"What's going on?"

Seeing that his father was still in a slumbering state, the deep vigilance and alertness appeared in Iliad's eyes as he began to search and gaze around, looking for any potential danger.

According to his understanding, his father was different from the majority of the Dragon Clan. Even while asleep, when threatened, the Dragon Beard would autonomously react to counter any attack, but only under threat. In normal circumstances, it would remain still to minimize consumption.

But now, he couldn't see any threat, and yet his father's dragon body started moving. This was sowhat illogical and inconsistent with previous situations.

Just as Iliad was on high alert, Noah's body, peeking out from the Heavenly Temple, did not stop, and more of the enormous dragon body erged from the temple. Before long, the magnificent dragon wings spread over the temple, nearly enveloping everything beneath their canopy.

"Father!"

Even the slowest person could sense the oddity, and the monarchs of various vassal states who ca to worship and offer sacrifices were wide-eyed, watching this supre existence in the Dragon Realm, maintaining a sleeping posture as if sleepwalking, spread its wings and, dragging its andering body, soared toward the peak of the Sky Do.

In the Dragon Realm, Noah, favored by the World Will and nourished by Source Energy, was the true sovereign, a unique existence. Hence, even if Noah's mind and consciousness entered slumber, his dragon body remained an unstoppable presence.

No one could impede Noah's dragon body's movents. In the sacrificial arena where leaders of nearly a hundred Material World's forces and the rulers of myriad nations gathered, tens of thousands of notable monarchs or ministers, commanders and generals stared wide-eyed as the holy and supre Holy Dragon Your Majesty flew toward the sun.

What does the Holy Dragon Your Majesty intend to do?

This was the greatest and most prevalent question that arose in the minds of the beings who witnessed all this firsthand at that mont.

They didn't understand what this seemingly slumbering supre existence intended to do. Even his offspring did not know his purpose.

From his state, it seed his father's consciousness had fallen into slumber, and now his instincts governed his body.

So, what does a being attempting to ascend to beco a Dragon King need most?

The answer soon revealed itself, for as the Golden Holy Dragon flew to the highest reaches of the sky, its dragon jaws opened wide toward the sun, making a devouring gesture.

This scene was utterly laughable in terms of size, as a creature just a few hundred ters long absurdly attempted to devour the sun. Yet, those witnessing it couldn't bring themselves to laugh, for the light of the sun genuinely began to gradually dim.

A pitch-black dragon-shaped shadow was spreading and expanding over the sun. Any being in the Dragon Realm, from any place, could look up and see the sun being eroded and dimming.

This scene was as if the apocalypse was descending, the end tis were near. Yet, the dragon-n, long eroded by Noah's Dragonization Domain, beheld the unprecedented impression in the sky with no trace of panic or fear in their hearts, but rather a sense of unprecedented tranquility.

Because every dragon-man citizen looking up at the sky clearly felt that it was their revered Holy Dragon Your Majesty devouring the sun.

Thus, naturally, there was nothing to fear. It was just the loss of the sun, nothing compared to Noah Your Majesty's eternal existence.

Moreover, with Noah Your Majesty's benevolence and rcy, how could he possibly let them endure the pain of losing the sun?

"Your Majesty, is swallowing the sun?"

The majesty from the Holy Dragon had already disappeared or faded to a negligible degree. When the dragon-n who stood up from their prostrate positions looked up at the sky, they witnessed an enormously shocking sight.

"It's truly unbelievable!"

"Can such a thing really be done?"

This absolutely surpassed anything conceivable by beings of the Material Realm. Even God Sealers who possessed ascendancy qualifications and demigods who inherited part of divine power were baffled by such a phenonon.

That was the sun, after all, how could it be devoured like food? It was the source of the True God's faith and power!

Yet now, under the watchful eyes of billions, a dragon was indeed consuming the sun bit by bit, swallowing it gradually. As the world slowly plunged into darkness, the Sun-devouring Dragon itself began to shine ever brighter.

In the end, once the sun's radiance completely faded and terrestrial beings could no longer see that familiar celestial body, the Golden Holy Dragon, spanning the Sky Do, continued to soar and hover at the do's heights, emitting an unprecedented light.

The world did not enter a dark age because of the sun's disappearance. The sky rely dimd slightly. As that Sun-devouring Dragon radiated light, everything that had just been taken was restored again, seemingly without any difference at all, only that the source of the release had shifted, from an unconscious celestial body to a self-aware individual.

Soon, as the great dragon soared at the highest point of the Sky Do, it coiled at one spot and truly transford into a Holy Dragon Sun, beginning to fulfill the sun's duties, illuminating all on earth.

"Father, has actually devoured the sun?"

Though daylight remained, the three siblings could distinctly perceive the anomaly in the light. However, no one cared about such things at the mont, as they were still shaken by their father swallowing the sun, sothing they were entirely unprepared for.

Even the three sibling heirs were in such a state; how could the other dragon-n be any better? They were all dumbstruck.

Although so extrely fanatic dragon-n once chanted slogans, preferring to lose the sun rather than the Holy Dragon Your Majesty, witnessing the Holy Dragon truly devour a sun was an entirely different matter.

What kind of imnse capacity was this? And how terrifying a power, to even be capable of devouring the sun.

However, those of a truly higher tier who noticed and understood the fearso aspect could realize the more shocking part.

That from beginning to end, the World Will made no response to this, and even the sun itself quietly accepted its fate of being consud.

In the end, the dragon that devoured the sun naturally transford into the sun, following the sun's trajectory, moving along the celestial track as it had before.

The information conveyed here was truly fearso, indicating that the World Will was lenient and indulgent to this dragon to the extent it allowed it to devour the sun, becoming an irreplaceable and most crucial part of the world's operational order.

However, the true perpetrator of all this was unaware or rather, his consciousness was uninford of it.

Because after devouring the Ascension King Fruit, Noah once again ceded everything to his body's instincts, sinking his consciousness back into the Sea of Roots to comprehend the splendid and enchanting beauty of the Root Rules.

Of course, he wasn't entirely devoid of sensation. Noah could still sense that his body seed to have swallowed sothing incredibly significant.

Yet, Noah didn't mind. As a ruler of dozens of planes, the Golden Dragon Emperor, any precious offering his favored ones made during his slumber was quite normal, neither unexpected nor peculiar.

"Hiss~ What's this about?"

Noah quickly sensed sothing was amiss, realizing the entity he swallowed granted him infinite power and even endless support.

Especially when he comprehended the Root Rules related to the sun, all related rules were entirely unreserved, opening themselves to him, actively flinging themselves upon him, so fervent that even Noah found himself a bit at a loss.
