"Uncle!"

The man, dressed in a robe, exuding an elegant and noble aura as if he were the ruler of the night, slightly bowed his body. Every move he made seed to carry an indescribable allure and an ultimate sense of beauty, capturing the heart instantly.

It must be said that this grandnephew, ever since undergoing the bloodline transformation ceremony, had gradually integrated and mastered the essence of the Evernight Duke, both in species and rank, with an astonishing level of charm.

Only in front of Noah could this Evernight Duke freely display his charm without worrying about causing any anomalies.

If he appeared in the Mortal Realm, even without doing anything, his charm alone could stir a city-wide unrest.

When charm reaches a certain level, for creatures lacking willpower, it’s akin to a deadly poison, wiping away intelligence, compelling them to engage in all sorts of unresistable, unbelievable senseless actions.

Just like Wayne at this mont, not to ntion mortals, even Legends found it hard to resist his charm. It’s worth ntioning that this allure transcended gender, and could even cross races.

However, charm is just one extraordinary characteristic possessed by the Evernight Duke. The truly terrifying aspect of the Evernight Duke is that, as the pinnacle existence of the Blood Clan, he could create many ranks of blood clans at will, according to his will.

The cost is rely consuming so power, which can be replenished by drinking enough fresh blood. Therefore, to so extent, the Blood Clan Duke can endlessly create blood clans, almost without limitations.

A single person can create a whole race.

"I called you over just to inquire about the situation, not to hold anyone accountable."

Noah, seeing this grandnephew whose stature and deanor left no room for criticism, hesitated for a mont. Although this grandnephew was becoming increasingly respectful, Noah found this nephew to be more and more unfamiliar, vastly different from the image in his mories.

"Do you want to inquire about the Elven Capital Sainfeiren?"

"That’s right, Parvati has already contacted . She wants to have a chat with you!"

Noah lightly exhaled a breath of Dragon Fla, finding it sowhat absurd that these two half-sibling cousins hadn’t established any solid ans of communication over the years, requiring him, who had no blood relation, to act as a bridge and provide a platform for dialogue.

Of course, Noah also understood Parvati’s feelings, for at this mont, blood chaos was rampant in the Elf Court.

The fallen-turned blood clans were lurking in every city and tier of the elves, utilizing their forr positions and power to stir trouble.

Logically speaking, for an enduring race like the elves to fall and beco blood clans is indeed absurd. No matter how one looks at it, it’s not a profitable deal. Only those short-lived human nobles would fall to the temptation of longevity and beco undead.

Yet such incredibly absurd and seemingly unreasonable events indeed occurred, with large-scale transformations into blood clans by fallen elves running rampant in the Elf Court and treating their original kin as food.

This matter naturally infuriated Parvati, the supre ruler of the Elf Court, to the point of anger, because the blood clans transford into fallen elves were primarily composed of the middle and lower elves she used to greatly support.

This gave the natural demigod a feeling of betrayal, and even though pondering over the reasons might seem understandable, every individual has their own stance.

Elves are indeed a longevity species, but the definition of longevity species is vague and generalized. To humans, a short-lived species with a lifeti of no more than a century, a Wood Elf living four hundred years is considered a longevity species.

Yet, the Golden Dragon, with a natural lifespan of over six thousand years, is also a longevity species. What’s the gap between the Golden Dragon and Wood Elf?

The sa logic applies within the Elf Clan. High Elves and Low Elves may both be elves, but their essence of life differs, and therefore, High Elves naturally look down on Low Elves, viewing them as servants and expendables.

In the human race, even the re difference in wealth allows so to regard those human beings without a penny, without a dwelling place, as ants.

All the more so in the Elf Clan, where those High Elves, possessed of higher life essence and naturally five tis the lifespan of the lower-class civilian elves, truly stand above in every aspect.

Arrogance, conceit, contempt, disdain — such emotions naturally arise with the disparity in bloodlines. Only etiquette can disguise it sowhat, but it cannot change its essence.

This is inherent inequality, and Low Elves often must accept this inequality, with no choice, for they were born Low Elves.

However, when the long-suppressed anger and resentnt et a chance for change, they will be released in an instant, becoming a disaster sweeping the Elf Court.

Although after Parvati took command of the Elf Court, she proposed several reforms, including but not limited to offering more positions and promotions for the middle and lower elves.

Nevertheless, the various reform policies which Parvati painstakingly devised didn’t reach the majority of the middle and lower classes, and the standard of living for most elves remained unchanged from before.
