when there was nothing to hide. Unless they wanted to keep the ruler of the world a secret and keep everyone thinking that they are living in a just and free world.
"Taking into account that nearly all the kings and queens and their families that joined together to form the 20 Kingdom Alliance were invited to live in Mary Geoise, leaving no way for them to threaten this Im-sama by revealing his identity in future."
"Yeah, you are right Dobby. Poseidon has been born. We just need to find the 2 other ancient weapons and read whatever is in the true One Piece." Alexander said. He had already tried to Accio them but nothing happened, so he was more interested in it now.
"Okay, let's get to work now. I gotta leave for the Germa Kingdom. They have been creating too much trouble for everyone. They even attacked a Kingdom under our protection in the East Blue." He got up to leave.
Kong stopped him, "There's a guy nad Vegapunk in Karakuri island. I recomnd you get him. The world governnt is after him and trying to recruit him. He is supposed to be the smartest man in the world. Though a good thing for us, he has a good moral compass."
Alexander appreciated his input, "Alright, I'll check up on him."

Alexander went straight to Karakuri island. It was an island in Paradise and Future Country Baldimore resided on it.
The country specializes in advanced technology, such as cyborgs and chanical structures. As such, it is hailed as the "Future Country" and the birthplace of the geniuses.
Alexander flew over the country and was srized by it. For the first ti, he felt like he was not in so backward world. There were lights everywhere and most of the people were wearing lab coats.
He went straight to the Marine base there and as per the standard procedure, those with heinous cris were sent to Sengoku in a priority air shipnt. The rest were given a ship to leave the island.
Inside the Marine office, he found many docunts related to Vegapunk. Apparently, the world governnt valued him so much that all his life's various projects, even the incomplete ones were considered mankind's Treasure and so the Marine was protecting it.
He also found the address of Vegapunk's lab and headed directly to it. It was inside one of the two tallest mountains on the island and for so strange reason, the mountain top had giant screws mounted on it.
He only saw 1 opening on the side of the mountain and entered it. He quickly received a welco from dozens of cha pointing their guns at him.
*INTRUDER INTRUDER INTRUD...*
The alarms started to ring loudly. ~Haha, interesting.~
He used wizard magic to quickly stop the robots. "Co out Vegapunk, I know you are seeing
through the caras."
With a loud sound, a wall slid open on the side. Alexander entered it and ca to a huge opening. There were so couches set up so he just went there and sat down.
Soon Vegapunk ca. He was a very tall elderly man with an easygoing air around him. Though the man was covered with tal enhancents all over his body.
"What can I do for the world's strongest being?" He greeted him with the question.
"Haha, you know, I'm sothing of a scientist myself. Since the World Governnt was after you, I thought, why don't I try it too?" Alexander answered.
"And? Are you going to kidnap ?" He asked.
"Why would I do that? I don't need your weapons or anything. I just want to keep you away from Marines so you don't make weapons for them." he blurted.
"But if I join the Marines, they will fund all my projects. Why should I go with you?" Vegapunk inquired.
"Seriously? Do you want to be on the losing side? Besides, I am much richer and better resource packed than the World Governnt. I also have a huge cache of Devil Fruits just lying there. I want you to research them.
"I have already found out how they work but I want you to find a way to extract devil fruit ability from soone." He explained.
Vegapunk was always interested in researching the Devil Fruits but getting a hold of them was really hard. It was also publicly known that Alexander had taken away all of the Devil Fruits that were in custody in the Marines, plus Alexander had already done the research.
"But I want funding for more projects. I want to make Cyborgs and robots." He demanded.
"Sure, that can be easily done. I can bring this whole mountain to the new location for you. I will also bring this island under my protection so the World Governnt will never be able to harm anyone here." He proposed.
Alexander knew that Vegapunk was caring towards his birthplace and helped people. Vegapunk was really happy with the deal. "Nice, so when are we leaving?"
"Right now, my right-hand man will co and shrink this mountain and set it up in the Goa Kingdom. anwhile, I want you to co with
to the Germa Kingdom. They are creating too much instability across the whole New World, not to ntion, he did experints on his own children by changing their Lineage Factor, sothing you and Vinsmoke discovered together." He told him.
Vegapunk sadly nodded, "His ambitions were too big and cruel for . I was just a man of science and he wanted to use science for war, which was the reason why I broke our partnership. I can't believe he was experinting with his own kids"
"And nearly succeeded, all his 4 out of 5 children were successfully enhanced. But the last one sadly went through hell." He then told him the story of Sanji while they locked up his lab.
*Sigh*
"Okay, how are we going?" He asked.
"We will Teleport. Now, I have two ways to do that. One is a magical way and the other is technological. Which do you want to see?" Alexander questioned.
Vegapunk got excited like a child seeing an ice cream truck. Achieving teleportation via technological ans was a huge feat.
"Of course I want to see the technological one." He exclaid.
Alexander took out anywhere door "Haha, okay. This door is called anywhere door. As the na suggests, you just need to think about where you want to go and open it. Though let
warn you, it can also take you to the edge of space and the center of the earth, and in both cases, you'll die as soon as you open the door. This is also sothing I want you to research. On how this works and try to replicate it."
"You an you don't know how to make it?" Vagapunk asked.
"No, nobody does. It was a gift I received from soone from a faraway place. This is the only Anywhere door in existence in the world." He answered.
Vagapunk gulped down the saliva in excitent, "Don't worry, I will be very gentle while studying it."
Alexander laughed at his act as they crossed the door. They soon ca to a wide-open concrete field.
