Yang Feng's words piqued Lin Fan's interest a bit.
He curiously asked, "Tell
about this Third Master Jin, what kind of person is he?"
"Alright!"
Yang Feng didn't hesitate and took a breath, saying, "This Third Master Jin's real na is Jin Yang, he is a confidant of the Chen Family's Patriarch. Back in the day, the Chen Family started out through the underworld, and later turned legitimate. During the Chen Family's attempt to legitimize, there was an incident involving a traitor, and that traitor was Third Master Jin."
"It's said that Third Master Jin secretly embezzled money from the group and was eventually kicked out by the Chen Family, having no connection with them ever since. This incident stirred quite a commotion in Yanjing, with many saying that the Chen Family was ungrateful!"

We've apprehended Third Master Jin many tis over the years, but his underlings always take the fall for him. After interrogating him to no avail, we end up having to release him after a few days."
"Our people have been watching Third Master Jin closely, but he is extrely cautious, making it difficult for us to capture him!"
Yang Feng spoke gravely, recounting the events to Lin Fan.
After hearing all this, Lin Fan's face showed a hint of intrigue. He had to admit, the Chen Family and Third Master Jin were indeed shrewd, and most importantly, they had a group of loyal followers. If their subordinates turned against them, they wouldn't be living so comfortably.
"Quite an interesting figure. Let's go et him!" Lin Fan chuckled lightly.
"You're going to see Third Master Jin?" Yang Feng asked, surprised.
"Such an intriguing character, of course, I have to see him!" Lin Fan smirked, his face full of mischief.
Yang Feng pondered for a mont. Knowing Lin Fan's rich experience and cunning tactics, he thought maybe Lin Fan could indeed catch Third Master Jin off guard, so he said, "Alright, I'll first find out where Third Master Jin is now!"
While speaking, Yang Feng took out his phone and dialed a number, conversed briefly, then turned to Lin Fan, "Third Master Jin is over by Houhai!"
"Houhai? Let's go check it out!" Lin Fan chuckled lightly.
Yang Feng then instructed the soldier in uniform who was driving to leave, and he took the wheel, driving towards Houhai himself!
Upon arriving at Houhai, Yang Feng made his way effortlessly to a bustling nightlife street!
The street was lined with bars and snack stalls; it was nine o'clock at night, the busiest ti in Houhai!
After Lin Fan and Yang Feng arrived, they got out of the car, and soon, a young man in black clothes threaded through the crowd and stood in front of Yang Feng.
"Minister Yang!" the young man greeted respectfully.
Yang Feng nodded, introducing, "This is Major General Lin."
"Hello, Major General Lin!" The young man respectfully greeted Lin Fan.
"Thank you for your hard work!" Lin Fan replied with a polite smile.
The young man smiled widely, showing a set of white teeth with a naive look.
"What's the situation now?" Yang Feng queried.
"Third Master Jin is currently at Chaoyang Restaurant, no unusual activity so far," the young man replied.
"Alright! We'll head over to take a look, you continue with your task!" Yang Feng instructed.
"Understood!" The young man nodded.
As the young man was about to turn into the crowd, Lin Fan suddenly said, "In half an hour, please report a group brawl incident here."
"Hmm?" The young man was puzzled, not understanding Lin Fan's intent.
However, Lin Fan provided no explanation and instead walked into the crowd.
"Do as Major General Lin says!" Yang Feng barked at the young man, then quickly caught up to Lin Fan, entering the crowd as well.
Before long, the two arrived at Chaoyang Restaurant, located at the end of Houhai. Although it wasn't very large, it was a three-story building with loft-style décor, appearing quite luxurious.
Houhai was bustling with people, including many gangsters. So, the restaurant founded by Third Master Jin naturally attracted many patrons and gangsters who ca just to catch a glimpse of him, making it very popular!
"Let's go in and have a taste!" Lin Fan smiled softly, stepping inside.
Yang Feng had no idea what Lin Fan was up to, so he cautiously followed closely.
At the entrance stood a hostess in a cheongsam, the skirt very short, revealing two white legs, and the neckline very low; a slight bow offered a view of delightful scenery.
"This hostess is not bad, quite charming!" Lin Fan chuckled, deliberately giving the hostess a few flirtatious glances, behaving like a complete rogue.
The hostess cast Lin Fan a sidelong glance in disdain, but Lin Fan felt no sha and even wolf-whistled teasingly.
Watching this scene unfold, Yang Feng felt a complete sense of embarrassnt. He regretted coming here with Lin Fan as it looked like two rogue hooligans, with Lin Fan as the boss and himself a re sidekick.
"I hope this deity doesn't go too far," Yang Feng prayed silently.
Had Lin Fan known Yang Feng's thoughts, he would have told Yang Feng without hesitation that only by going overboard could he lure out the old fox that was Third Master Jin!
Soon, Lin Fan and Yang Feng walked into the restaurant, and the waiter quickly ca up with a smile, asking, "Guests, how many?"
"Are you blind? Can't you see there are two of us?" Lin Fan barked arrogantly, exuding a formidable presence.
If this guy didn't beco a gangster, it would be a waste... alright, actually, in the Dark Realm, Lin Fan was just a gangster, albeit operating on an international scale!
Lin Fan's loud voice caused the bustling restaurant to quieten down slightly, drawing everyone's eyes to him and making him the center of attention!
