The questioning mage glanced upwards again while speaking, at the position where this panic-stricken and horrified halfling had appeared.
Logically, without permission, even a legendary mage wouldn’t so easily appear in the sky above Mage City using teleportation magic.
"I am Vig the halfling from the Helan Continent, I am the envoy of Lord Angelis, the Golden Dragon Dawn Guardian, and I wish to et the current family head of the Augustus family, Lord Casius!"
Wrapped securely by the atmospheric hand, halfling Vig quickly replied.
