"It actually takes ten years, that’s way too long!"

Noah was shocked after a deep conversation with the Angel that led to calculating the gestation period of his child.

"Ten years? Not long!"

Unlike the intense reaction of the Golden Dragon, Ophelia appeared much calr because, in her perception of ti, ten years was nothing.

Although the incubation period seed quite absurd for a life, given the identities of the parents, it seed quite reasonable.

After the initial shock, Noah also accepted this fact, though the wait was unbearably long for him.

To kill ti, Noah chose to join the Angel’s salvation war, fighting alongside the Undying he initially encountered.

However, this long, seemingly endless war, instead of saving the world, seed more about rallying the world’s last surviving races.

Even Noah, who leaned toward the Angels, had to admit after experiencing several wars that this was a world destined to fall.

The only thing they could do was save as many local creatures as possible. The Floating City, called the Savior Ark by the Angels, had the function of sheltering various species, with the secret realms resembling gardens opened for this purpose.

However, unlike the local beings who had accepted the impending destruction of their world, and Noah, who later joined and recognized the reality,

Ophelia, the main commander of the legion, refused to accept this fact. In her view, the world could still be saved, letting it fall completely and slide into the Abyss would be her dereliction of duty, her failure.

Her first ti as the commander on this battlefield, she could only bring about such a result, which she could not accept. Unfortunately, such a grand situation was not sothing the will of a re Six-winged Angel could change.

Rumbling——

The Abyss Lord, with two heads, resembling a baboon, topped the dim sky, stepping on the shattered earth, with floating dust only swirling around its waist.

This Abyss Lord, grotesquely large and terrifying, observed the only shining light in the shattered world, encapsulating the Floating City with endless malice, even turning into physical demons continually attacking the city’s defenses.

"This world is dood!"

Noah too stayed honestly within the Angel’s Savior Ark, watching the Abyss Lord’s nacing figure outside the city, seeing thunder striking down on the Lord’s head, not even breaking through the outer layer of crimson Spirit Light, he couldn’t help but sigh.

The Abyss Lord’s incarnation wanting to enter the Material Realm paid a price not less than the Divine, the only strength was that the power it consud for realm invasion was replenished by the Abyss Will.

Under normal circumstances, the incarnations of both Abyss and Hell Lords couldn’t persist in the Material Realm, needing to consu imnse power every mont to maintain their presence.

But now, the Lord’s incarnation outside could move freely, the Material Realm’s suppression was nonexistent, likely soon its true body could descend.

"The Sacred Heart Furnace is operating well!"

"Activate the Anger of the Embracer!"

"Activate the Eternal Barrier!"

The Savior Ark initiated its entire defense system, causing the Abyss Lord’s incarnation to stare at it for a long ti. Ultimately, this Lord couldn’t resist the influence of the Abyss Will, launching an attack on the unbreakable city.

Boom! Boom!

Each strike from the Abyss Lord was like a teor falling, yet each attack only created ripples on the outer defenses of the Ark. anwhile, with its continuous assault, the golden Holy Images within the city began to awaken gradually.

Hua~

A Golden Angel wielding swords in both hands was resurrected. Though less than twenty ters tall, at resurrection, its golden eyes imdiately gazed at the Abyss Lord, who was like a berserk mindless beast constantly assaulting the Floating City’s defenses.

The Golden Angel, swords in hand, vanished from its original spot. When it reappeared, it was beside the Two-headed Baboon Lord, and though this frenzied thinking Lord was slow-witted, its body instinctively reacted, with the snake tail behind aiming to bite the angel.

The sword in the Golden Angel’s hand glead, slicing through the dim clouds hovering over the shattered earth for countless years, cutting off the snake tail of the Abyss Lord.

Roar~

The intense pain finally restored part of the Abyss Lord’s thoughts. It roared angrily at the Golden Angel before it, swiping with both palms to squash the angel like an ant into a flat disc.

Pu ci~

A Golden Spear pierced through its chest, pouring down filthy blood like a torrent. Another Golden Angel had been resurrected, joining the siege against the Abyss Lord’s incarnation.

"What is this? A holy image?"

Seeing the recent fierce and brutal Lord, seeming like it would drag the world into the Abyss, now in a sorry state under attack by the three Golden Angels, dodging awkwardly, even Noah was at a loss for words.

Although he had studied those Golden Angel statues upon entering, within them, he saw too many incomprehensible constructions. Now he finally understood why he couldn’t comprehend them, for they belonged to another Domain.
