Now is not the ti to argue over who holds the power; the main issue is the real shortage of administrative officials capable of handling matters independently. One or two temporary appointnts could be made, but it’s impossible to appoint a whole group temporarily.

Therefore, to prevent mistakes and maintain the current vigorous developnt of Holy Dragon Land, the three siblings can only join forces.

However, given the current size of Holy Dragon Land, this is indeed quite challenging for the siblings, especially when all the Fairies are incapacitated. Without this burden, they would have been much more at ease.

"Unrest in the Valley of Flas! Collective rebellion of the Underground Dark Clan?"

Yet, less than half a year after the collective governance by the Three Holy Sons, a great turmoil erged. After being pacified, the long-stable Valley of Flas showed anomalies.

Of course, the Dark Clans causing the disturbance weren’t invading the surface while the Holy Dragon slept. Though long suppressed, and needing even to apply to step on the surface for tribute purposes, they gained certain insights into the developnt of Holy Dragon Land, but this alone deterred them from attacking the surface.

These lackluster fellows simply took advantage of the Valley of Flas Governor’s withdrawal, during a mont of lax defense, to escape as a clan deeper underground.

In the perception of these Dark Clans, Holy Dragon Land’s exploitation and oppression were far too severe to endure. Under generations of relentless exploitation with no hope or prospect, many Dark Clans developed thoughts of rebellion and escape.

The Dragon Elves previously suppressed them, but now, with the Governor and many Dragon Elves above the Valley of Flas all displaced, the Dark Clans seized the opportunity to collectively revolt.

Though this collective rebellion did not cause any actual negative impact on Holy Dragon Land, since they dared not set foot on the surface, politically, it left the three ruling Holy Sons embarrassed.

The kind and gentle Iliad believed there was no need to pursue the matter, as the rebellious Dark Clans hadn’t taken any egregious actions.

They rely left a specific area governed by Holy Dragon Land, located within the Dark Territory. Though they destructively exploited quite a few resource points during their departure, these are trivial matters, not warranting a large-scale mobilization.

The cost of pursuit is truly exorbitant; with the Dark Territory’s complex environnt, there are too many uncertainties. Comparatively, even if the pursuit succeeded, the gains would be negligible.

"What do you an by let it go? This is rebellion, a betrayal. They had pledged loyalty and tribute to Father annually; now they’ve broken the contract and chosen to flee, which is a contempt of Father’s authority. They must pay the price for this."

Iliad’s voice was full of power, sonorous and resounding.

He couldn’t tolerate his brother’s softness in external matters, though this is an internal affair, causing considerable external ill effects,

"If even such rebellion goes unpunished, it equals publicly announcing that betrayal carries no cost."

"I’m not opposed to the pursuit; it’s just that now our strength is insufficient. Delving into the Dark Territory to pursue these rebellious clans is exceedingly dangerous."

"If you think it’s dangerous, you can opt out. I alone leading is enough, but I need to borrow two battle groups Father established."

"If you can persuade the Legion Leader to assist you, then I’ll agree."

Looking at his brother’s expression, Iliad had to relent.

The brothers were highly familiar with each other and had developed a compromise art that suited them.

Given the invitation from the Holy Dragon Descendant to convene, even the two not yet completely reorganized battle groups readily agreed, thus initiating the war against the Dark Territory in the eighth year of Noah’s slumber.

Upon stepping out from Holy Dragon Land’s actual control area in the Dark Territory, Terramus, the Holy Dragon second son commanding the legion, issued a command for annihilation.

Destroy all Dark Clan ard forces encountered underground, depriving them of any capacity to resist or harm legion soldiers.

This was a cruel order, appearing exceedingly brutal if on the surface, yet it perfectly aligned with the atmosphere of the Underground Region.

Supported by legion soldiers, once underground, Terramus gained victory after victory, virtually sweeping through.

However, in the nurous constraints of the complex underground environnt, Terramus didn’t entirely rely on the battle groups ford by his father.

Although legion soldiers were indeed fierce, singly capable of exterminating a small Dark Clan with advanced weaponry, their size posed a challenge.

What truly enabled this Holy Dragon Descendant to dare pursue deeper underground was his own chanical undead legion he carried, publicly known as the chanical army.

This chanical undead, entirely capable of hiding and jumping in shadows, thrived in such an environnt as the Dark Territory, releasing far greater murderous capability than on the surface.

When Terramus led the legion deeper into the Dark Territory, the encountered enemies and challenges beca increasingly complex.

At that point, this Holy Dragon Descendant no longer concealed his chanical army. This terrifying force born from combining undead forbidden techniques with Goblin chanical Engineering erupted, exhibiting a fearso killing prowess that terrified all beings.

Unafraid of injury, fearless of death, tireless, pain-free, and without fear, facing such a legion, the cold-blooded nature of the Dark Clans forged in harsh environnts showed no effect when confronting undead.

Under such slaughter, Terramus gradually gained the title of chanical Warlord in the Dark Hell!

He ruled the chanical army, executing a bloody repression and massacre in the Dark Territory as the War Commander.

As Terramus’s fa soared underground, so ignorant believed him to rely be a cowardly magician adept at controlling chanical puppets.

However, any such mistaken attempt at decapitation would result in encountering the most terrifying fate imaginable.

He is, after all, a Golden Dragon mastering the path of the Death God, holding in hand a forbidden book derived from necromancy, ensuring none who fell to him would rest in peace.

"Unexpectedly, the purest Dragon clan bloodline, with outward appearance most similar to mine, harbors such rampant slaughter!"

Still in a state of transformation, Noah coiled among the Golden Tree canopy, noticing the turmoil below and peering down, witnessing his descendant’s dreadful slaughter spectacle.

This is massacre; faced with beings of the Dark Hell, neither n, won, old nor young were spared by this second son. Even encountering races such as the gray-eared Ehn with high value, he chose slaughter.

Because upon killing his enemies, he would use Undead Magic to reawaken them, forcing their conversion into subservient undead servants.

"How is this a chanical Commander when he’s clearly an Undead Monarch."

Witnessing his son’s adept reanimation of a horde of Dwarf zombies, Noah couldn’t help but snark.

His descendant’s style utterly changed underground. On the surface, he’d pretend, maintaining the grand and upright image of a Golden Dragon.

Underground, Terramus completely exposed his true nature. Judging from his words and actions, he’s an exceptional Undead Sovereign, even more proficient than an Undead Monarch.

Snorting at his son, Noah plucked a violet-hued fruit from between the foliage, tossing it into his mouth. However, as this Ancestral Golden Dragon swallowed the fruit, absorbing the contained power, gaining this Word Spirit, learning its na and function, his expression turned peculiar,
