The Balrog Fla Demon, with its horns already severed, let out an unwilling roar. In the next mont, the war angel flying in the sky threw down a spear, piercing its chest. The top-level Great Demon of the Abyss, full of rage, hurled its broken beheading sword.
Unfortunately, this was just a dying struggle; the thrown broken beheading sword was deflected by another dragon rider flying in the sky.
At the sa ti, on the ground battlefield, a Forbidden Army soldier clad in armor leaped up, slashing at the Balrog Fla Demon whose chains of fire had already extinguished, with a great sword bursting with lightning.
The Great Demon, already at its last gasp, had no strength to resist, only gazing with extre unwillingness and anger as its head was chopped off, and its mountain-like broken body collapsed with a crash, sending dust and rubble flying hundreds of ters.
Amidst the dust, the sound of unwilling roars still resounded until the Forbidden Army soldier who beheaded it thrust the Thunder Greatsword into its skull, silencing the Great Demon. Even so, its vitality lingered.
"It's over!"
The Golden Forbidden Army, already the focal point of the battlefield, gently rotated the hilt of the Thunder Greatsword. When the thunder exploded, the Great Demon, full of unwillingness, finally had its last vestiges of life snuffed out, cutting off any hope of resurrection.
This Balrog Fla Demon was the last demon on the battlefield to resist tenaciously, as the rest of the demons had already been eradicated by the Dragon-Man battle group.
Although demons, due to their chaotic nature, often slaughter each other before even seeing the enemy, resolving most conflicts themselves, on truly severe battlefields, demons can fight to the very last one, until they are all annihilated.
But it is precisely because of this limitation in shortcomings that demons only pose a threat to the Material World. Otherwise, who knows how many planes would have been conquered and plunged into the Abyss, causing even Heaven to fear.
"Ti to feast!"
The Forbidden Army soldier, having completed the final beheading, removed his helt and took out a horn, blowing it. Instantly, five Black Devouring Dragons appeared in the sky.
Compared to when they were just born, only six ters long, these five dragons now have bodies exceeding twenty ters in length. Although still elongated, they no longer appear slim and have a more robust impression.
After these Black Devouring Dragons appeared, they unanimously locked onto the highest-level demon corpses on the battlefield, pouncing directly without caring about the residual activity in the demon corpses, tearing into each of them competitively, afraid to miss a morsel of flesh.
To beings of the Material Realm, the Balrog Fla Demon's carcass, hazardous due to its poison and even a threat to low-level demons, is nothing more than food for these five Black Devouring Dragons.
After swallowing the demon flesh imbued with high heat, stronger than even magma, the bodies of these five Black Corrosion Dragons began to grow slowly at a visible pace.
Furthermore, as they ate, almost imperceptible golden patterns on their black scales began to flicker, shimring as if breathing, alternately brightening and dimming.
As the golden patterns sparkled, the tightly fitting black scales on their bodies slightly raised, creating gaps between them from which extrely tiny particles, invisible to the naked human eye, were released.
However, because the released quantity was so vast, it ford a purple-black fog. As these five Black Corrosion Dragons continued to feast, the black fog beca denser, causing even the Forbidden Army soldier who summoned them to retreat a few steps.
Although His Majesty the Holy Dragon stated that the Devouring Demon Fog released by these five Black Devouring Dragons poses no harm to non-demon species, the foreboding atmosphere of this fog inherently triggers a life instinct alarm, and the Forbidden Army is no exception.
As the purple-black fog spread, it eventually touched demon corpse remnants other than those being devoured by the Black Devouring Dragons.
It was the remains of a Frenzy Demon, left after being torn apart. Initially, when engulfed by the Devouring Demon Fog, there were no anomalies.
But within monts, under the Frenzy Demon's flesh, strange movents occurred. The lifeless flesh squird, with large abnormal bulges rising and falling repeatedly.
Even though witnessing such anomalies was no longer a first for them, dragon-man warriors nearby, along with angels flying in the sky, instinctively distanced themselves.
Though the entity being birthed posed no threat or hostile behavior towards them, the scene, no matter how often seen, was always rife with bio-horror elents.

There was no prolonged buildup; accompanied by the sound of fabric tearing, a black snake, less than two ters long, erged from the Frenzy Demon's carcass.
In its imdiate monts after birth, the black snake opened its small, bloody mouth, starting to tear into the already shrunken demon carcass.
As it gnashed with its maw, the black snake began to grow visibly, with two flesh bumps forming quickly on either side of its spine, soon ruptured by a strong pair of bone wings that tore through the scale mbrane and spread outward, with flesh rapidly covering them, granting the black snake the ability to fly.
At this mont, the body length of the Black Scale Winged Snake remained under three ters, but its exhibited greed and feeding speed were indeed astonishing.
