Ryu's gaze narrowed. He had entirely ignored the words of the Sky God that had spoken, but the mont he heard such rumbling, his head turned back imdiately. That was because he could sense the formations of Dream Mountain being undone one after another. However, this opening was unique in that it wasn't a complete dismantling. Rather, it was as though a winding path was being ford through it all, enough for just a single person to squeeze through at a ti, maybe two but only if their shoulders were practically glued together.
Slowly, a mighty aura strolled through the opened path. Although Ryu could feel them through other ans, his eyes couldn't find them at all. No matter how hard he looked, his gaze would always be distorted. It was different from the distortion of space and ti and definitely affected even his soul itself.
Soon, however, the aura manifested, walking out from the final barrier and appearing.
The first thing Ryu saw were the wings. They were simply far too large, stretching out an entire kiloter in two directions. One couldn't even see the normal size man at the center of it all. Quite frankly, Ryu had no idea how such a large pair of wings had made it through such a narrow passage to begin with, unless this man had only activated his Asura form right this mont.
His eyes were entirely red. There were no white, no pupils, no irises, no distinguishing characters in the slightest. It was like he had removed his normal eyes, replacing them with two flesh balls of red instead. It felt like one was looking at a true demon, even orbs of flas casually forming and dispersing around him from ti to ti.
His gaze shifted as he looked through the scene and suddenly landed on Ryu.
At that mont, Ryu felt as though his body had been plunged into an icy hell. His blood had been swapped with icy water and his heart beca encased in a box of steel. Every beat echoed hollowly.
Ryu's gaze narrowed. He had t quite a number of powerful experts in his ti, but this was definitely the most powerful individual to have chosen to bare their aura before him like this. Aika had never done so, and Asce had been nothing more than a projection. The Sky Gods of Sacrum were far easier to ignore, not to ntion far weaker.
But this existence right here both had the power and the will to pressure him.
Despite how his body was feeling, though, the expression on Ryu's face never changed, nor did he release the disciple of the Crimson Saber Sect that was in his hands. He looked up without a word, his expression cold and deadpan.
The man of the Dream Asura race scanned Ryu up and down without a word before he suddenly reached out a hand. A mighty suction force ca forward, lifting Ryu off of his feet instantly. But before he could begin making his way forward uncontrollably, another powerful force severed the tie.I think you should take a look at
The Dream Asura man frowned, looking off into the distance.
Without a sound, Aika stepped out from the void. She had been here for a long while, and could have even made it before Ryu if she had had the will. But what point would there have been in that? She was here to protect Ryu, so she had simply followed behind him.
She frowned as she looked at the man. She didn't seem very happy, but she also didn't seem murderous. She hadn't felt any ill intention from the man, though she had stopped him anyway. Ryu was obviously soone important to the Sect, so she couldn't just allow others to toy with his life like they wanted. In addition, she had to let them know that he had backing.
Originally, she had been curious about how Ryu would handle the situation, so she wasn't planning to act. She also didn't need to use very much effort to ensure that a Fragnted Sky God would never be able to kill Ryu in her presence. However, although she didn't feel threatened personally by this man, his power was already at the stage that if she was too reckless, Ryu would be the one to suffer for it. So rather than letting things get too out of hand, she decided to act ahead of ti this ti around.
The three Fragnted Sky Gods had long been immobilized in place by the red eyed man. They couldn't even move a single inch. And now that they were frozen between the two, the situation felt even worse for them.
Obviously, they hadn't co here with the intention of overpowering everyone they ca across. Rather, they had felt that there was no way re Fifth Heaven powers would dare to raise even a single finger against them.
But now, they had been insulted by a Dao Pedestal Realm expert, and were also suddenly in the line of sight of two powerhouses, easily four Sky God Realms beyond them. Obviously, they chose to remain silent while they imdiately called for help.
"It's fine," Ryu suddenly said. He looked up and smiled at Aika lightly. "Thank you for coming. I'll be back."
He took a step forward and appeared to the side of the red eyed man. Standing in the heavens on his great swordstaff, he didn't look like he had an ounce of fear in him.
The Dream Asura man didn't say anything and simply looked at Aika one more ti. His wings seed to shroud the heavens as he vanished into the route that he had created. Ryu followed after, urging his great swordstaff forward.
Aika didn't hold Ryu back since he had already said so much. He wasn't sure what this Dream Asura Race wanted to accomplish. Although they had dealt with this situation, this was only the beginning. In fact, one would be hard pressed to call this situation "dealt with" at all. Instead, they had just delayed what seed to be the inevitable.
