Laozi turned to Erlang Shen and said, "Yang Jian, how can you say such things? Don't forget, you are a celestial being of the Heavenly Court. The Jade Emperor is the mightiest among us."
As the battle raged on, the Jade Emperor began to feel exhaustion creeping in.
He never expected Ye Tian to be this powerful. The longer they fought, the more evident it beca that he was at a disadvantage. He wanted to stop, but Ye Tian had no intention of letting him off.
"You want to show rcy? Forget it! I will prove once and for all who is stronger!"
They clashed again, and the Jade Emperor finally realized—he wasn't Ye Tian's match. Raising a hand, he declared, "I'm getting old… My stamina is failing . Do you really intend to bully an old man?"
"Seriously?"
Ye Tian was speechless. With a sigh, he finally stepped back. "Fine. Since you admit to being an old man, I won't continue."
If the Jade Emperor himself claid to be old and frail, then continuing the fight would make Ye Tian look bad.
Hearing this, the Jade Emperor let out a sigh of relief.
Houyi marveled at Ye Tian's strength. "Ye Tian, you're incredible! What do we do now?"
"We leave, of course."
"But if we leave, who will lift the mory seal in my mind?"
