On closer thought, it made sense. Ninjas from the Hidden Cloud Village were all big and burly, with rough appearances.
anwhile, the environnt of the Hidden Sand Village made it rare for truly handso n to erge.
Other villages had their own issues as well, making handso n less common.
Moreover, those who weren't particularly good-looking needed to have charm or sufficient strength to make the list.
Comparatively, Konoha had the upper hand.
As ti passed, ninja after ninja made it onto the Handso n List. Although many were dissatisfied with their rankings, no matter how much they complained, they couldn't change the results.
