"This is too extre, Uranos isn’t even three years old yet!"

Tidel frowned deeply. He could not accept such a level of training intensity, nor could he accept that his son often endured such battles.

"So what? Look at your pitiful appearance."

A voice full of frustration rang out, and a spirit light shined in the sky, tearing space apart. Then, a slender young girl erged, holding the hand of a rosy-cheeked, lively, yet elegantly poised little girl.

"Dragon Dad!"

The mont Gwendolin crossed space and saw the Golden Dragon, she broke free from her grandmother’s hand and rushed towards the dragon below, just like a fledgling sparrow returning to the forest, without even casting a Falling Feather Technique.

"Reckless!"

Noah raised his tail, also casting no spells, nor disturbing any elents, yet rely by the turbulence caused by his tail, he securely caught Little Gwen in free fall from high above, letting her lie on the tail without receiving any impact injury.

"Mother!"

Despite Tidel looking visibly older than Selena, who retained her youthful appearance, the mont Selena spoke, Tidel lost all his confidence and the commanding presence he nurtured over years as leader of the Knight Order.

"Your son has enough talent and can endure this kind of battle, growing under the baptism of dragon blood; what’s wrong with that?

This is a privilege only famous heroes who leave indelible marks in history, possessing legendary tales that never fade, can have, and yet you wish to stop it now.

You possess none of the qualities a father should have; your narrow perspective is unbelievable to . Do not view your son with the eyes of a diocre man."

Selena looked at her son and launched into a tirade,

"If I find you questioning Noah again, you can forget about visiting your children anymore."

"Yes."

Despite being taller than his mother, the young man was now ek and dared not speak further.

"Aunt, there’s no need for this. Tidel just hasn’t experienced similar training and doesn’t understand the situation, so his reaction is normal."

Noah, carrying Gwendolin, ascended into the sky, trying to defend Tidel.

"That’s because he is a talentless and diocre person, and his worries are rely futile concerns of the uninspired."

Selena, however, remained rciless, her words so sharp even Noah found them sowhat harsh.

"A diocre person should have the self-awareness of diocrity; what right do you have to question decisions made by geniuses? More frightening than diocrity is being unaware of your own diocrity and incompetence."

At this mont, Tidel had no words left to say. His mother’s accusations left him speechless, yet even so, Selena did not let him off,

"What are you still standing here for? Don’t you know what your wife Edith is doing now? She’s on the verge of breaking through to Extre Intent.

And you? What are you doing? Interfering with your son’s training, pointing fingers at Noah? Is this what you should be doing? Have you forgotten that Noah helped you train your mount?

Riding the Fire Dragon, leading the Flying Dragon Knight Order, do you think that makes you amazing? Do you know how long you’ve been stuck in the Golden Glory Realm?

Among the thirteen knight orders of the family, you are about to beco the weakest Knight Captain. Don’t consider yourself, consider the knights under your command, can you? With a captain like you, they are disgraced to even go out."

"I will go and practice now."

Hearing these words, Tidel had no face left to stay; he hurried away with the mighty Fire Dragon, while Noah looked utterly astonished as he put down Gwendolin,

"Little Gwen, go see your brother; you haven’t seen each other for a long ti, have a chat."

"Okay!"

Little Gwen, though reluctant, glanced at her grandmother who had just erupted, nodded obediently, released the dragon’s tail, and landed on the mountain below.

"Aunt, what happened?"

For as long as he could rember, Noah had never seen his foster mother lose control like this.

Previously, his foster mother had been indifferent to Tidel’s diocre talents, thinking as long as he was alive it was fine, especially after Gwendis and Uranos were born, she paid even less attention, but now she exploded in such emotion, clearly sothing had happened.

"Nothing much, just seeing Tidel co and criticize you made angry."

Selena was silent for a long ti, then gently shook her head, revealing a hint of weariness in her tone,

"I accept his diocrity in talent, but I cannot tolerate his short-sightedness. Casius has left; if sothing were to happen to ,

then the Augustus family would be led by him, but looking like this, how can anyone rest assured?

A short-sighted and foolish leader only needs ten years to lead a once-great nation into decline; twenty years to destroy everything."

"Has uncle gotten into trouble?"

Noah imdiately sensed the strangeness in his foster mother’s words.

This would explain why his foster mother’s emotions were out of control and why just a small incident could provoke such dissatisfaction with a son she previously didn’t care about.

"No, how could sothing happen to Casius? He’s still alive and well, his might is sothing even I don’t fully understand."

Selena forced a smile, yet Noah could see the heaviness in her eyes.

If sothing hadn’t happened to his foster father, why would his foster mother stress his might? Such things do not need repeating.

It seems that sothing indeed went wrong; it’s just that his father’s life is temporarily not under threat. But just because his life is safe doesn’t an everything is fine.

For instance, certain ancient evil beings or Divine Calamities have extrely tenacious vitality, and most thods can’t completely kill them, so they are usually sealed. They remain alive but are trapped, a state worse than death.

"Yes, with a foster father so powerful, he’s the invincible legend of the Material Realm; who could be his match?"

No longer pressing the matter, Noah nodded in agreent.

"Little Noah, if only you were my birth child, how good that would be; then I would have much less worry and concern."

Hearing Noah’s praise, Selena smiled softly, then sighed,

"Unfortunately, I don’t have such luck; I can’t give birth to a dragon child like you."

"Though I’m an adopted son, the treatnt I receive can never be surpassed by Tidel. What difference does it make compared to a true mother-son relationship other than the title of address?"

"Hahaha, what a comforting son indeed, what a pity."

Selena laughed heartily, her heaviness seemingly reduced, she turned to the Golden Dragon, asking,

"How long has it been since you saw your parents?"

"Over twenty years now, I can’t quite rember."

"For you, that’s indeed a bit too long; it’s sowhat unreasonable that they’ve been gone so many years. Just so happens, I also miss them a bit, shall I call them back for a reunion with you, how about it?"

"Hmm~ Now that you ntion it, I do miss them a bit; if aunt can contact them and bring them back, that would indeed be great."

Noah pondered for a mont before responding.

"You should reunite with your parents, and they should see how you’ve changed, see how well raised you are by Casius and , and fulfill their parental duties."

The Golden Dragon was utterly stunned; he initially thought his foster mother intended to call his biological parents under the pretext of a family reunion to aid them, but it now seed she was arranging an escape route for him.

Has his foster father’s situation indeed beco this dire?

If it’s truly so, losing this nearly invincible legendary suppression, the fate of the Augustus family would indeed be difficult to imagine.

The end of glory is inevitable, and beneath the collapse of Order, massive chaos would sweep this vast land, bringing death and slaughter.

...

PS: Casius’s tags are invincible, undefeated, a side character with a protagonist template, a bit reckless.
