Chapter 716: The First New Year’s Eve They Spent Together 1
Su Qianxun suddenly realized that she had run out in a hurry and had left the chopsticks upstairs.
“Wait just a minute. I’m going back to grab a pair of chopsticks. If not, you won’t be able to taste them.”
“No need. Just feed by hand.” Long Sijue stared at these dumplings with complicated emotions inside him. He asked, “Did you make these on your own?”
“I made them with Aunt Zhang. These are... my handiwork,” Su Qianxun said awkwardly.
Even though she clearly knew that he might not co to taste the dumplings she made, she still could not help but make so and put them aside just in case.
Long Sijue felt warmth in his chest. ‘So, she made these dumplings just for ?’
He was glad that he had found an excuse to co see her.
If he did not co, she would surely be very disappointed.
“Feed ,” Long Sijue fixed his eyes on her and ordered.
Su Qianxun felt embarrassed under his gaze. She was secretly angry at herself for being loose-mouthed. She should not have told him about the dumplings.
She put down a plate of vinegar. She had just washed her hands so they were clean. Su Qianxun picked up a dumpling, dipped it into the vinegar and sent the dumpling to his lips.
Long Sijue’s lips parted and he took the dumpling into his mouth. He also bit her fingertips playfully. Su Qianxun only sensed a slight pain on her fingers. The sensation was soon followed by tingling numbness. It spread from her fingers to all over her body. She withdrew her hand sharply.
Seeing her blush, the look in Long Sijue’s eyes darkened with desire. He chewed the dumpling in his mouth slowly. The dumpling skin was thin but chewy. The filling was flavorful. He thought that it was the tastiest dumpling he had ever eaten.
“How’s the taste? Is it okay? I don’t know what kind of filling you like, so I included all types of fillings,” Su Qianxun stared at him nervously as she explained. She was afraid that he would not like it.
Long Sijue remained silent for a mont.
“Feed another one!” Long Sijue did not answer her question. Instead, he expressed his opinion through his request.
Su Qianxun fed him another dumpling. This ti, she watched him eat. She suddenly noticed that Long Sijue ate very slowly. As he chewed, his Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. He appeared particularly s*xy.
She rely felt thirst in her mouth and throat. She quickly averted her gaze and no longer dared to take another look. She was afraid that if she kept looking at him, she would not be able to keep herself from lunging at him.
Long Sijue stared at the look on the young woman’s face. The corners of his lips curved up slightly. He told her to keep feeding him.
Just like that, she fed him one dumpling after another. Seeing that he had finished half of the dumplings in the thermo flask, Su Qianxun asked, “Should we leave so for tomorrow?”
“I’m not full, yet!”
Su Qianxun was astounded.
She had cooked the amount for at least two people. He was going to finish them by himself? ‘Wouldn’t he beco bloated?’
But under his expectant gaze, she continued feeding him. In the end, he had seriously finished the entire flask of dumplings.
Su Qianxun genuinely thought that Long Sijue’s stomach was the strangest thing on earth. He often ate as much as a cat did, but occasionally he could gobble down lots of food.
It was simply unimaginable.
After she fed him all the dumplings, Su Qianxun looked out the window and realized that they had arrived at the harbour. There was a cruise ship at the harbour. It was decked with lights.
“Young master, what are we doing here?” Su Qianxun asked.
“Celebrating the new year,” Long Sijue said and pulled her out of the vehicle.
Once she got out of the car, Su Qianxun raised her head to look at the grand cruise, while Long Sijue turned to gaze at her intently. This year marked the first New year’s eve he would spend with her.
